Mark the Owner/Operator of Ebb & Flows is THE BEST!He has been doing my annual backflow test for a couple of years now and today I was working in the yard and removed the faux boulder that covers the backflows and noticed steady stream of water coming out. I got in touch with shortly thereafter with his assistance by phone, figured out is was the one that supplies the house water.I shut off the valve and about 30 minutes later he showed up to do the repair. It turned out that it was a hard part (the big round and now shiny new brass part seen underneath) that had major corrosion inside, so that the o ring wouldnt seal perfectly. It was the original part from the house build in 2005. He first attempted a repair but it still had a very small drip. I told to go ahead and replace it if he could and he did so very reasonably.Especially in this area and of course generally in thos day and time it is not the norm to get such quick and efficient service and I cannot recommend Mark enough. Had he not had to replace the part, he would have done the repair at no cost. He had already done another repair at no cost when I first got him to do my yearly inspections a couple of years ago.Professional, knowledgable, kind, considerate and humble, Mark is one of a dying breed of service people!Again, I cannot recommend him more highly!As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇

Excellent response and service. Mark was the best. Explained everything regarding a back flow replacement. All the work was done with extreme detail. A definite recommend!
