    I called Wayne for a drain clog after normal business hours. Because it dealt with my only toilet in the house I needed it looked at that evening. Wayne was there in 45 minutes, and had my problem fixed in less than an hour. I was blown away by his knowledge, and professionalism, and he has now gained a customer for life! Do not hesitate to call Wayne for all your plumbing needs! 5 Stars

    Wayne was incredible. The laundry machine and sinks through out the house were all backed up with gross water. Wayne fixed things quickly after assessing the situation, was wonderful with my dog, and even educated me a bit on the pipework throughout (my new own) house. Cant recommend his service enough.

    Wayne went above and beyond with his service to fix an emergency situation that occurred over the holidays. He was insistent that he was going to get everything sorted no matter how inconvenient the timing was for his personal schedule. He explained everything in detail before, during and after completing the service on the home. You could not ask for anything more.I will HIGHLY recommend Drain Masters and Wayne to everyone!

    Wayne took the time to talk to me about my plumbing issue despite being in the middle of a super-busy week--I called 15 plumbers total yesterday, and he was the only one who even took more than 30 seconds to talk to me--the rest all just said, Nope, cant come out today, bye. Wayne couldnt come out yesterday either, but he did come out today and solved the problem. A+++ for customer service!

    I had a sewer back up into my downstairs shower and it was a mess! Naturally it was a Saturday morning and most plumbers’ websites indicated they were closed until Monday. Drain Masters II listed a 24 hour service so I called. I got right through and Wayne indicated he was on his way to another job and that he would call when he was on his way to my house. He called 45 minutes later and showed up right when he said he would. He did a thorough inspection before starting any work and cleared the drain in no time. As he was getting ready to leave I mentioned a small plumbing problem I was having and he fixed it for free. He even took the time to look at my septic system and offer some advice on an issue I was having with that. Thanks Wayne for going above and beyond!

    I called 3 companies and left contact info for drain service the next day last night around 11PM. Of the 3 I called 2 of them being national franchises, Wayne was the first in touch by text at 6am, and showed up as I requested at 8 AM sharp. He removed the roots that were causing the issue, inspected my underground pipe by video while I watched, gave me some good advice and was gone by 9:30. A+ and local. Thanks

    Called in a panic on Thursday night with an inch of water in my basement in certain places and a sump pump pipe that just exploded in my face. Wayne not only talked me down Thursday giving helpful instructions on what he would recommend in the interim, but also showed up bright and early the next morning to put a more permanent solution in place. On top of it all, it wasnt breaking my bank to have him install everything properly and secure the pipe so we no longer get the wiggling that was so concerning previously. Would definitely recommend highly for any sump/drainage needs!

    Heres a story that you dont often hear about plumers. Our drain was backing up into our utility sink as we were doing laundry. It drained very slowly and if we flushed a toilet it backed up even more. This was on a Friday night so we tried putting a draino type product to see if that would clear it up. At 2AM Saturday morning the best I could get it to do was drain a little faster. I started calling plumbers who will clear a drain at 8AM getting mostly answering machines or an answering service. One of the place I called was Drain Master II. Within 5 minutes, Wayne Gagnon of DM II called me and said he could come over in about 2 hours to look to see what was needed. He arrived in about 30 minutes and scoped out the problem. Of course it was something that needed to have the drain cleaned out but the waste pipe configuration was bad at best to do that. Wayne said to insure that he could properly clean out the drain some worked needed to be done on the waste pipe. At first he said he could not get to it until Monday, but after some pleading he said he could do it early Sunday morning. He thought it would take about 4 hours and we agreed upon a price. We we out Sunday morning but left the bulkhead open for him to get his large machine into the cellar. He called me at about 10AM to say that the job was done, plumbing and drain cleaning all the way out to the street. There were no add ons to the price and it cellar looked like he had swept it out. Fantastic. If you ever have to have this type of work done call DM II and have Wayne come on out. You wont regret it.

    A Little backstory, we actually had the main line to our septic back up in March of 2017. Called one of the big name companies to come out on a Sunday to fix it. They did fix it, but little did I know it was just a band-aid. Just over a year later, it backs up again. This time I called Wayne, Monday morning at 7:30am He was at my house by 8:30am, and had it unclogged and had a clear reason why it clogged in the first place by 9:30am. That big name company did about a quarter of the job for more $$ than what Wayne charged to do the correct job. Id hire him again, no questions asked. He knows his stuff, is straight forward, and did excellent work. Wish I had called him back in March of 2017!

    The rains came and my house was in danger of being flooded in the basement. I called prior to opening hours and Wayne called me back right away. He re-arranged some appointments to come and jet out a drain in my back yard on a day where he could have sent me elsewhere...if you need a plumber who values his business, customers, and what they need, then Wayne is the man!
