Unreal experience. Our water has never been this hot nor has it ever stayed hot longer than 25 mins. We got a leak late last night, and had to shut off our water main.I left an email, and Peter called first thing this morning, and was hear 10 minutes after that. He quickly found the problem, and soon after had it fixed. He also measured our water pressure and discovered our pressure regulator had failed. He resolved both problems within a couple of hours, at a reasonable price, and answered my many questions along the way. I am so impressed, and Smart Plumbing will definitely be my go-to for plumbing emergencies from here on!

Great experience. I did my research, and I found the water heater that I wanted that would fit the narrow opening and size of the house. I submitted quotes and requests to five plumbers. Two of the plumbers tried to sell me a water heater that was hundreds of dollars more expensive, and two didnt even call back. Peter at Smart Plumbing emailed me back very quickly and offered a price that was a little less expensive than I expected. He did not try to upsale me or anything. He gave me the price, and we set the installation date for two days later. He arrived on time, and he was quite the gentleman while he was here. He completed the job in about two hours, and he actually fixed an issue that I was going to look into later. He even discounted the second service even though it was a last minute fix. I have attached a picture of the water heater that he installed. Overall, this was a great experience, and if you need a plumber, dont hesitate to contact Peter.

After getting a few quotes, we used Peter for the first time last year to unclog the kitchen sink. He was very personable & professional and gave us a very good price. So I did not hesitate to call him when my wife noticed our hot water heater leaking in the garage. Again he gave us a very good price over the phone and came to the house the following day to install a new HWH. Not like some companies that you have to make an appointment for them to come to your home first, before they will even give a price quote. He also took several extra steps to make sure the HWH was installed correctly, that was not done by the company that installed our last HWH, and he left the work area very clean. We also discussed a few other projects that will be done at a later time. We are very satisfied with Peter not only as a professional plumber, but as a great person too.

He called to tell me he was on the way and phoned again from the driveway. He installed the heater and expansion tank and repaired the exhaust vent. He is skilled and it shows in his work. He was very thorough, quick and clean. Will use again and recommend.

Recently had SMART Plumbing replace my main water line to my house due to a deteriorated pipe/leak. Peter responded. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ran a bypass water line until the main repair could be installed, and gave me several options to replace the entire line. I went with the horizontal drill option which involved minimal yard disruption. Peter, and his assistant Paul, were outstanding and paid attention to the smallest details. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Pete came assesses the situation and explained the situation with the water heater, he explained it 2 times due to me not understanding. He was my Angel because we had no water or heat but he came temporarily fixed the situation with the water heater to gather supplies and return Thursday. I found a water leak right above my water meter nd me nd the step dad were going to fix it on Sunday, well we get down to it nd the water leak is right above the water gate which is attached to the water meter with a check valve pipe that was all rusted up. You can’t by that check valve at normal stores nd so I called smart plumbing nd he gave me a quote over the phone because he knew exactly what I was talking about nd when he got here he was honest nd he works with people!!! I needed someone local because I couldnt wait any longer without water.I was able to get a hold of Peter at 1pm and few hours later was at my house. He did an assessment, gave me a quote and finished up in less than 2 hours. He did a great job explaining to me the process and showed what the original installer did wrong. I had a company come out 3 times and each time they charged for patching up a part of my basement system instead of diagnosing the prblem. SMart PLumbing came out diagnosed and fixed the problem same day. He explained all the issues and how it he would fix them and gave a great price without the hassel of calling in to supervisor and the scam back and forth pricing. I appreciate how he also corrected old issues that were not directly part of the job but improved the look and usability over all.
