Thaddeus was super helpful with our plumbing needs. I called Late on a Sunday evening for a concerned issue. We had a back up into the house and flooded our basement and first floor bathroom, laundry room area. Thaddeus was really helpful and talked us through what was going on. He recommended a great septic person. Once we got that taken care of we called Thaddeus back out for the piping that was leaking a bit. I’m so grateful of how responsive he was and was able to get out the next morning. I could tell he was a very honest person, and I really appreciated his explanations of what was going on. I’m grateful that we found our plumber! Highly recommend Prestige plumbing and Thaddeus. The work was done well and at a reasonable price. Now I know who to call in the future!

Prestige plumbing provides 5 star service and quality. Thaddeus and his team arrived on time and provided excellent service. I was updating my bathrooms with new toilets, supply lines and fixtures. I was amazed at the efficiency and quality of workmanship provided by Prestige. My wife was so impressed on how clean the bathroom was after they completed their work. Amazing job Prestige. I have used several of of the major plumbing companies in the metro and none compare to the quality and service provided by Prestige. Prestige will take the time that is needed to get the job done right. I will definitely use you all again.

I asked the neighbor for a recommendation and someone said he had a plumber at his house today and would see if he could swing by …. Well he did and he fixed my problem quickly and at a fair price . He was respectful of my home and my time and cleaned up after himself too. I think I found my new plumber for any future needs.Thanks so much !

Definitely recommend. Hope I dont need a plumber in the future, but when I do - I will call Prestige Plumber.They came out to install some bathroom fixtures wed purchased for our new home. Thaddeus was on time and provided a competitive quote. He let us know a couple of the fixtures would require some work on our part if we wanted to change them out - such as cutting an access port for the garden tub. He completed the work we requested in a timely manner. He was professional and very knowledgeable.Call this guy! Youll be glad you did.

Thaddeus was able to come out in short notice. He was professional, fast and efficient. He fixed our leaking sink which was an additional problem to the original toilet issue. Would recommend and would use again.

Outside faucet spewing water all over the place after painter pressure washed my house. IMO, when I heard the sound of it I knew there was too much pressure. My usual plumber (who is also excellent) could not come out right away. I asked if he would please recommend someone, especially since I had to shut off all water to my home. Thaddeus was the man he recommended! He arrived the next morning, as he said, replaced the faucet, and all has been going just fine since. His personality, punctuality, everything was first class.I am GRATEFUL!!

I discovered water leaking through my downstairs ceiling. I called Thaddeus and he was there within a few hours. He was quickly able to locate and fix the leak. He also went ahead and installed a new garbage disposal while he was there. Great guy to do business with. Hes now my go to plumber.

We work late (healthcare) he was able to come and accommodate our schedules. He worked extremely fast to not only resolved our first issue which was the toilet, but all other issues we had throughout the house and offer a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend and we will be using again

The water valve in our front yard had busted and gallons of water started coming out. I called Prestige and the plumber, Thaddeus, came out immediately. It was later in the day but he fixed the problem well into the evening of Halloween. Thank you so much for fixing the problem so quickly and being so professional!

Thank you! Prestige and more specifically Thaddeus. I woke to a water main break and the company that I typically use left me high and not dry, but Prestige Plumbing came to the rescue. Thaddeus arrived in the time frame they committed and he quickly assessed the problem and made the repair. I will be using this company going forward. I cant express how grateful I am.

Called and was quoted $175 for dual push one piece toilet installation. Found out Roto Rooter’s estimate was $400 my car payment! Called back and setup the appt for the next day. The technician was polite, professional and done within 30mins. Can’t beat that and you have a repeat customer!!! Thank you!!!!!

I called at 7:40 AM on a Sunday, and Thaddeus was here almost immediately! We had a leak near our water heater, and he had arrived, assessed the problem, gotten the part and completed the repair by 9 AM. I think that must be some kind of record!
