Stacey showed up and did an amazing job, at a point he has to go back to the store and buy something and came back to get it done. He replaced new kitchen sink and faucet and he did professionally great job. And above all reasonable price as compared to other so called plumbing companies that most of them rip people off. I contacted Super Pro Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Mr. Stacey Estes about a problem I was having with my toilets clogged up and watering backing into my bath tub and shower. Mr. Estes was able to come first thing on this morning ( Sept. 17th) and repair the problem quickly. He was responsive, on time and professional! He was able to accurately diagnosis the problem and fix and resolve my toilets from being unclogged. Everything works like its brand new! He was able to produce proof of insurance and bonding, proof of licensure and does not ask for money upfront. He lives in the Collins Hill cluster and is honest and fair. He also did plumbing work in our kitchen when we remodeled. Very reliable & professional.

Had an issue with my toilet on Friday night and my neighbors recommended Mr.Estes. Called Mr.Estes @7am the next day and came to the house at 12 pm ( which was sooner then I thought excellent great speedy service). Mr.Estes was very professional and understanding with the issue of my toilet. I am a bit indecisive so he was very understanding when I changed my mind. He fixed the issue with my toilet and gave me a reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will have him on speed dial!

Very professional and very reasonable pricing. Stacy showed up for his appointment on time. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I manage rental properties and have dealt with lots of plumbers through the years, so I know Stacys charge was reasonable for the service provided and I know I had great service. Stacys demeanor is very professional, friendly and polite...how refreshing in todays world. He will definitely be the first plumber I call in the future.

I had a broken valve on the water main near the street that needed repairing immediately. Stacey was recommended by a friend and came out the same day that I spoke with him to do the repair. He looked at the problem and quoted a price that was fair and remained the same to the end. He repaired the valve and got our water back on despite the fact that he had to do it in freezing rain that progressively worsened while he worked. He even took the time to look at a minor repair on a toilet handle before he left that wasn’t included in the initial request. He was very professional, he was kind, and he did a great job on the water main repair and the toilet handle. I would certainly recommend him if you need a good plumber!!

I used Super Pro Plumbing to replace my main sewer line, under my concrete driveway and very close to my underground utilities. A tree root had grown into the line and caused a major back up. Stacey did not hesitate to give me an accurate estimate. This estimate was several thousand dollars cheaper , than the others I received. One plumbing company told me since the utility lines were close, the liability would be more, so he increased his estimate. A company that is well known for unclogging sewer lines with a hydro vac truck (RR) gave me 3 estimates and said I would have to be out of my house for 3 days, with the utilities off. The 3 estimate were because, “until we get in, we will not know which type of repair we can do”. Well needless to say, Stacey had the repairs done in 1 day, all utilities on. Thant you Super Pro Plumbing!!!!!

I have an older home (1986) and needed new fixtures in my master shower. Other plumbers either did not want to tackle the job or told me I had to cut a hole in the wall behind the tub to access the pipes because they dont make those fixtures any more. Obsolete hardware, they said. Then I called Estes Pro and they sent Stacey and David. Stacey checked the situation and gave me an estimate and the next day was back with all the parts needed. They did an absolutely perfect job and left my bathroom spotless and I did not have to call a carpenter to cut a hole in my wall! :) I will recommend them to any of my friends or family that need plumbing work. I have had my electric water heater replaced by Stacey Estes with an excellent craftsmanship and professionalism for his work. The price quote was excellent comparing to others licensed plumbers quotes. The hot water heater system that was installed was a Rheem but I did have other choices to pick from. Also, it was not a Big Box store model, it was a higher end model of Rheem electric water heater models. I have used Estes Pro Plumbing three times in the past six months. Once to repair two leaking pipes joints in the basement. The second time was to replace a pressure valve regulator in the basement. As for all these three projects, they all had the same excellent craftsmanship and professionalism with great pricing by Mr. Stacey Estes. He is a licensed plumber. I write this review because IMO good services at good prices should be recognized.

We called about a leak in our basement that we assumed was coming from a busted pipe behind the wall, after our thorough Google diagnosis. We even thought we pinpointed the faucet so we stopped using that faucet and called Estes. He came on time and located the problem in about 5 minutes. It was the HVAC leaking in the water closet. I appreciate that Stacey was honest and told us that while hed recently completed his HVAC certification, he was not 100% comfortable working on it but he could recommend someone. He did say the leaking HVAC was likely due to the drain pipe that was going uphill &since water doesnt flow up, it was likely backing up in the system. We asked him to fix the drain pipe and that seemed to have solved the problem. Its been almost a week and there is no more leaking. The inspector should have flagged this issue when we purchased the house!Anyway, Staceys price was reasonable and he was honest and professional. He will definitely be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.
