    We called Simply Septic the morning after our toilets stopped flushing and they came out that day. Leon was very nice and explained what happened with our tank. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided tips to keep our tank in good condition. He was very knowledgeable. Luckily, our issue was caused by the rain from the hurricane, which caused the line to clog. Thank you for the professionalism and for taking care of us so quickly.

    Called these guys up after our house backed up and we discovered we were on a septic tank and NOT city sewer as we had been told. I spoke with Jimmy and he was kind, informative and very honest. I told him we had another company out and wanted a second opinion on cost and services needed. He was very helpful and also told me that we were being overcharged by the other company AND discovered they had dug our yard BEFORE getting an 811 code! 😡 I am grateful there are still good businesses that operate in integrity around. Jimmy was out the very next day and did the proper thing which was get the right people out to mark our gas and cable lines before they dug into our yard. He serviced our tank and our home is back in action! After being in a hotel for 2 days and dealing with numerous issues we are so happy to be back in our home with everything functioning well!     First I will start off by saying I called after hours and Jimmy still answered my call. He was very knowledgeable, and I could not believe it when he said he would be out the next morning. The next morning comes and Jimmy called several times to let me know when he was gonna be there and when he arrived. Jimmy did a real clean job for a crappy situation. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thanks again Jimmy.

    We had been planning on getting our septic system pumped out but had been procrastinating when it backed up last Tuesday. Jimmy and his helper were at the house first thing Wednesday morning and had located, pumped the tank, and with a solution to prevent future issues. Very knowledgeable and quick.

    Well I called a few places and didnt get a response. So I called Simply Septic and Jimmy answer and got me on the docket for today 3/8 and came here on time called ahead. We got in and was able to pump the tank and service our needs with out bothering the dogs. So that was amazing. If you need a local and stand crew call these guys.

    We used Simply Septic for a routine septic tank pumping. From start to finish, my experience with them was commendable, earning them four out of five stars.Communication was effortless. They showed up precisely at the scheduled time and called me before arriving.Jimmy took the time to explain their procedures and findings despite actually digging the tank to be quite tricky at my house. Even though we initially called for a routine tank pumping, they discovered that the drain fields required cleaning as well. Rather than pressuring me into unnecessary services, they offered transparent advice, allowing me to make an informed decision. Jimmy specifically stressed that he would only do what I approved. Opting to address both tasks simultaneously saved me the hassle (and money) of scheduling another appointment in the near future.Once the work was completed. I decided to seek a second opinion from another reputable septic company to ensure fairness in pricing and necessity of the services rendered. While the other company confirmed the need for drain field cleaning, they quoted a lower cost for the same work. However, this didnt diminish my overall satisfaction with Simply Septic.My experience was overall positive. They delivered reliable, transparent service, and upheld their reputation. However, for those prioritizing cost above all else, its worth getting second opinions. Nonetheless, I recommend them for their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Jimmy worked extremely hard to get the job done and his skill is very apparent.

    Leon and Elroy(aka Jimmy) did me a fantastic service by fixing my septic system when I am sure many companies would have simply tried to sell me on the need to completely replace my system. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, inspected the system, thoroughly explained their findings and my options. I found them to be honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Best of all, they fixed my problem and, I’m sure, saved me thousands. I read a lot reviews and did my homework prior to calling Simply Septic.     Jimmy is the best! This guy understands that life happens and he will not oversell you or lead you in a direction that you dont absolutely have to go in. He showed up within a day of calling him and really took care of my sh!tty situation.     Jimmy and his partner Leon were very friendly and helpful. My grandmas house had been having problems for a while, we had several other companies out here that left much higher estimates than Simply Septic. These guys were down inside my tank and its been 4 months and everything has been working fine. Highly recommend Simply Septic.

    Ive used another family owned septic company for 28 years but the owner decided it was time to retire - too bad cause I completely trusted those guys, always super responsive, etc. So I came across Simply Septic not sure if theyd actually be the ones Id want to use going forward, but I have to say that Jimmy & Leon were fabulous -- arrived when they said they would, very professional, went through options to address my issue, then fixed it.Now admittedly its only been a few days now so well have to see to ensure this fix last long term, but they explained their warranty & said I should call ASAP if anything looks bad.One thing I know is Ive found my new septic experts -- if the other employees have the same attitude & professionalism as Jimmy & Leon then youve got a tremendous team working for you.

    George was great. He returned my call the day I left a message and was able to come out to do basic maintenance within a few days. The service was done in an hour and we were on with our day. I live in Bonaire, and he was more than willing to make the drive.

    Simply Septic came out, next day service, first call!!!! GREAT SERVICE. my septic light had been on for a week, first time dealing with septic, so was kind nervous. Just hearing the horror stories of it costing thousands of dollars for septic issues. Not this case. The men explained everything to me, I mean EVERYTHING. All was good and no service charge. Simply Septic will definitely be the company I call.

    The tank needs to be pumped less than a year, which shows that the drain field is not working as it should be. Called several companies and decided to work with them. They mentioned that a chemical treatment of the drain field should give another 5 to 10 years and they also have 12-month warranty, which definitely gives extra peace of mind. Fingers crossed to see how effective the treatment is, but so far very satisfied with the experience and efficiency Jimmy and his buddy demonstrated.

    The Simply Septic guys came out to our home to explore a possible septic issue. Thankfully they confirmed that we simply have a grading/landscaping problem and not a septic issue. They showed up on time, gave us an honest evaluation and didnt try to sell us on unnecessary services. I certainly recommend them, and I will call them again should the need arise.

    Absolutely wonderful experience considering the situation. The fellows that came out were two of the nicest guys youd ever care to meet. They were honest, didnt try to rip me off and knew what they were doing. Ill most definitely call Simply Septic and refer them as much as I can. Its hard to find good, honest people these days.

    I thought there would be a huge hole dug to get to septic tank, which had to be replaced. They only dug out what was absolutely needed. Wonderful job done.     We had another company that had to come out for an emergency pump and told us we had to replace our drain field. I called Simply Septic because they had great reviews and wanted another opinion. I had also seen reviews that mentioned our similar issue and that they resolved it with a treatment instead. Thats exactly what Simply Septic ended up doing! They came out, inspected everything, and the guys were super nice and explained all things septic to me! Luckily they were able to do the treatment and we didnt have to replace our drain field!! I was so thankful! They also do discounts for military, first responders and teachers!
