I am so glad I called this company! At a time when our family was dealing with different issues at ounce, seeing a water spout in our back yard from a corroded pipe took our frustration over the top. Chris the technician came out, diagnosed and pretty much took this one issue off our plate of concerns. His experience in dealing with a similar issue and expertise in his field really helped us handle other matters while he repaired the pipe and got us back up and running. He even got us to laugh a couple of times. I highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbing. This company and employees are really awesome!

My plumbers name was Thomas. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is due to two holes being left in my bathroom wall after the service. I ended up patching the holes up myself, but I really didnt get why the holes werent patched up while Thomas was here. Maybe that was my mistake on not addressing that with him. Either way, Thomas still fixed my shower and my toilet. I would do business here... just remember to patchup the walls after you leave. Thank you.

I don’t normally post reviews but I used this company 12/27/23 to clear my clogged sink drain in my kitchen. Today, exactly two weeks after service, the drain backed up again. Not sure why but I spoke with Randy who apologized for any inconveniences and he agreed to come back out, free of charge, and make sure the drain was in good working order. The drain was rechecked and I haven’t had any issues since. I appreciate Randy’s professionalism and willingness to make sure our sink working properly.
