I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with the work of Arrowhead Plumbing. I converted a family room into an in-law suite and needed installation of a sink as well as a washer/dryer connection. The team came in and assessed the situation and gave me a fair estimate for the work. Because those connections did not previously exist, they had to drill into the floor, and remove part of the sheetrock to connect the pipes.I won’t lie, not having used Arrowhead in the past, I was a bit nervous. My fear quickly dissipated when Mr. Bell took his time to explain what was happening and tested the pipes to ensure that there weren’t any blockages before they proceeded to close up the floor.After using the washer/dryer for a few times, I can say I have not had any issues with it. I would like to give a special “thank you” to Paulino, who connected my sink and garbage disposal. He quickly informed that I needed to add an electrical switch and socket for the disposal. Again, he went to his van, and grabbed an extension cord to show that the disposal worked. Arrowhead Plumbing will be my “go-to” for my plumbing needs. I would recommend to anyone seeking professional plumbing services.

Derrick did a great job replacing my driveway faucet and inside shutoff valve on 9-24-24. I highly recommend Arrowhead for your plumbing needs! I have been using them for many years for water heater replacements, clothes washer water hook up replacement, pressure regulator replacement and leak on my side of the water meter.

Arrowhead was referred to me by someone else in my community so I gave them a call. They responded quickly and came the next day. They did a detailed assessment to locate my leak and they repaired my foundation leak. They were very attentive to leveling out the dirt that they dug up and cleaned up the dust from drilling in my garage wonderfully. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them!

I have used Arrowhead Plumbing for a few years now. They have replaced a hot water heater for me and fixed a leak near my water meter. They have always been prompt and professional. The most recent time I called them I could not get the cap off the gas shut off for a dryer hookup and thought the shutoff valve would need to be replaced. When Derrick came out, he was able to get the cap off and didnt even charge me for coming out. I would highly recommend them .

Great experience from beginning to end. Derrick Sr came out did our assessment and went over pricing and was very friendly and helpful. Derrick Jr and his crew came to do the job they were awesome. My repair was scheduled for 8/12 but they were able to fit me in on 8/8 and stayed until 10pm to complete. I will definitely use them again

Arrowhead is fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, from the office staff to the plumbers. I thought I had a minor washer leak and Derrick went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was solved before he left. It actually ended up being a much larger issue involving the pipes leading to the sewer and I needed to replace around 10 feet of pipe. They were far more reasonable than other companies (I checked because it was a big expense and job) and were able to schedule quickly. Everyone was helpful and provided pictures of exactly what was done. They were done much faster than I had anticipated and were careful to leave my yard/home in as good of shape that they could. As a single woman, I have unfortunately dealt with companies that try to take advantage of that, but Arrowhead was honest and upfront from the beginning.I will be recommending them to anyone with plumbing needs in the future.

Mr. Derrick and his team provided exceptional service. I called Arrowhead plumbing service around 6:00pm on Monday and Mr. Derrick was at my house within an hour. I was so thankful that he was available at that time because I was panicking because I did not know where this water coming from that was in my ceciling. Recently, I contacted Arrowhead Plumbing to come out to my home to assess the cause of my inflated water bill. Unfortunately, it was discovered by owner, Derrick Bell, that I had a water leak in my yard. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Bell kept me abreast of everything that needed to happen to repair the issue. As a female who knows nothing about plumbing, he literally walked me through the process of troubleshooting and locating said issue, as well as knowing how to assess other possible plumbing issues. I can’t thank Derrick enough for empowering me! To be honest, I am skeptical of repairmen because what I’m typically faced with is dishonest practices, which lead to inflated cost and unnecessary repairs. This experience felt different, in a good way! Mr. Bell is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and he makes customer satisfaction a priority. If you need a plumber, this is your only choice. What I was most impressed with was their professionalism and expertise. They kept me informed about was happening and my options throughout the job. Derrick, Sr., Derrick, Jr., and Jacob were the epitome of what you expect when you hire a company. Having been associated with the Boy Scouts for a number of years they practice something known as no trace camping, in effect when you leave there should be little or np trace that you were there. These guys do no trace plumbing. When they finished the only way I knew they had been there, the problem was fixed. The next day they followed up to make sure all was okay. I would send these gentleman to my mothers home to work without hesitation! Thank you !!

Derrick, Michael and Phillip were courteous, professional and took time to educate us on what they were doing so we could feel good about our investment. We had a mysterious leak that evaded everyone, but with patience they pursued it until they found it, working late into the night. They also replaced the regulator valve which was original to the 30 year old house and defective. No plumbing repairs are cheap, but Derrick and his crew earned our trust. We hope we dont need them anytime soon, but when we DO, we will be calling Derrick!

YES.. 6 times only to have the same faucet leaking. It only took Arrowhead one assessment and the job was completed upon the scheduled date of Feb 26, 2020. We used our home warranty to try and fix a drainage problem. One toilet would back up every 3-4 flushes. Home warranty would not do anything since there was not a leak. They sent 2 plumbers and no fix.Arrowhead Plumbing came in. Checked all drainage lines just to find out that the problem was A. Old iron pipes, B. Re plumbing from a previous remodel was not plum and where a toilet was years ago had not been capped off properly. In 5 hours, they came in and cut out the remaining iron pipes and re piped all the drain lines from both bathrooms. They were careful and left the area cleaner than it was. Arrowhead Plumbers will be the only plumber we will use going forward.

John Wilson is awesome. We were referred to ARROWHEAD PLUMBING in Lawrenceville by a mutual associate, because of a hammer knock occurring every time we turned on any faucet in the house. Two other master plumbers that we called couldnt find where the knocking in the pipes was coming from, and even after replacing parts, cutting into walls and some expense, the trouble was still there. The situation left us feeling frustrated and dejected.Then, in comes JOHN WILSON, from ARROWHEAD PLUMBING. He was very polite and worked steadily and tirelessly up and down stairs. He applied some old school diagnostics to isolate the trouble, isolating the knocking in the pipes to a local area upstairs. He was persistent and determined in his troubleshooting and after some time was able to locate and fix the hammering noise. A combination of factors, including trapped air and an incompatible cartridge previously installed, proved to be the culprits. We were elated to have finally found a COMPETENT plumber; John Wilson is now my go to plumber and Arrowhead Plumbing is my go to company. No other company even comes close!

We have used Arrowhead Plumbing for a number of years. Each of our Atlanta based daughters also use them. We find Derek Bell Sr, son Derek Jr and their associates to be highly professional as they deliver great service. Recently, for our HOA, they provided a needed service to almost 20 of of our community neighbors and, as usual, did a terrific job. There are many options when choosing a plumber in the Atlanta Metro area; but, it would be difficult to find better ones than Arrowhead. I truly believe they really care about their customers and that is pretty rare in today’s world.

Great work. had to use company under emergency circumstances, ( it always seems to be that way ), and from initial phone contact to job, a great experience.cant speak highly enough of berta, who handled by call pleasantly and professionally. i was treated as a valued customer before i even spent a penny.technician was at job-site promptly and performed service and repairs as quoted, always keeping me in the loop, and explaining the reason behind all work and charges.when issues arose days later, company never made me feel like i was alone. promptly returned to site, verified problem, and verified that their work was good and their repairs solid. helped me interface with other contractors to ensure that all issues were identified and what was necessary to complete was addressed.with no hesitation i can say that i , personally, will use arrowhead again for any future plumbing work i require. i also can recommend that anyone reading this review consider using them for their required work. your money will be well spent.kind of an old school feeling where i think their word is their bond and on a handshake the job will be completed. my kind of business to work with......

This is my first ever plumbing service as a home owner. Derrick was very responsive and reached out to me during a family function he was attending. He did some pre-assessment over the phone to get an idea of what was happening. Monday morning his employees showed up, gave me upfront pricing and identified the issue right away. They were very professional and courteous and began working to resolve the problem immediately. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and working on my plumbing issues...they even mopped my floor when they were done!!! I asked a LOT of questions throughout the process and they were more than happy to answer and explain it to me in way that I would understand it (as one who has no previous plumbing experience :-) )I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up call to rate the quality of the work performed. Derrick shared his knowledge with me and addressed any additional questions I had after my service call. This is A+++ service in my book!!! I will definitely use and refer Arrowhead Plumbing for any future plumbing issues that may arise. Keep doing what youre doing Arrowhead!!!!

He helped us work thru the issues and provided a great deal of assistance in helping us understand our plumbing infrastructure. Michael replaced the damaged PEX pipe and resolved our dilemma. I am incredibly thankful for the detailed attentiveness and true care shown by Derrick Bell and his Arrowhead Plumbing team. I strongly recommend them based on my experience.Flooring in my house built in the 1950s was becoming creviced. When I explored the crawl space to discover the cause, I saw nothing but mold. I called a contractor Id used for previous housework explaining the situation and was referred to Derrick Bell of Arrowhead Plumbing. This is the best referral I have ever received!Derrick came out immediately and was an expert plumbing detective. He connected me with other professionals who we worked with as a team, identifying all causes of leakage and molding in my home. Derrick even found the city sewage line connected to my property backing up and notified me so I could inform the county before it was a further cause of harm to my property. Derrick going out of his way to prevent the county sewage line from becoming an expensive plumbing problem that his team could profit from, was truly a blessing.The issue of my home that I specifically hired Arrowhead Plumbing to do then was replace my 70-year-old plumbing lines that had worn out. Both the steps required and the final price were stated up front so I knew what I was getting. The Arrowhead team scheduled the work to happen so that I always had a full bathroom available for use in my house. Because of this I did not need to find temporary housing during the project, benefitting my comfort and personal finances. The completed project is excellent and the PVC piping used will last, preventing need for this ever again.
