What can I say about Rapid Response Plumbing?! I was in a bind and looking for a plumber to fix a running toilet. Billy entered the house and I was impressed immediately by his professionalism. He not only looked at the toilet but took time to look at our water heater. Thank goodness he did, because our water pressure was dangerously high. Billy & Kyle returned 2 days later to replace the water heater. They both were very polite and professional. They asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed with both of them. I would highly recommend using Rapid Response Plumbing!

I highly recommend Rapid Response Plumbing! They were punctual and delivered excellent quality service. My plumber, Alex, was incredibly friendly and professional. I needed assistance swapping out my laundry room sink, and Alex did an outstanding job with the installation. Not only did everything work perfectly, but he also completed the task in no time! He left the area tidy and even asked if I needed help with anything else. I mentioned my loose bathroom faucet, and he kindly tightened it and addressed the underlying issue. Stevie is a great plumber. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything he was doing step by step. Put down cloth/rugs down to protect the floors. Work was done in a few hours and was done correctly. He helped install a new bathtub and plumbing for it, a new thermal expansion tank on the water heater and a new PRV. Highly recommend.

Yesterday evening I noticed the hot water pressure was low. Decided I needed a plumber. Read over 100 reviews and decided upon Rapid Response plumbing. Turned out to be a great decision. Matthew Leemook was my technician. He installed a new water heater and pressure valve for me and I can honestly say Matthew was courteous, knowledge, and very very fast! Such a great technician and company. I highly recommend them.

Ten stars hands down. I must admit today was a hard day as a lot of things went wrong other than the pipes in my home but I must admit receiving top tier service from Isaac today really lifted my spirit. He was professional, kind, and was patient enough to take the time and explain everything that was going on in detail. He was able to point things out to me and educate me on a lot of things today. Isaac also wanted to make sure everything was complete and working properly before accepting my payment. I needed some further work done with some mitigation and Isaac was able to recommend and set up that service for me in the same day. Now thats quality service. I am really grateful that it was Isaac that came out today and I will be doing some more work with him in the near future. Please give Isaac a raise. Thank you Rapid Response Plumbing. Rapid Response was amazing! My mom’s hot water heater basically went out over the weekend and we needed some to come take a look at it. Rylan was our technician and he was AMAZING. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I love that they send a picture of your technician with the appointment info before they arrive. Definitely gives a better feeling of security! The price was decent for a full replacement with parts and labor included! He worked fast and efficient. We will definitely call them in the future for any and all plumbing needs!

Ryland and Kyle did a fantastic job updating my pipes, pressure pump, tank, and added a softener system. Ryland was extremely Informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure to answer all of my questions and helped me pick a water system that would suit my budget and needs.My house was built with a terrible pvc pipe system with nothing holding up the pressure valve tank which had already failed. I had a billion questions for what I wanted to quote for the house and he thoroughly answered and gave me no pressure to figure it out.Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services. The best part was he took step by step through the process as he unseated each part he showed the damage and explained the possible consequences of not doing the job. Thank you Rapid Response for helping us out with a bathtub issue. Tub’s hot water could not be shut off and we lost a handle on the cartridge when it fell into the drop in tub area. No access into that are either. Alex Cates came early the next day and made a hole in the half bath so we could access the drop in. He unfortunately couldn’t replace the hot water cartridge since it was Jacuzzi brand but he was able to shut off water to the tub, replace the very old valves and even corrected our water heater’s valve which was blocked by the exhaust. Thanks again Alex! A++++++

My old home had excellent water pressure. This one I’m in just isn’t doing it for me. I’m pressure hungry. She called me back in less than 30mins and told me she was able to get Alex, a grade A++ plumber in my opinion, over in 30mins!! At 10pm, Alex not only fixed the initial problem quickly, he also fixed my leaky toilet and other shower pipe in the same visit! He was done in an hour and I feel very secure and happy with his work. If you need an assessment to give an estimate, and you charge for the assessment… the estimate IS NOT free!It’s my experience, and maybe I’m the only one, but this is a disingenuous and dishonest company. I will never do business with them again and I would not recommend them.

I highly recommend calling Rapid Response Pro for your plumbing needs. Keith and Aaron provided fantastic service. They were professional, friendly, and quick to diagnose and resolve a water heater leak. They arrived within the hour and completed service within 30 mins. Both were extremely knowledgeable and explained my options with their free consultation before moving forward with service. Rapid Response charged reasonable and upfront prices for replacing a thermal expansion tank and regulator valve. I appreciated that there were no surprise fees. Other competitors quoted after hours service fees up to ~$200 for consultation only. Understanding the damage of the water leak to the walls and floors, Keith also forwarded my information with my consent to a restoration specialist during the service. Before Keith and Aaron left, I’d already scheduled for the restoration consultation. This smooth transition to the immediate next step for the restoration consultation to prevent mold growth would not have been possible without Keith and Aaron. Thank you for everything!

Rylan was the service technician that performed the work. We replaced our twenty year old freezer with a new refrigerator with freezer, ice-maker and water dispenser. Problem was, no water line to new refrigerator. So I called RRP. Rylan explained everything in detail on what he was going to do to get water to refrigerator. Rylan gave me a price and I signed off for him to start. The first thing Ryan did was check water pressure. Ryan called me over and I looked at the PSI gauge, 105 psi. The water pressure in your home should be 65 psi or less. I had replaced my main water pressure reduction valve 10 years ago. I haven’t thought about it again until Rylan checked the pressure. Immediately I ask Rylan to replace main pressure regulator valve. After Rylan replaced main pressure valve he adjusted valve to 65 psi, Thanks to my need for a plumber and Rylan checking the pressure; we prevented major water damage to our home.RRP is now in my quick dial.

I call RRP for one problem and Doug arrived in a timely manner. He showed me how to turn on the pilot to my water heater. Thanks, Doug. While here I asked about a couple other issues that I had planned to do myself. He was able to fine/repair a leak, replaced/repaired a valve, flushing mechanism for a toilet. The service and expertise of Doug far exceeded my expectation. I would definitely use this service again.
