We’ve had our furnace, AC and thermostat replaced then a our deck rebuilt and our house painted. Top quality professionals. Very reasonably priced. They do it all and they do it right the first time. We couldn’t be happier and trust nobody else now.

We have had our HVAC system maintenance and services done by a very well known company in Leavenworth for about 4 years. When it finally completely crapped out we were already prepared to get an entire new system. The price they gave us was astronomical. We had a chance meeting with the owner of ODM, Terry, at a football fundraiser last summer and saved his info for this exact foreseeable situation. We called Terry and he was out to our property within the hour. He gave us a quote and when I say we were absolutely flabbergasted I am not kidding. It was a third the cost for an entire replacement AND that was with a larger unit that our home actually needed. It felt like a slap in the face that we were being taken advantage of all this time and I wish we would have met ODM sooner. This is hands down the best customer service, best quality and most personal experience. I don’t think we have ever been that happy to write a check to anyone but Terry and his crew literally make it that pleasurable of an experience from start to finish. Our house is the most comfortable it has ever been. Clearly the larger units were a necessity. We can’t wait to see how much money we save this summer now that our AC will not be struggling 24/7 to keep up. Thank you so much for everything ODM. Do yourself a favor and call this company before you make any decisions on your HVAC system you will be so happy you did.

These guys were absolutely amazing! My family and I were stuck without AC for over a month, while our home warranty company and another HVAC contractor could not produce any solutions. On Demand came out and diagnosed the problem within the first day and resolved the issue from start to finish fast! Everyone involved was knowledgeable, on time, polite, and professional. Needless to say that I will be repeating business with them in the future!
