    Giving a review after a couple years. Furnace went out on a Saturday morning in January. Called and rich came out within an HR, diagnosed the problem and recommended we needed a new furnace. Was up front about it being a busy time and that they wouldnt be able to come out for a couple days to install a new one. Which is totally acceptable because I realize the world doesnt revolve around me like some reviewers on here. They came out on Monday installed everything. While the tech was installing I asked about a whole home humidifier, he didnt have one on him but said he could come out the following day which again is completely understandable since it was a last minute request. They came out the next day got that installed and everything has been working great for 4 years now. The service was professional, timely, extremely reasonable priced, and they waived the cost of a Saturday call. I felt it necessary to leave a review as I simply needed their number to find out what part number I need for a replacement water pad for the humidifier and saw the trash left on here. Highly recommend their service.

    The heat went out in a rental of mine and I could not find anyone to repair and turn the furnace back on (frantically called about 15 local heating/plumbing companies) until I reached Jackie with A -ok. She politely and calmly obtained an experienced tech who arrived at my rental about 1/1/2 hours later. Gerry, the serviceman, called me as I requested, and politely explained what the problem was, why it may have happened, and how I can prevent the problem in the future. Their price was very reasonable, especially as it was an emergency (tenants with no heat in December)! I was so relived and appreciated this companys professionalism very much. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for prompt, friendly, and professional service!

    Ive used these folks a few times for electrical repair and furnace inspection. The electrician went out of his way to make some quick repairs to my basement wall (just filled some cracks) for NO charge! Yes, he also did his electrical work well.Furnace inspection also went well, but their subcontractor did not file with Code Compliance right away, which presented some problems. Still, I have used them again, and find their rates lower than many, and service is good. Recently theyve had coupons on Angies List which have given me some great bargains. Check them out!

    Furnace went out on first really cold day of the season. I called A-OK. They were swamped with calls, but agreed to send a tech between 3 and 5pm. Korey arrived at 7pm after handling 14 calls ahead of us. He was apologetic that no one had called to notify of the delay, and he quickly diagnosed a bad ignitor and drove back to the warehouse to get the right replacement. Had everything working by 8pm. Richie (the owner) was very upset that I had not been called earlier to notify that they were behind schedule, and he insisted on giving me a large discount even though I said it was not necessary. I have dealt with A-Ok before and this just confirms my earlier experience that they are conscientious, skillful and srcupulously honest. I will definitely call them again in the future.

    Very professional and knowledgeable had issues with water heater and was able to repair instead of quick to just quote for a new replacement like the bigger companies. Will definitely be be a return customer.

    I called this company around 8:30 pm at night and the owner answer the phone personally. He told me that he be coming out about an hour later and he was at my house right on time. He took care of the AC in a very short time and with the overtime charge it was very reasonable. Thank you for such great work and professionalism.

    With the cold temps last week, the furnace and hot water heater stopped working at a vacant property that I own. I called A-OK and they came out and fixed the problems right away.
