We are very happy with the prompt , professional and knowledgeable service we recieved from Carl at American plumbing. Carl addressed all our necessary repairs as well as offered information on how to improve water flow. He cleaned up after repairs too.And we didnt need to get a loan for all the repairs he made. Great conversationalist.I would definitely recommend AmericanPlumbing and Carl. Thank for a great experience.

Excellent service from beginning call to Ashleigh to work performed by Zack. Both were attentive to needs and responded in a timely fashion. Zack did an outstanding job on installing a new Bradford White Hot Water tank. I highly recommend. The future is bright for American Plumbing.

Had a drainage problem and couldnt get anyone to come out in a decent time frame. Was told by the nice young lady that answered the phone that she couldnt get anyone out until Friday ( I called on a Wednesday) and I told her that was fine, at least I could get an appointment on the books. Not even 10 minutes later, she called back and said that someone would be out today and that she just couldnt promise what time it would be. No problem I told her. The two gentlemen that came out were knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use this company again! Thank you American Plumbing!

I had a bad leak in my basement. I could not find a plumber to come out same day. I called American Plumbing only to get a voicemail requesting I leave a brief message and a callback number. Thinking I would never hear from them again to my surprise, Lindsay from American called me back within 10 minutes to say they had an immediate opening. The team from American came within 30 minutes, assessed the leak and fixed the crazy situation within 2 hours. This Company ROCKS!!.. Thanks American Plumbing.

We found water in our basement at 9:30 at night. Looking for plumbers with 24/7 service, I chose American Plumbers because they had a local address, not like some “Roto” companies with just a phone #.Marcus was on call, and he came out in an hour. He diagnosed the problem, hooked up his machine, and cleaned out the “house to street” plumbing quickly.We will call these guys again, if needed.Thanks, Marcus.Doug and Sharon

Needed a plumbing rough in for a mother-in-law suite right away - American plumbing came through in just a few days. On site, they listened, understood the job, suggested better solutions, and completed the work in a couple of days. Outstanding performance with high quality professional work. Highly recommend this firm!UPDATE 2/2024: Water Supply Leak - came out within a few hours, replaced some old sand confusing plumbing with a cleaner and easier to understand layout. Jason came out to give an estimate and was absolutely amazing, Paige at the front desk is probably the nicest person Ive talked to on the phone and Rob, who came out to do the work, was so friendly, personable and knew what he was doing. We will continue to use American Plumbing!!

I was replacing the cartridge in my 30 year old shower that was dripping. So I took a few pictures and went to Gilberts hardware in Dewitt. The guy from the store was trying to help, but wasnt very experienced. Thats when Robert from American Plumbing overheard our conversation and jumped in to help me. Robert was so knowledgeable and helpful that I left with everything I needed and instructions how to do it. The also gave me his number in case I needed help.Upon pulling out the old cartridge, it broke apart and I thought I really messed up. So I called Robert. He told me what to do too get the broken pieces out. 30 minutes later, I had it all back together working great. If you ever need a good honest plumber, call Robert at American Plumbing. 10:30 on a Saturday night we found our sewer drain in the basement was backing up. After doing some searching online for emergency sewer service I decided to call American Plumbing. I expected to call and just get an answering machine or answering service. To my surprise the service tech on call named Mike answered. He said hed be to our house within an hour. He kept to that. Showed up within an hour and went immediately to work.Mike was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Hes a real asset to your company. He wore a mask the whole time as well. I will recommend American Plumbing to anyone I know.

Was really pleased with American Plumbing I had a tenant that had a main line clog that was keeping them from using their bathroom. I called around to several plumbers and wasnt able to get anyone to go out on the weekend. Jason was able to get out there and get to the job the same day, even though it was already 3pm on Saturday. Got the job done at a fair price and with excellent customer service.

Excellent service at a good price. My basement bathroom shower backed up, I called the next morning, and by the afternoon everything was back to normal and flowing fine. We had a major remodel project where we added a second bathroom in our home that was built in the 1950’s. We had new plumbing run for the bathroom as well old plumbing replaced. They also replaced our kitchen sink. I highly recommend them for remodel work.
