Great service! Fast response! Called them to take a look at a furnace. They found the fault quite fast. Found some other issue which prompted me to replace the unit. They gave me competitive prices and a 2 day turn around! The new unit looks amazing and they did a very very clean install. The 10 year no hassle warranty along with the knowledge of their technicians is what sold us! Would recommend highly!

My old furnace went out on me at 7pm at night. I went on the website to have someone come out and give an estimate for a replacement because the old one was on its last legs. I got a response back within an hr and had an estimate the very next day. 3 days later 2 technicians Brian and Trent had the new furnace up and running in under 4 hrs. They were prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made sure to give me a very thorough run down on the new furnace and answered any questions I had.

They were friendly, respectful of property and answered any question I had. I could tell they took pride in their work and knew what they were doing. We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioning system. We received quotes from three different companies, including Vredevoogd. Lee was a pleasure to work with on assessing our needs and provided us detailed quotes and answered all of our questions. Vredevoogd had lower prices on better equipment than the other companies we received quotes from.Daniel and Don were an awesome installation team. They did a great job of running supply lines cleanly and cleaned up after themselves. They even caulked around the existing roof exhaust vent after the roofers had left a gap.Buying a furnace and air conditioner is not fun, but Lee, Daniel, and Don made the experience a pleasure.

A couple of thoughts: Came out at 6 p.m. to do a furnace estimate. Deeply appreciated, as its difficult to meet vendors at your house during the day.Was straight forward / didnt try to sell me a bunch of junk that I didnt.Sat down in my living room and had a nice chat about various items. (Those little things matter.)Overall, well see how it goes...but I liked this experience WAY BETTER than Service Professor.

I would definitely hire Vredevoogd again. I am considering enrolling in their service program as well.My home AC installation was completed by a great team from Vredevoogd. The electrician (D&E, Portland) and the Vredevoogd team were all polite, competent, and professional. The least experienced crew member (Jerry) had only been with the company a few weeks, but he was IN THE GAME. He cleaned up the work area well and got experience with each task of the job. Its great to see the younger generation learning a trade! WE NEED THEM!They honored pricing from a quote over a year old. Thats tough to do with the current supply chain challenges. The crew showed up on time and finished before noon. I was able to get them started and return to focusing on my job in my home office while they worked. It was seamless.Thank you Lee, Jerry, Spencer, and Jerod!

A great company to work with! Well use Vredevoogd again!We were informed two weeks ago after an inspection that our 16 year-old furnace had reached the end of its life cycle and we needed to install a new unit pronto. Vredevoogd Comfort Advisor, Steve Flechsig, came to our home to show us furnace options, give us an estimate and walk us through the process of what to expect including options for financing the project. We were scheduled for a new furnace install within a week of our first meeting. Installers Avery and Dan arrived right on time on the morning in question and they were friendly and responsive to our questions. They completed the disassembly and removal of our old unit and installed the new unit in about 3-1/2 hours from start to finish and we are very happy with both the work that they did as well as the quality of the unit they installed.We are very happy with our experience with Vredevoogd and recommend them for heating & cooling services. Two Big thumbs up! 👍🏽👍🏽

We called Vredevoogd when we needed a full HVAC replacement because we had used them in Grand Rapids and knew they were quality. Jacob was our salesperson. He patiently explained our options for full system replacement, answered all our questions, and there was no pressure at all. We did purchase a new system, and they scheduled the install for the very next week! All the scheduling was done very well and kept us informed as to arrival times, and they were ON TIME. Trent and Zac came out to install, and everything was done very professionally AND quickly - all in one day and less time than expected. They did everything they said they would do. VERY SATISFIED, would highly recommend.

Unlike some of the other people that I contacted Lee first did a full analysis of the house and windows and Sun load so he could correctly size the units. Then presented multiple options based on my desires. This was all done in a very friendly no pressure atmosphere. In addition after he left I had some follow-up questions and he always got back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend Lee.

We had the pleasure of working with Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling after our furnace was diagnosed with a cracked heat exchanger. The office recognized the danger of the situation and was able to get a sales rep out same day, specifically within 4-6 hours. Our fantastic sales rep, Lee Edson was at our door within an hour. He walked us through all the steps with great knowledge and understanding of our stress with the situation. Teresa in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with.UPDATE: In spite of the icy road conditions the service team arrived at our door at 8:00 a.m. and were very professional and thorough with installing our new furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit. The technicians, Derek and Dan, took an extra 30 to 45 minutes with me walking through the new systems and ensuring my satisfaction. Of which I am very satisfied. What a fantastic company this has been to work with and I cant recommend them enough!

Vredevoogd did well explaining my options when I needed to replace my 30 year old furnace ( Brad was knowledgeable, kind and courteous.) I was scheduled for install promptly. The technicians were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable in installing the furnace and in adapting pipeline routing.They cleared away all debris.They were helpful explaining how the furnace and thermostat work. The only problem I had, which in no way are the technicians responsible, was noxious fumes mainly due to the adhesive needed for the install, and to a lesser degree, from factory oil that needed to burn off. It took over four days with lots of ventilation to clear the fumes that caused headaches and nausea.Vredevoogd needs to warn people about this and hopefully, look into a less toxic adhesive/sealer. I will contact Vredevoogd again for other services.

Jason did a good job getting out roots from my drain and explaining to me that the roots will always find their way back into my drain because there has to be a crack in the pipes that they can access. it will need to be fixed if I dont want a reoccurrence of this situation. The only thing I wasnt happy with is that he didnt sanitize the floor after he reamed the pipes. I didnt realize that until I went back in the basement after hed gone.

Needed to have my home AC unit serviced due to an unexpected outage. As these things happen, it was over one of the hottest weekends of the summer.I called one of the ot*H*er *F*acilities that I had used in the past and was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could schedule a service visit. With two young kids in the home and temps hitting 90 degrees, I was hoping for a little quicker of a response time.Vredevoogd offered to come out that same day as an emergency call, or if I could wait until the next day, it would be a standard call and save me money on the service. We were able to wait and the technician, Chase, was able to identify that it wasnt the refrigerant as I had thought, but the capacitor that needed to be replaced. Took about 20-30 minutes and everything was back up and running.I threw away the number of the previous company and will only use Vredevoogd for all future heating and cooling service calls from now on.

I had a furnace installed earlier this year that was not done properly (the original work was not done by Vredevoogd). Ive had several companies come out to take a look at the furnace and all of them immediately jumped to trying to sell me a new furnace. Jim was very professional, thorough, competent in responding to my furnace issue....and resolving it. After reviewing the reviews of others who have had Jake provide HVAC service, I, too, am in agreement that he is very, very good at his craft, both from a competency standpoint, as well as a customer service perspective. Shopped around for a few quotes for a new furnace and water heater. The amounts for a few different companies were very close in range to each other. Even though Vredevoogd was not the cheapest of the quotes, They provided the most exceptional customer service, response time and accommodations. Lee is absolutely personable and friendly. He answered every single question I had when comparing the different quotes and what type of model was best for us. I am very happy I went with them to complete installation! Trent his partner were very thorough and quick. They completed complete demolition, removal, install and instructions of a brand new furnace, water heater, electrical components and pipes within 4 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

While I was working when the two fellows arrived, I didnt catch their names, but they came in (was careful not to get water on our carpet - thank you so much) and installed the water heater.
