Amazing service. Had an issue with my water line connections to my washer. Serviceman was professional, kind, and patient, and didnt laugh at me when it turned out to be user error. He then went on to install a garbage disposal for me and finished the job very quickly, and with little complication. Will call upon again in the future.

We were able to get an appointment very quick for our clogged pipes. Chadwick and his co-worker arrived on time. They were very courteous and respectful . After assessing the problem, Chadwick explained what needed to be done, gave a price estimate and got right to work. They worked quickly, efficiently, and had everything cleaned up. Thanks to the city planting a tree in the front of my house, I have needed Mid Michigan Plumbing’s services three separate times for roots running through my septic line. The most recent being on Thanksgiving 😅 All I can say is each time they have been here, they are communicative, prompt, very pleasant and extremely efficient. They do not charge outrageous prices, even on a holiday. I would 100% recommend them!

Austin used M7 to retrieve any lint/hair stuck in line pulled back very small amount of lint on first 2 passes 3rd pass came back clean. Tested with large amount of water and drain was faster but still slow. Ran pressure bag to push anything else that could be sitting in the line through to the mainline. Everything is open and flowing at this time. Suggesting we begin using a drain sock to catch lint/hair in the water being drained during wash cycle into a 64yr old drain pipe, Austin was giving us preventative advice which was greatly appreciated!

Excellent service. We’ve used them three times now and we will continue to do so when we need repairs. First time was replacing a water heater, they came same day and had it installed promptly. Next they couldn’t fix our dishwasher but they came out and at least helped us figure out it wasn’t a true plumbing g issue. Third was fixing a broken shower valve-cutting into the wall, replacing valve, and installing an access panel. They also replaced a corroded water valve to the main shutoff. They were professional, knew what they were doing, got it done in good time, and even vacuumed up after themselves. We have more projects in the future and we hope they send the same 2 guys that were here today, one of them was Hayden & he was fantastic.Also want to mention reasonable and fair prices for the amount of work. The scheduler also kept us informed when plumber was en route.

My 30 year old toilet required replacement and your representative was very cost conscious for us seniors, knew about all the details of the mechanics of each brand of toilets. Removed & replaced with a taller toilet that helps us seniors with mobility issues also. Toilet flushes with light touch & water saver capabilities. Joe was great! Timely, professional, and kind. Despite my utter ignorance in all things plumbing, he walked me through his work and even provided suggestions for ongoing care and maintenance. We had a problem with a stubborn drain, but Joe took it to task, not satisfied until the job was done right. Most impressive, despite the time, effort, and frustration spent on fixing the issue, he did cuss out loud once! By contrast, I will weave a tapestry of obscenities in my struggles to remove the lid off a pickle jar. Joe and the entire Michigan Plumbing team were great! Michigan Plumbing was able to send a technician out the evening that I called. Unfortunately, we need an electrician to put in an outlet so the new disposal that I purchased, can be installed. He said to call back after we get that done and even offered to give me his bucket for the leaky old disposal so I can use the sink in the meantime. Will definitely call them again! 12/18 Connor returned to install the disposal but Menards had sold me the wrong cord. So Connor told me how I could wire the disposal once I got the right cord and I did, and we now have a working disposal. Thanks, Michigan Plumbing and Connor!Part 3 - Connor returned without charge to adjust the disposal as there was a leak at the top.

Even though we were not experiencing a disasterous leak or back up problem it made no difference.Joe and Conner assessed the problem, came up with a possible solution and explained everything noting it could be another problem which was explained also.Their first diagnostics proved correct and after some hard work, within a short time had the shower and tub both fixed. I turned off the main water line and called Michigan Plumbing because they’re literally right around the corner from our house.They arrived first thing this morning at 8 am, replaced all the water pipes to the bathroom’s sink and installed 3 shut off valves just incase something like this happens again.Our plumber Chatwick Willobee was very professional, down to earth, did a fantastic job and we had a great conversation about life in general.Michigan Plumbing prices were very reasonable considering all that had to be done quickly. As for the plumbing it went great, no leaks, good pressure and a single faucet is so much better plus they raised the shower, on/off, up a little higher for less of a reach. I give a 4 only because the guys who performed the service were wonderful, professional and knew what they were doing. I would give a #1 if I were ranking Michigan Plumbing on your ability to communicate with customers. When I called, I was very specific about what needed to be done. A day or two later I get a call saying that so-and-so is coming to my house. Im not living there yet so I had to hurry and get over to the residence. I told the guy what needed to be done and he says he couldnt do that as he doesnt have the equipment. He contact his supervisor (?) and says that someone can come next Tuesday (tomorrow). I explained I had to be out of town, but could be back by 2 pm. Today, Monday, I get a call saying that Michigan Plumbing saying guys were on their way over to my other house,. Again, I hurried over there and, at least this time, the guy had the right equipment. I think the young mans name was Chadwick. He was a fantastic representative of Michigan Plumbing and could easily be in sales! He knew what he was doing and got the job done. I would give him a +10 for his work.

Paid 950 dollars in April for drain cleaning at my business. Same spot is backing up. Called them and was notified there was only a 30 day warranty. 950 bucks for an hour and a half work and they wont warranty. Ill never use them again. Edit: They called me shortly after my review and said that since I had a deroot done there is a one year warranty. So they are sending someone out to look at it. Will update the outcome. 2nd Update: They showed up within an hour, found that they missed some roots the last time and did another jet flush for free. Updated the review to 4 stars.

(Original 5-star rating)2024-Austin came out today to exchange a leaking cartridge in my shower fixture. He was very courteous and in the end got everything working great, but because it was a Delta fixture (and not a Moen fixture like he is used too) he didn’t have the parts to fix this, and it took him three hours. MI plumbing has a flat $325 fee for this kind of work, which is kind of annoying because I had to pay full price even though a knock-off (ie non Delta) cartridge was installed. Make sure to request a plumber with Delta-fixture experience when calling MI Plumbing to come out, or use an alternative plumbing company with Delta experience and parts on the truck. (Rating reduced to 4 stars)
