My 46 year old sump pump died this morning and my sump pit filled with water due to the heavy rains. I called Miteff Plumbing and they were here in a less than 3 hours. He replaced the pump quickly and got the water pumping outside again. The work was very well done and everything has a 5 year warranty.

Called Miteff after getting a very high quote from another company to replace leaky shower fixtures. Not only was Miteffs quote less than half of the original, they came out the same day for repair. The two gentlemen that came to the house were absolutely wonderful and personable. Even though they had to run out to buy parts and the job took longer than expected, the original quote amount was still honored. Will call them every single time moving forward!

When I called Miteff I was quickly given a written quote for a new sump pump and didnt have to wait long for the installation. I appreciate the timed appointment instead of being told they would arrive in a window of 9-12 or 1 to 5. Jordan started on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done.I was thoroughly impressed with every step of the process. He was conscientious, polite and informed me of what he would be doing ahead of time. I appreciate the fact that he put booties over his work shoes to keep our floors clean.Good company - great employees!

Very efficient, service-oriented, and timely, along with highly professional. Shawn removed a very old wall mounted sink in our half bath and replaced it with a new pedestal lavatory and faucet, clearing the clogged drain in the process. The job was done very quickly with top grade materials at an affordable price - billed at exactly what had been quoted. We are very pleased and will use Miteff Plumbing again!

Our hot water heater completely blew out on a Sunday evening. We called at least 7 local plumbers early Monday AM who either couldn’t fit us in or didn’t answer their phones. Miteff immediately got back with us and was able to fit us in for same day service with a reasonable quote. Friendly, efficient, and great communication. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

Such a great company! Our water heater went out the day before the 4th of July and even with the holiday Shawn was out Saturday morning to put in a new one. They kept me updated on what time they would be there, so there were no unexpected surprises. He was quick, clean, and efficient. What I was quoted Wednesday before even talking about scheduling it for the holiday weekend was exactly what I paid. We will definitely be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

Can’t say enough praise for this company! We used them for a bathroom rough in and they ran into problems that were not their fault. Had to come back to finish the next day at no extra charge. Tonight, a Sunday no less, our sump pump went out. Got a new one and Shawn came over to be sure everything was okay even though he had to leave a family function. Shelby was genuinely concerned about our situation and we are on the schedule for tomorrow for a back-up pump. These people and the company are amazing!!!

We had to replace two large sections of our vertical sewage drainage stack. They did a phenomenal job and did this massive project very quickly. He also noticed that we have a water line corrosion issue we will need to watch out for in and showed me where the issue was. We will definitely be calling them to replace in the future.Additionally they took the time to clean up and honestly our floor was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.Additionally I’ve struggled to be able to get plumbers to return my calls and their communication was very appreciated.They give a time range and have Shelby call when they are ten minutes from arrival. 10/10 will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Called them because I had some plumbing issues. They had me send them pictures of the plumbing problem I was having. They gave me a estimate over the phone based on those pictures which made the process so much easier. They came out the next day fixed the problem and did a awesome job. After they were done they walked me through everything they did. They also saw my garbage disposal was leaking and they were able to make a couple of adjustments on it and they got it to stop. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them.

Called them out because my 2018 Rheem was leaking from the pressure relief valve in the home I just bought. Shawn installed an AOSmith 40 gallon gas heater and hes been back multiple times as weve worked together to diagnose why the pressure has been so high in the hot water system causing the new pressure relief valves to leak (theyve been replaced twice since we got the new water heater). Weve determined it needs an expansion tank!

The guys arrived, 4 of them, they were all very courteous, they split the work up among them and got it all done pretty quickly. The materials they used were all high quality and I like the fact that they all checked each other’s work when each item was done, I had multiple things worked on. I would not hesitate in recommending them and they will be my go to plumbers, if the need arises.

Ive had them come out twice (shower repair and toilet replacement) thanks to the less enjoyable surprises of buying a house.Both times, they were friendly and courteous. The jobs got done quickly and the area was left very clean. For the shower repair that required removing some drywall; they cut the smallest possible hole to make my life easier rather than a larger hole which probably would have made the job easier for them.Overall, super happy and will continue using them for all future plumbing needs.

I have an old house with lots of water problems, so I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to try many different plumbers in town before finding Miteff plumbing. They’ve been out to my house twice. Once to replace my main sewer pipe inside the house (big job through all 3 levels of my home) and to replace an outdoor spigot. The second time was for an fridge ice maker connection. I’m on their schedule to come out a third time for a new issue with my shower. They are the only plumber I trust 100%. They are honest and straightforward, fair pricing, friendly, and highly professional. You will have peace of mind knowing Miteff will do things the right way and clean up after themselves.
