    Roto-Rooter was a Christmas blessing. We had Joe from the Lansing office come assess or sewage catastrophy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and due to his expertise he saved us what we thought was a sewage replacement, saved us untold thousands of dollars. From now on, we will always go to Roto-Rooter for any problems. Thank you Joe and Roto-Rooter, we cant thank you enough.

    So happy with their service! We had a problematic bathroom sink - they were able to come out the day after I called, in and out in 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. Other companies had quoted me $$$$ and said they needed to tear apart the wall😳. Definitely recommend.

    Steve was very knowledgeable, he gave me a breakdown of all the work he was gonna do. Explained to me why he was doing the things he was going to do before doing them. He even found a few other minor issues I had while exploring the original problem. He took the time to help take care of those issues as well. I will definitely be calling back for any of my future plumbing needs

    Aaron R. And his trainee from Roto-Rooter provided exceptional service. Issue with main sewer line clogged, they were incredibly informative and professional, gave me all of my options and their professional opinions while keeping my best interests in mind. Called the night before and he was out first thing in the morning. Would recommend Aaron R. to anyone that has plumbing issues.

    Extremely ecstatic about the service that was provided today. After having another company come out and tell me that I would have to abandon my sewer line due to it being clogged. Your Tech Adam came out reviewed the situation and recommended jetting out the system. He was extremely professional on time and was able to complete the drain cleaning. Saving me thousands of dollars. Adam (139)and his helper were extremely professional they cleaned up after themselves and were very patient with all the questions I had they are a asset to your company thank you so much for all the hard work.😁 PS. sorry I forgot the helpers name and it wasnt listed on the invoice.

    We needed our sewer line cleaned out and we were able to get an appointment the same day we called. Our service tech Joe Hoose took the time to explain the issue, cleaning process, and available options, as well as answer all our questions. Were very happy with the service we received from Joe.

    Tech came out to fix a stubborn clog in the kitchen sink. It took several times with the water jet and the auger to finally break the clog free, but persevered until the line cleared. More than the actual maintenance performed, the tech (Joe) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing a tenacious person who does excellent work. 10/10

    I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when they said a plumber could be there in less than an hour. Steve arrived within an hour and had already reviewed notes from a visit 2 years ago…by a different plumber! He asked excellent questions then got right to work and fixed the problem. Couldn’t ask for a more professional service!!

    Water restoration for plumbing leak in crawlspace. Jordan and Chase arrived early each morning and worked efficiently to get our crawlspace and subfloor dry. On the plumbing side, Joe and Max were very easy to work with and worked very quickly. Would recommend!

    Steve came out about a week ago to check out pipes that were backed A week goes by and he comes to hydro jet the pipes he had us inspect the pipes with him with his camera, showed us exactly what the issue was, he had someone with him they were both very very professional, incredibly helpful and good people to be around I would definitely recommend roto rooter to anyone needing a plumber
