    Had an issue with sump pump crock filled to the top, running and pumping not a drop. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem quickly; also provided info on how to avoid the issue in the future and even showed how to maintain my tankless water heater. Great guy and very knowledgeable.     Called around to get quotes to replace hot water tank that sprung a leak. Talked with Mike (owner) and he explained the problem with the creation of acidic moisture dripping back onto hot water tank from exhaust vent gases & condensation, from the vent that no longer has the furnace connected. This moisture rusts the hot water tank on the outside causing a top tank pin hole over a number of years. This exactly where the leak was from. The top of the tank, exhaust column. We have a high efficiency furnace where it no longer heats up the main exhaust vent and the traditional gravity hot water tank does not cycle enough to burn off collected moisture on the main exhaust vent system. This explained the moisture that would run down the original vent. We had a power vented hot water tank installed by his employee Tyler. He was very knowledgeable and performed quality workmanship making the service connections. He also took care in transporting the new and old tanks up/ down the basement. Also made sure the site was well cleaned during and after his work. The final cost was less than the phone quotation. I would call them again.

    Excellent and very kind service!I moved to this town from Brooklyn about a year a go. I used to live in a condominium apartment.     Excellent service by Mike from WNY Plumbing. We had a leak in the ceiling below a bathroom. He worked hard to detect the leak and to minimize invasion into our walls and cabinets. Eventually it was a pipe issue in a wall. He consulted with me at every step of the process. He also provided some tips on cleaning up the mold that resulted from the leak and other affordable contractors for the wall repair. He expertly handled replacing the piping as well.

    Wonderful service. Worked hard to find the issue and gave me very good advice to avoid any problems in the future. Didn’t realize that my kolher faucets were under warranty. He found the part number and phone number to kohler so I would get the parts under thier lifetime warranty. Did not for one minute feel like I was being sold on anything. Just honest and very nice to work with. Will definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

    Good value in my mind, the unit I needed would have been roughly half the price they quoted, leaving the rest for supplies and labor. Highly doubt I could have done the job myself any faster, cheaper, or easier.Outside of that, this was as smooth a process as could be. I called for an quote, within two days I had the number, and within two business days of that I had a new water heater. No fuss, no delays, no surprises.All in all, I got a nice new water heater, installed correctly/professionally, without having to do more than make a couple calls. Whats not to like?

    I have a new house I purchased from Natale Builders in Nov20, and WNY was contracted for the entire plumbing. I called WNY, when I took an extended soak in my second floor tub, and the morning after noticed some water seepage in the first floor dining room ceiling. Mike was amazing from the start. He was on time and extremely courteous. He diagnosed the source of leak, which was a loose overflow cap/gasket in the second floor tub which was causing some seepage in the first floor ceiling along the seams. He sealed it with a silicone sealant, and mentioned writing a report to cover the ceiling repairs...i will comment on that part once its done. But, coming back to Mikes service, its refreshing to see that excellent customer service still exists. (He even gave me some helpful advice about my water softener :)Thanks Mike and WNY!Anu

    Ricky from WNY is the BEST. Some water came from our storm pipe line. We called several companies to come and take a look. Most of these companies have very high google review, such as 5.0, 4.9, etc. One of them gave us a 4k quota and told us we need a new bubbler system; another one gave us a 2k quota and told us one pipe needs to be replaced after sending snake and camera down to the pipe. Ricky came several days ago and told us it is just because the pipe is blocked and he successfully drained it within one hour - saving us lots of money. He is very professional!! Definitely choose WNY when there is a pluming issue next time.

    I was told by my washing machine delivery man that I needed new shut off valves. I called WNY plumbing because they had done work for my mother and she was happy with them, when my service guy Kyle showed up he told me I didn’t need new shut off valves just a little tightening and didn’t even charge me a service fee.     WNY Plumbing is one of the best in the Business. I am Chairman of the Lake View Fire District and use them exclusively for any problems we have in either one of our 2 District Buildings. They have taken care of Tank-less water heater installation, outside drain tile problems, indoor trench drains running slowly in our truck room... the list goes on and on.     Kyle was on time. Explained everything he had to do. Replaced 2 toilets, kitchen sink and faucet, made it fit the space, installed two new bathroom sinks and faucets, installed a new sump pump and back up system in under 6 hours. Removed all the old stuff and all the packing. Took me thru for a walk thru and made sure I was satisfied. The only thing is the new toilets are a bit too high. But overall everything was great. I’ll use WNY plumbers again if I need them.

    WNY Plumbing was the contractor used by our home builder a few years ago. WNY Plumbing has continued to provide excellent customer service since then. Most recently, Mike installed hot water outdoor faucets to my home and neighbor’s home. We added them for the resurfacing our pond for the kids to play hockey on through the winter. Mike has done a few other installs for us and been very accommodating with great interactions. Mike also takes the time to answer any questions and ensures that you have a full understanding of services provided along with the associated costs. After installation was completed, I have asked Mike and the WNY Plumbing to send a proposal for roughing plumbing for a full basement bathroom. After the years of quality service and the continuity of mostly dealing with Mike, we are confident that they will do a fantastic job with the new bathroom.

    We own a new built Marrano patio home we have been experiencing low flow coming out of our master bathroom shower. Yesterday WNY Plumbing sent Mike M. to see what the cause was. After carefully removing the fixture and checking various possibilities he found that this fixture had a restriction in the valve assembly. Well after he fixed the restriction our shower now works the way the show room shower worked with force another words great.     We’ve used WNY Plumbing since we moved here in 2006. Over the years they’ve installed a water heater, replaced a sink, repaired a sink, and fixed our toilets a time or two. Their service person has been on time or was courteous enough to let me know if they were running late. The repairs have always been thorough. As a small business owner myself I can say that they check all the boxes regarding good service, reasonable pricing and customer service.

    Im very happy with the overall service we received earlier this week. I had a clog in the kitchen sink. They gave me pricing over the phone and were up front about expectations. Within a few hours, we received a call saying they were going to be there soon. Upon arrival, they were friendly, assessed the situation and got right to work. Brad gave some feedback and left the area clean when he was finished. They would be the first call I make if I needed a plumber in the future.
