He recently fixed a troublesome hot/cold water mixing valve that had been giving us headaches for a long time. While replacing the valve, Jeff had to make a quick trip to a local hardware store to fetch some additional supplies. This was necessary to create a custom fitting for our vintage plumbing system. The ingenious device he crafted worked like a charm! Now, everything functions as it should, just as it did when our walk-in tub was first installed over a decade ago! My initial interaction was with Norman, the owner, over the phone. He promptly arranged the repair appointment despite our home being quite a distance from their primary location. His approach was notably friendly and accommodating. Later, I gave Norman a ring to compliment Jeff on his outstanding work and his pleasant personality. Normans response was, Youre not the first to be impressed with Jeff! I wholeheartedly endorse this plumbing company. Youll struggle to find a more competent or more personable team to work with.

She promptly arranged for a professional to come over that same afternoon to evaluate the issue. Following this, they planned the task for the next day. Gerald showed up and did an excellent job installing a new 50-gallon Rheem hot water heater. Not only did he perform a highly professional job, but he also installed a few additional features at no extra charge. Gerald was amiable and provided useful information. I just have to give a shoutout to this exceptional plumbing team. Ive relied on their services in the past and I must say, theyve impressed me yet again. Their dedication to customer service and their top-notch plumbing skills are truly commendable. I recently had an issue in my laundry room where two valves had to be replaced. I reached out to Gerald and he scheduled a visit for me at 8:00 am. He also arranged for the Lancaster water department to come out at 7:30 to shut off the water. The plumbers, Jeff and Malik, arrived punctually, replaced the valves, and did everything that was necessary. They were quick and efficient. They then contacted the water department and waited for the water to be back on and everything to be operational. A couple of days later, I encountered a severe leak. Once again, I called Gerald early in the morning. Within half an hour, Malik, the head plumber, and another team member were at my place. My ancient pipes had developed a leak just below the newly installed copper pipes, something they couldnt have foreseen. Theyve been diligently working for over 2 hours, replacing everything and tidying up excellently. Malik even called a water restoration company to handle the water under the washer and dryer and to dry everything out. Gerald called to inform me that the company would be contacting me shortly, and true to his words, the restoration company called within minutes. All these interactions took place within a quick 5-minute window. And to top it all, they didnt charge me for todays visit. I highly recommend Jeff, Malik, and Gerald for any plumbing needs you might have. They run an incredible family plumbing business here in Lancaster!

Should I pen down about maliks professionalism, even a book wouldnt suffice. This might be a lengthy comment, but its a must-read for anyone unsure about selecting a plumber. A friend recommended me to Anthony & Sons Plumbing. I encountered a sewer line backup, and the local authorities in Lancaster claimed the problem was from my side. I was unable to locate a clean out in my yard, so the snake was deployed in the basement toilet. I gave malik a call late Friday evening, and he was on my doorstep shortly after. Unlike other plumbers, he didnt slap on an emergency fee. He also provides free estimates, while others might charge you for a visit and then obscurely subtract the free estimate once the plumbing work is done. When he quoted the prices, it was rather late in the evening. I told malik he could return the next day as it was getting late. However, he insisted on finishing the job that night!! He labored for hours, and even brought a larger snake the next morning as my problem was quite severe. Giving 5 stars doesnt do him justice. malik deserves 10 stars!!!

For the past couple of weeks, weve been dealing with an elusive water leak on our property. The city sent us an email warning about excessive water use - we were using up to 12 gph. But since we couldnt see the leak, it became a complex issue to handle. Different plumbers had their own strategies, some were destructive, making multiple holes in our walls and ground, while others suggested we get in touch with leak detection companies. Despite one plumbing company identifying a potential leak location, their price estimate was exorbitant, over $5k. In this scenario, anthony & Sons Plumbing came to our aid and were incredibly supportive. Their plumbers, diego and norman, were not only cheerful and helpful, but also highly knowledgeable. They pinpointed the exact location of the leak (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal excavation, they managed to repair it. Not only that, they filled up the hole in the driveway and patched it with matching concrete. They even moved the dirt back into the other holes, reducing our clean-up work post-repair. While it was a full days work, were relieved that we finally found and stopped the leak, preventing further water wastage. We wholeheartedly recommend them due to their positive approach to work, excellent work ethics, humility, and down-to-earth attitude. But the most important factor was their fair pricing. When other companies were giving us outrageous quotes, these guys did the job for a fraction of the cost!

They did a fantastic job explaining what they were doing and the reasons behind it. In addition, Jeff was kind enough to assist me with another minor plumbing project I was handling in Lancaster. Anthony & Sons Plumbing did an excellent job! I had an issue with my bathroom faucet that was jammed and wouldnt operate. Malik, one of their plumbers, attempted to replace the cartridge, but the top of the sink didnt provide enough space. Consequently, we had to bring in a cabinet maker to enlarge the working area for the plumbers. Despite requiring three visits, they finally managed to reach the cold water faucets and rectify the issue. Throughout this process, they demonstrated patience, cleanliness, assistance, and ingenuity - all the qualities you look for in a plumbing service. I would definitely enlist their services again, particularly Malik, who was a great help!

Jeff and Gerald are simply EXCEPTIONAL!! Jeff is always quick to pick up the phone and respond to messages. He keeps you updated about his arrival time. Ive hired them on two different occasions and both times, they were able to provide immediate service, which is crucial when youre dealing with leaky pipes and need to shut off your water. They are polite, considerate, and their pricing is reasonable. The quality of their work is top-notch and enduring. They even tidy up after finishing the job. Itll be hard to find a quicker, friendlier, or superior service elsewhere. Ive had to engage various plumbers owing to ongoing plumbing troubles in my house. You wont find anyone who leaves you more content than Jeff!!

I had a pleasant conversation with Norman over the phone, who was extremely courteous and helpful. They dispatched two skilled technicians, one of them being Diego, who were both very professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job replacing our old tank, setting up a new one, and installing a new pressure reducing valve. The pricing was very reasonable. This is exactly the kind of service one hopes for when faced with an emergency plumbing situation.
