These guys are great. I’ve called them a few times to fix old leaky pipes and get a new water heater installed. They get you on the schedule quickly and always show up in a timely manner. Nick even took the time to show me how to turn off any gas lines in my house since most of my appliances are gas and I’m a new homeowner. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also extremely friendly. They are very thorough and knowledgeable, highly recommend!

Quality Organization. They are very thorough, courteous and very professional.I recommend their service.Have used the organization many times and will continue to use them.The most recent experience was changing out many tub/shower/sink faucets. It was complicated. They came out in advance to look at what I bought to ensure we would be okay. Which was very helpful. I ended up having to return many items I bought and got different product that all worked but one faucet did not.Recommend anyone doing this to put a time limit on figuring out if your new product can be used or not once they start the work.You should know very quickly if there’s going to be an issue. I had one roman tub faucet that did not work, all others worked well.It is not an easy task. The tech tried for over 3 hours without success. Let the tech know up front how much time so he can let you know. I ended up with almost $500 bill for one faucet install that could not be completed by the time I told the tech let’s call it a day once he said he can’t figure out how to make it work.

Im almost at a loss for words for how grateful I am that pipeworks was able to help me out in my time of need. I ran into a issue with my drain lines at the beginning of the year causing any use of water to back up into my bathtub making me unable to use any water in the house other than drinking water. I have three children with one of them being less than two weeks old at the time of service. I explained my situation to Jessica over the phone and she had two techs at my house within hours to resolve the issue. When the techs arrived, they were very efficient and professional in resolving the issue within about an hour. They even cleaned up all messes from the process! They helped me out of a big problem for my family at home and couldnt be happier with the results. The price for the work performed was also very reasonable as well. This is a company that treats its customers well and gets it right the first time. What more needs to be said?

I cant thank Pipeworks of Ohio enough for their amazing service and going above and beyond for my mother when she really needed it the most. After being discharged from the hospital, they scheduled her within 24 hours to fix the toilet in her en suite bathroom and repair the unstable flooring beneath it. This prevented my mom from having to walk across the house with her oxygen tank to the only working bathroom. The technicians truly listened and prioritized her needs in her condition. The workmanship was fantastic - they did an excellent job with the new flooring in particular. Both my parents were so happy with the repairs. I highly recommend them for their skilled work and compassionate customer service, especially for seniors. They will always be our first call when plumbing issues arise. This companys caring attention to their clients makes all the difference.

I would greatly recommend this company for all of your piping needs. They ran a water line from my basement to our barn in record time. Roughly 250 ft with a no freeze barn hydrant. Thanks so much for doing this for us.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Josh, Josh and Zach. They did a fabulous job of replacing all the piping in my house. I had trouble with the plumbing in this old house due to it not being set up properly when built. The guys were great at letting me know what was happening and gave me plenty of time to prepare for being without water. They worked to make sure I wasnt without any water for as little time as possible and one day hooked up a sink just so we would have water overnight. Great company, I will definitely recommend to anyone that ask me about plumbing work.

We have used Pipeworks a few times, and every time they have been incredibly helpful and courteous. On separate occasions they installed a hot water tank, fixed a leaking pipe, and installed a toilet. They also do a great job with scheduling, and they are quick to get things done. I highly recommend them!

We have had pipeworks out multiple times in the last couple of years.Previously, they replaced a bad element in our water heater and clean out the sediment.They also helped find and fix a dangerous sink leak a while back which saved us from some costly repairs.We managed to get a couple years out of that replacement element but this week the water heater gave out again. Pipeworks once again tried to help us out with a similar element replacement but it looked like the leaking was too much. We went with a replacement unit, finally. Eleven years was a good run for the old unit.Not only did they have a reasonable price but they added in an overflow system and rerouted the janky plumbing we had around it. They did a wonderful job and were very attentive to any questions we had. Its really clear they care about craftmanship.The performance of the unit seems better than the last and we have plenty of hot water.Do yourself a favor and save thier number. Its the only one youll need for plumbing.

I had a small leak that appeared over a weekend in the old pipes in my basement utility room. We had to have new hot and cold lines replaced in this area. Pipeworks was very prompt in returning my call and getting service to me the same day. The technicians Nick and Austin were great from start to finish. Explaining things as they went and ensuring everything was sealed up in both the new and old connections before they left. We’ve had several plumbing related issues in the past but this was our first time using Pipeworks after a family recommendation. We will definitely keep Pipeworks in mind for future projects.

We had Pipeworks come out and fix our washer drain line and wash sink drain. It was draining out into the floor drain which is of course not ideal. They were able to clean the emergency drain pipe and get it flowing better for us. And then they installed piping and now have my washer and wash sink draining into the main line. They were thorough and looked at my pipes as well as tested everything to make sure things wouldnt back up. They also talked to me about different issues with my old plumbing and offered solutions for the future. Both guys that came out to our property were extremely professional and helped walk me through things so I understood what was going on. I highly recommend these guys and will 100% be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Have a very old home with unique plumbing issues. Josh and Eric were able to locate the leak quickly with minimum damage to the ceiling below the leak. They were friendly, professional, courteous and keep me informed in every step of the repair. The repair was finished in a timely manner to my satisfaction...they even cleaned up every piece of drywall, lathe and plaster and swept the room before discussing payment. The price of the repair was very economical for the professional service and complexity of the repair. I would highly recommend this company and their workers for any plumbing need.

I wish you could give 10 stars, that’s how amazing every single person I dealt with was. Having an older home, we found so many shortcut plumbing issues that it was overwhelming. I got various quotes which were outrageous, and when I got the quote back from Ian- I thought he made a mistake because his quote was so much more reasonable. He walked me through step by step about what would work best for my house and what services they could help me with. This company is so down to earth, realistic, and really has your best interest in mind. They quoted me for a two day job, and when it only took them 1.5 days- THEY DEDUCTED THE .5 LABOR HOURS FROM MY BILL. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality people doing quality product. Amazing folks! After calling 5 different plumbers and a week and a half without hot water, I was told to call Pipeworks. First of all a real person answered! Yay! We are so happy we called them. They came that day to see if it could be repaired. After thoroughly examining it we were all in agreement that the best thing to do was replace the hot water tank. Within a day the tank was brought to our house by 2 of the nicest guys, installed without any issues and what a deal. Nearly 500$ less than the other guys! Will call if we need anything else, for sure. You can’t beat the service and deals!

I had several plumbers come out to give me quotes and Pipeworks was by far the most affordable. Dont ever call Joes or Rotorooter unless you want to pay x5 or more for the same work. Pipeworks was a great experience, the guys were very friendly, they worked quickly and efficiently. I had them fix a cleanout I accidently cracked and snake 4 drains. I will be using them again for sure! thank you for excellent service.

We have been using Pipeworks in our 1900 house since we moved in a couple of years ago. This has included a complicated removal of an old waste stack, replacing out-of-code gas lines, and routine toilet replacement and drain cleaning. Recently, Michael and Doug arrived about 2 hours after I called to unclog a shower drain. They efficiently went to work and completed the job in about half an hour.

Very pleased to recommend Pipeworks. A friendly voice answered my phone call instead of a dead-end recording. They showed up at the promised date and time; in this day and age that is a miracle in itself. Mike was professional, friendly and expert in providing the service I needed which was to check gas lines for leaks. He also replaced the stop to our kitchen range. Additionally, he relit the pilots on our gas appliances, which if left to me would surely have been explosive. And, all for a very fair and reasonable price. They met and exceeded all of my expectations. Great folks to do business with.

In the most recent service, Kaleb came out and finished the job in about 2 hours. He walked me through his work, talked through the invoice, and ultimately solved the problem we had with a dripping water heater. I would highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.

I dont have enough space to tell you how awesome Pipeworks in Lancaster has been over the years. But I will try.We own a very old house. A few years after moving in there was a gas leak, the gas company said to call Ian at Pipeworks and we are so glad we did. Since replacing the gas lines, they have fixed frozen pipes several times, unclogged the sewer lines, installed a clean out trap in the yard, and even dug up and replaced the old clay pipes with modern ones.They are always professional, friendly people and they stand by their work and service. Thank you folks for always going above and beyond!

We had Pipeworks out to Install a house filter and a new water softener.Nick and Andy did a fantastic job. Nick removed all of the plastic PVC put in by the previous water softener company and replaced it with copper pipe. The way he ran the pipe is a work of Art We have used Pipeworks in the past and will continue to use them.

For most of last summer I couldn’t mow my whole back yard because a section would not dry out. I didn’t want this summer to be the same so I started calling around. After discovering that a competitor who “served” the Lancaster area was over $300.00 more expensive I called the Lancaster based crew at pipeworks to come out and hydro-jet the drain tile that, I assumed, was clogged. The crew was on time, professional, and most importantly they cleared the drain! They cleaned up after themselves and left the are looking better than when they arrived. They came on a Friday and by Monday I was able to mow my lawn. I highly recommend Pipeworks for hydro-jetting or any plumbing service you might need.

The tank on my toilet began filling yesterday evening without turning off; the flapper valve had failed (that happens over the years). We found that the toilets water shut-off valve had been improperly installed years before and was unusable, so the main valve had to be turned off, leaving us with no water to the house.Eric and Doug arrived from Pipeworks promptly this morning as promised, and knew exactly what to do. They were able to remove some old creative engineering, install proper pipes and valves while resolving my existing problems (which will eliminate any future difficulties), and get the glory of indoor plumbing restored to my house. These two very polite and personable young gentlemen were finished very quickly, cleaned up everything, and even petted my kitty-cat. The final price for their hard work was far less than I had anticipated, and even included a Military discount. Eric and Doug were marvelous! It was a great morning.Most folks take running water and a flushable toilet for granted, until something quits working. If I have plumbing issues of any type, or need new items installed, I will always call Pipeworks. I know they will provide outstanding service.Many thanks for another great job!

Just one day after the Blizzard of 2022 burst a pipe in our kitchen. St. Nick was here and fixed our problem in just a few hours. We have an old, quirky, owner-built historic home, and Nick was able to figure out an easy way to run new Pex lines to get our kitchen sink running better than ever. He is a super nice guy, too, and a hard worker. The cost came in much less than I had originally feared. I plan to use Pipeworks when we do a bathroom renovation next summer. They are great at what they do Plumbing! I thought price was high Bt it seems that all Plumbers charge outrageous prices. No matter if it’s only unplugging a kitchen sink ! A 35 min job. 479.00 ! Yeah! So would this be worth the money? That’s what ya ask yourself? Or try n do it yourself? It’s hard for Everyone to live today with prices Up an wages down. Well we the wrking ppl !
