We are so grateful that Custom Plumbing and Heating was able to help us again. Our boiler went and we were without heat for a bit this fall. Barry gave us a quote, took the time to explain what they were going to do, and why they were installing the exact boiler they were. They were courteous of the fact that we were without heat. On the day of installation, they were here promptly at 8 AM and everyone who worked on our boiler was extremely courteous and professional. Our home is warm again and we could not be more grateful! Thank you Custom Plumbing and Heating for being the best in the area. Cannot recommend them enough!

The response time for any concerns is fast and the work is always up to top standards. Ive used Custom Plumbing & Heating for multiple projects in a commercial facility. Barry has been helpful in the planning and installation of new fixtures and running new hook ups. His team has also helped in last-minute problems, such as clogged sewer pipes, urgent replacements of sewer pumps and broken pipes. Every time we work with Barry and his team, we are pleased with the results!

Everything flowed so smoothly, and was done timely. Barry and his guys are careful to keep everything clean inside the home while working, and did a fantastic job on our all projects! Was recommended Barry’s company after talking with a neighbor and being frustrated with a different local heating company. Barry came out the following day, reviewed what I wanted done, explained how he would do it and gave me a cost that day. He had his crew out the following day and it was all done a few hours later. Barry Sauder and Custom Plumbing & Heating is the BEST!!! Our water (well) went out today, they were here in time at all. We thought wed need to replace the pump, but rather than immediately replacing it, they took it apart to see if it could be fixed, and then fixed it!! Im so grateful to have water again. This is not the first time that they have saved the day (weve worked with Custom Plumbing & Heating for over 10 years). Whenever I call them, they always are super responsive and go above and beyond. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I can count on them.

Barry and his group always did a great job for us. It has come to my attention after talking with Barry today that someone has lied to him and said that we said slanderous things about Barry’s company and we’re threatening to sue Barry and a bunch of other nonsense. Whoever that is that said it is as low a life as is possible to be. Barry’s company is exceptional and professional and you should have no hesitation in using this firm for all of your plumbing needs. I hope that Barry sees this and knows that it comes from the heart about how we feel about his work and company and just wish we could have known earlier that someone was feeding him lies about us being slanderous. They even said we were going to sue Barry for God knows what. I think a competitor is the culprit and what goes around will come around for sure. Please be totally secure in your decision to use Barry’s firm. You will not be sorry. Barry is good people and does not deserve to be subject to the lies he’s heard and neither do we. Barry cares about his customers the same way we do and some competitors in both of our industries can’t handle that because they know they don’t care. I hope this helps Barry and please know that if I ever had anything to tell you, it would have been face to face and not some back door slander. The team at Custom Plumbing have saved me during my first 6 months as a homeowner. Not only is their work fantastic and their prices very competitive, they are extremely quick to respond in a crisis. When my sewer backed up on a Sunday night they were there first thing Monday morning at 7am. In fact, every time I have called them they have either been over on the same day or first thing the next morning. Now thats what I call service!

Im a DYIer but I had a plumbing issue I couldnt sort out myself -- a smell in the bathroom, from a bad vent. Barry came out, diagnosed the issue, and advised me how to fix it myself. He took a half hour, was extremely friendly and informative, and didnt charge me a thing! I couldnt be more pleased. If I have another plumbing job, Im certainly going to call Barry!

Had a leak in a plastic vanity drain pipe from a faucet kit install a year ago. Ours is a pretty tight installation in a corner sink so probably needed stronger materials than plastic, and it started leaking. Called the office and they dispatched a helpful, informative, polite plumber immediately. In 15 minutes he was here fixing the leak by replacing the plastic parts with brass. No more leaks. Best of all, they stood by their work and did not charge me at all for making the installation right.

We have used Custom Plumbing and Heating for several things in our business and home. They have always been on time, and extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. I would like to especially highlight one instance, at our business, where a loss of water pressure turned out to be a bad well pump. They showed up in the morning, diagnosed the problem, and had the well pump replaced by the end of the day. Barry is the owner and has always done a great job for us, but Mason was the lead on this day and he really did an excellent job orchestrating everything to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Barry, Mason, and all the guys on their crew know their stuff and have always done a great job explaining what needed done and what they had to do to get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Great experience from beginning to end with Barry and his team. Custom Plumbing & Heating did a bathroom remodel for us and an exterior septic project for us over the last couple months. Then we needed them at my business location for a leak and the serviceman came out the same day...an hour away from their shop! Starting with the scheduling and the ladies in the office the service was excellent. They kept us informed on the status of parts ordered and service dates and came out when they said they would...you know how hard it is to find contractors who show up when they say theyre going to! The office staff came out to our home on a couple occasions and helped provide and select the right fixtures for our bathroom. Very nice to not have to shop all over for the fixtures that you want! The septic job was sizable but could have been twice the work but Barry and I communicated throughout and he was able to almost cut the job in half from what we originally thought it would take. Barry and his crew offer great quality service at a great value. Our hot water heater went out and the crew was there first thing in the morning to address the issue. Tim was very knowledgeable, professional and competent. The whole ordeal took about 2 hours as we have a very unique set up in our bathroom which involves having to move the toilet. To replace the water heater. All this to say a 5 star review does not come easily from me but I was extremely impressed.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about this company! Ive had issues with my sump pump for the last year and a half. Barry has gone above and beyond in helping me deal with my plumbing issues, often doing it on his own time and money. Every now and again, he checks in to make sure everything is okay! About two weeks ago, when I thought it was broken, he stopped by, reset it and didnt send me an invoice. Im not saying that they wont charge for their services, but when they do, it is always reasonable and the quality of work is excellent (theyve done top notch work in my restaurant as well!) There isnt anything quite like working with a company that puts people first. Im so, so thankful I found Custom Plumbing. You will be too.
