    My husband and I had serious plumbing issues in our new home in Lancaster and this team was amazing! We called early in the morning and within 30 minutes they were here; everything was fixed and cleaned by 1:00 pm or so and they made sure to clean the space they were working at as well. I can’t recommend them enough! AMAZING service!

    I am amazed at how professional this company is. Good communication skills of the employees. They answer the phone! They are polite and they listen. They presented options. Michael, the technician, was very professional, a good listener, intent on solving the problem, gave honest appraisals, gave options to resolve the issue, etc. I had drain flies which have been tormenting me for quite some time. Michael wore shoe coverings in my house at all times. He was clean and his equipment was clean. He covered the bathroom floors, cleaned up, and left no mess. He worked efficiently and quickly and made sure to do things right. Most of all he actually listened to me and really tried to help. Before the appointment, I got a text message with his name and stating when he was coming with updates. I didn’t think companies like this still existed! I see no reason to ever call any other plumbing company should I need service in the future. I wish all companies that provide services would treat their customers the way this one does! It is a family owned business and the owner should be very proud of their work.

    We were recommended by a gutter company. I love how we get a text with a picture of the technician coming and that they are on the way. Very helpful for females at home alone and accountability. They were courteous, listened, assessed and then made a 3 tier solution plan. We went with the basic option, and if they couldnt get the pipe cleared out, there was no charge. That was the case, and no charge.

    Had a clogged basement drain and called Joes Drain Cleaning. Jimmy was here very quickly and was able to easily determine what the causing factor was. He quickly got to work and in no time at all I was back in business! He even took the time to explain what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. Everyone I spoke to from Catherine the receptionist, to Jimmy the tech, and Peter about paying my bill were all incredibly polite and respectful. I will absolutely be using Joes Drain Cleaning in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or drain cleaning services.

    After doing laundry, I found that my sewer line had backed up. John came out to assess my situation and offered me options that detailed their services. Shortly after I chose the services that I wanted, Michael and his helper arrived. The two of them took care of my problem by cleaning my sewer line all the way to the city tie-in. I appreciated that both John & Michael explained to me exactly what they were going to do and why. Also, they took care to do a good job of clean up once they were finished. If you have a drain issue, these are the folks you should contact.

    Excellent service and quick to respond. Michael was very friendly and explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He also offered solutions to keep the roots out of my sewer drainage pipe. Highly recommended. They are a small family run business that clearly takes pride in their work. They also offer a military discount, which is an incredibly nice bonus.

    Highly recommended! Great group of guys! Michael and Christian, were very professional and respectful! I called for appointment and had service guys here within a couple of hours. Had another issue two weeks later, and both Michael and the owner Joe came back out within a half-hour too fixed the issues. First time using them and no problems. We will use them going forward and will let our family and friends know these are the guys, they need too use for any plumbing issues.     All I can say is thank you so much to Michael and the rest of the staff at Joe’s! After calling a place that wasn’t local to fix a clogged main line, we had issues less than a year later. I found Joe’s through a Google search and called immediately. They came out same day to take a look and confirmed it was a clog in the main line. We had to postpone them running the hydrojet due to cold weather, but Michael still came out annd cabled what he could so we would have a working toilet. A week later he came back and ran the hydrojet and cleared out 4+ clumps of roots. Michael made sure the pipe was clear and he was thorough. This is why I prefer small family businesses. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and fixed well. I will only deal with Joe’s from here on out! Thanks again so much!!

    Awesome experience! Emailed to have sump pump drainage line on the outside repaired as it was not connected and throwing water onto the foundation. Joes Drain Cleaning reached out to me via phone within 10 minutes, and had a tech scheduled to visit the same day with a 1 hour window.I received a text when the tech was on the way. Jacob arrived shortly after, and assessed the issue. He quoted multiple options at different price points on the spot, and explained each one thoroughly. From there it was as simple as pick and sign.Once I signed off on the option I wanted, Jacob explained he would need to pick up some supplies but would be back to start on this right away. Around 30 minutes later the work was completed. Turned the sump pump back on, threw some water in it, and verified water was going where it should be. He went over the work he did, and collected payment.Very hassle free, everyone I spoke with was very professional. I will definitely continue to use Joes Drain Cleaning in the future!

    Joes did a fantastic job. Called because of a slow moving drain in my shower and bathroom sink.     Called them last Friday willing to come out that day but didn’t work for me so they had an opening on Monday, Sunday they sent out a reminder and today they sent a photo of the tech Jimmy and a short bio. Sounds simple but to know a little about to person coming in your house was appreciated. Jimmy seemed knowledgeable and wanted to take his time and not just start going down the rabbit hole of spending money to come up with the diagnosis. After Jimmy left I looked at my wife and said we just found our go to plumbing company!

    Jimmy and Mark came right on time. Courteous and professional. Jimmy explained exactly what the problem was and kept us up to speed as they worked on unclogging a main house drain. They came with all the needed equipment, including their jetting system and camera to make sure all blockage was removed. They succeeded in unclogging the drain and they were great about keeping the house clean as they came in and out of the house and cleaned up after they left. I highly recommend this company.

    I called this company last month to come out and look at our septic tank. The gentleman was nice and cleaned the filter for me and just charged me the service fee which was very cheap. while they was there i asked them about an estimate to replace our tankless water heater we was quite ready at the time to do it but know ours have got even worse. I called them today and they still had the quote and they will be here Monday morning. If your looking for HONEST people This place is it.

    I cant say enough! Joes Drain Cleaning offers outstanding customer service! I had to call regarding a sewage backup in my basement. They had a true sense of urgency. They came out even on Labor Day 2020. John showed up, dropped a rug on the sidewalk in front of my porch, put on his shoe covers, his mask and said how can I help you? I knew I was in good hands. Not only that, I received his picture and Bio in advance via text before he even got here so I would know what he looked like. That gave me a good sense of comfort and safety knowing who I was going to see when they showed up. That said a thousand words about the company itself; morals integrity and good character. John ook care of the job in a timely manner. He made sure it was done right the first time. I can honestly say the job was done a lot better than the previous plumber a year ago.     I am very pleased with Joes Drain Cleaning. I had what I considered an emergency; my kitchen garbage disposal started leaking large amounts of water. I called several repair companies and they could not fit me in until about 5 day out and that was not satisfactory to me.     Jimmy was extremely courteous upon arriving. After explaining to him what the problem was and the previous work that had been done(that didnt fix the problem) , he got straight to work. He ended up having to call in help from another technician with the right equipment. Unfortunately, the problem wasnt able to be resolved, not from a lack of trying though or any fault of their own. My issue is more than likely going to need to involve heavy machinery. Once I get that taken care of, I plan to use Joes Drain Cleaning for any other plumbing concerns.

    Our first experience with Joes drain cleaning was good. The second time we used Joes services I was disappointed that they broke my sidewalk because they did not properly prepare the ground before attempting to reposition the concrete. Then they tried to tell me the concrete would settle which I agree with but, it wont settle over 5 inches! The employees have been polite prompt courteous and do a good job of explaining what theyre planning on doing and what theyve found. The problem was they didnt take the time to finish up properly and offered no compensation for damage they caused. 😕

    Joe’s Drain Cleaning was referred to me by a local plumber. I own a small commercial building and the main line was clogged and I feared it had collapsed. John spent hours working different angles to try to unclog the drain. It was over 90 degrees and he was outside much of the time. He never complained, gave me multiple options as he tried different approaches and was very up front. The plumbing is ancient and very complicated. He was very willing to do what it took but also was sensitive to the cost. After several attempts - going up and down stairs and in and out of a crawl space he decided to try something different. The next day, he came back ( not willing to admit defeat) and went in the dirty and dark crawl space, tapped into the main line and was able to loosen a massive and very old clog! Jimmy was also very helpful and polite. At one point, there were 4 of them doing their best to figure out the issue. This would have likely cost me much more had another company spent that much time and most would likely not have been so persistent. I will always use Joe’s Drain Cleaning and highly recommend them.

    After calling 4 other businesses with no one even returning our calls, we came across Joes Drain Cleaning on the internet. They had someone who actually answered our call and were able to come the same day to diagnose the problem. They give you an hour time frame when they will be there and if they are running late they will let you know. They came back the second day and fixed the problem. We feel their prices were reasonable and they let you know what the price was going to be before they did the work. Be wary..they will always try to upsell and have no shame in charging for more than you actually need. There is nothing illegal about this sales practice, but there is certainly the potential for the customer to pay more than necessary if they do not know the cause or extent of their plumbing issue.We were able to negotiate with our tech for a lower than menu price for just what we needed and will likely call them for future needs..with eyes wide open.

Joe came out to the house within 30 mins. of my call and gave several options to fix the problem. Once a decision was made, his crew showed up and began to clean out the line. They showed us the process the entire way and solved our problem quickly. I will be using this company again and would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thanks!
