Called Wepking to unfreeze pump. Explained how this was a design that was not supposed to freeze and has not for the last several years I have had it, and all they did was melt the ice and left. They took no extra steps to replace old parts to prevent this from happening again. So, it froze again in a couple of hours. When I called them, they told me they would not stand behind their work. So I called another company and they managed to fix it on the first try.Update: I spoke with the owner and we came to a reasonable solution on the bill. I understand it costs money to send someone out and they understood the job was not completed. I have had them do several other jobs and they have all been great.

Top notch service! Talked to Al and he really diagnosed the issue over the phone. Came out and verified it. This was a rare issue but he knew what to do. The bill was less than what I thought given experiences with other companies. Highly recommend this company!

Had to call him to check our sump pump. At first he told us it might be a bad pump. But then he found a different problem which was easily fixable and less expensive. So thank you for honest work.
