Over the course of my life I have owned over a dozen homes or rentals and used numerous plumbers across the country. Joe is the best Ive ever encountered. They show up when they say they will and always carefully explain what the issue is and the best solution (sometimes with options). I cant say enough about their outstanding service.

We used Joe the Plumber to help us find and repair a leak in our row home in the city. Joe came out, assessed the situation and discovered it was a crack in the main, old cast iron pipe within the wall. He was able to come out for the estimate and repair work within 2 weeks of us calling, which was great because this repair was being performed for us to sell our home. He did an amazing job! I’m so glad we called Joe over anyone else, his work is impeccable. Plus, Missy his office manager is wonderful! She’s super communicative and responsive. If you want the job done right, and for the right price, call Joe!

They replaced/repaired three hose bibs for us. The technician was very punctual. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He evaluated the issues and explained all of the options. He even made sure that he cleaned up the space when he finished. They charged a fair price for the work completed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work they performed. I would highly recommend Joe The Plumber. Great service, super cordial and a great value!

My family has been using Joe the Plumber for years. The entire team at Joe the Plumber is absolutely wonderful. I cant even begin to list all the plumbing repairs they have done for us over the years, they are countless, jobs big and small. They do quality work at a reasonable price, are always on time, friendly and helpful. We wouldnt trust anyone else for our plumbing needs!

Appreciate the effort and detail Joe and Danny took in helping us through our bathroom remodel project. Pricing was fair, and they do very good work. Missy, the office manager is friendly as well. Worked hard at getting us out of a pinch and fixed something that wasn’t their fault, the day after we called them. Worked to keep us on schedule with other contractors. Definitely will use them again. Highly recommended!

Joe and his team do a great job and always provide awesome customer service. They even helped me with a big issue, providing immediate unscheduled service on an early Saturday morning. Definitely my go to for any bathroom work and repair!

I had a pipe that came disconnected under my kitchen sink, so anything having to do with water was impossible. The plumbing professional. Danny diagnosed the problem almost immediately and corrected the problem very efficiently and at a fair and reasonable price. I have had very negative experiences with very dishonest major plumbing companys in the Lancaster area. Joe the Plumber is a breath of fresh air and I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber.

Danny was great to work with. My kitchen sink was not draining so the new disposal was installed unfortunately it was a bigger problem that expected. Danny was patient and professional and resolved it. I recommend this business.

Fast, friendly service, we had someone out the same day they diagnosed the problem area and unclogged the drain and cleaned up the area. We called other local plumbers and was told no one could come out for 3 days. I’m so glad we found Joe the Plumber!!! I will use your services if I need to in the future thanks 😉

Danny came to my home as scheduled. He showed me that my gas grill just needed to snap in to the existing hookup lol. He also fix a small leak we had in the basement. After he was finished, he then explained that some of our exisitng piping could use an update. He did not come across pushy or try to upsell me. In a day where plumbing is a saturated market, Joe The Plumber stands out above the rest. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. No hesitation I would use Joe The Plumber again.
