When we needed to upgrade our heating and A/C system, the team at Schwanger handled every aspect of the project flawlessly. From equipment selection to rerouting the air ducts to improve air flow and efficiency, they carefully considered all options and explained the options and their recommendations in terms that were clearly understood. The installation was started and completed ahead of schedule with minimal inconvenience. The workmanship was incredible and the area was clean at the end of each day. To say we were completely satisfied is an understatement.

For over 20 years, we have depended on Schwanger Bothers for our heating and cooling needs. Just a couple days ago, our water heater broke down and when we called, we were given prompt instructions to mitigate the damage as well as schedule an appointment for the next day to install a new water heater. Their service personnel are always prompt, efficient and very kind. They do such a tremendous job and I always encourage others that I know to consider them for their service.

New customer. Had basement oil tanks replaced because they were very old and didnt trust them to not eventually spring a leak. Schwanger was quick to inspect, quote entire job, and answer many questions. All work was completed in a single day. Installers were obviously well experienced and efficient. Will be using Schwanger for other services going forward. Highly recommend them.

Not, “just what I’d expect,” but beyond what I expected of a locally, family owned company. Very prompt, flexible, and treated us like family. Why I didn’t go with Schwanger Bros years ago I don’t know, but I am glad to have them service my property now. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are available to answer and educate me so I understand my heating/cooling system. Cannot thank them enough!

I have been a customer with Schwanger since 2018. I have never used oil heat before and I was hesitant about it. However, when I got their service, they answered every question I had and helped me get set up quickly. Their customer service is excellent. Wyatt is always helpful in answering my questions and providing me all the information I need. Their delivery is always on time. and I have yet to run out of oil. Even on Christmas Eve they were there fielding calls and helped me through a few questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I switched to Schwanger Bros. about a year ago. We recently needed to fill our tank with this weird weather so I called for a fill. I ended up on canceling the fill due to funds and then a few days later saw that they had still come (mix up in communication). I was super stressed out and called customer service to resolve the issue. They were really kind and gracious and even took care of some of my balance to make it affordable to me. I really appreciate the time they took and the fact they admitted they made a mistake! wow, that is so unheard of anymore. Schwanger Brothers is a great company with work with and they hold amazing customer service standards and worth you making the switch. P.S. This isnt the only reason I love them. This past year they have always been kind and courteous.

A few weeks ago I went to clean out soot door and change out filter before turning on furnace. Upon inspecting vent piping I noticed two sections had rusted through since last year! Called Schwanger Bros and set up an a service and cleaning call.They sent out Bob. With talking to Bob, he has 45 years experience in service and repair. The man could have written the book on how to do service and repair. To say he is knowledgeable doesnt cover his expertise!! He did an extremely thorough job and would not leave until he was satisfied with his readings for efficiency on my furnace, which was in the high 80 percentile.If you need service and repair, ask for Bob!!!Thank you Bob and thank you Schwanger Bros for your excellent service!!

Had an emergency last night around midnight. Come to find out I was out of oil!!! I was able to call the emergency line and talk to a live person right away who said he would page the on-call and have them reach out to me. Received a call from Steve and he was enroute to my residence, no questions asked, within a short amount of time.I recently moved and have never dealt with oil heat before. Steve gave me a crash course and explained how my furnace works and approx. how much oil I would use, down to the hour.I highly recommend using Schwanger Brothers. Everyone I have spoken with from the company is very pleasant, and they all seemed very knowledgeable. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Wy at Schwanger Bros was so incredibly helpful! Our hot water stopped working and we were told we would need a new furnace (SUPER EXPENSIVE)! Wy and his time took the time to look into programs that could help us pay for a replacement furnace and they succeeded! We will be receiving a brand new furnace and thermostat at no cost to us because of their extra work! We will definitely be switching our heating oil provider to Schwanger as well! Highly recommended for your heating needs!

Amazing customer service! I ran out of oil in the middle of a snowstorm on a Sunday night. I called my original oil company and they werent able to do anything to help. I called Scwanger Brothers and got their answering service! She was very polite and was able to help us! The owner himself came out in the middle of the snowstorm on a Sunday at 7pm to bring me enough oil to get my family through the night! I felt terrible for having him come out but I truly appreciated everything! He told me to call first thing in the morning to get a delivery. When I called they said they couldnt guarantee anything but could guarantee that it would be here by Friday. Well, they were out in the same day and filled my oil tank! Ive never known an owner to go to the extent that the owner of Scwanger Brothers did but I am extremely grateful I called them! Because of the amazing customer service they have gained a new customer!

We have been using Schwanger for years. We bought heating oil when we had a 100 year old house. When our boiler died, we purchased one from them and they installed the new boiler They kept the old one running for a couple of days, in the middle of winter, until the new one could be installed. When we moved and need to replace our air conditioner, Schwanger installed it. They respond to emergencys right away! They have been safe when coming to the house during covid.This is a family owned business, and they really care!
