We received a quote from another company for well work that we believed to be rather high. I found Josh’s ground effects through Google and read all the great reviews. He answered his cell phone while at his kids soccer game and said he’d be out the next day to look at it. His estimate was much more reasonable than the first estimate we received. His communication was excellent and kept us apprised. The work he did solved the problem and we’ve had no issues since. Very grateful for the prompt response and the fantastic service we received. We were having some plumbing issues with our new home and Joshs came out. They inspected our lines with their drain camera and found that we had a really bad build up of grease and waste causing very little drainage from the prevous owners. They used their hydro jetting machine to clear the drain lines back up and they did a phenomenal job! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

This company is excellent! My husband and I had them out to unclog my drain. After getting my drain flowing they put a camera down to see why our drain was clogged. Gave us a few options for repair. I would 100% recommend this company. We had an emergency over the weekend I called and spoke to Josh who arranged a time to come out on Monday first thing to take care of us. 4/11- Josh came to give me a free quote on replacing a sewer line. Very professional, showed up exactly when he said he would, explained what they would replace and with what materials, and the quote was very reasonable. I will definitely be having his company do the work. Thank you4/21- I did have Josh come out and replace the sewer line. They were on time, got it done quickly and the price was reasonable. Now that’s one less thing to worry about.5/12- my hot water tank quit working since it was 13yrs old. It wasn’t even a question of who to call after they did the sewer line. Josh came early to take a look and they got a new hot water tank installed same day and pretty quickly. Josh found I also had some issues with the electrical panel so he helped me get in touch with an electrician that was able to come the same day. He checked in with me multiple times as well to make sure we got things up and running. He’s upfront and honest about pricing and any issues that come up and I appreciate him checking in on me to make sure I was good after the job was complete.While no one wants to deal with repair issues Josh has gained me as a repeat customer and if anything else comes up down the road he’s the guy I will call. We were experiencing well pump problems and after several phone calls, decided that the problem was with the well itself, and not the pump. He returned the materials, and even though I offered to pay for a service call, he did not charge us. Thank you, Josh!

Josh is the most professional guy youll ever come across. He replaced my hot water tank which was leaking (put in a bigger one which required new copper piping and for him to stay at my house until 7:30 that night). Worked with me on the 4th of July (Saturday) when my new hot water tank lost its pilot light and he had me try everything he could think of to fix it. He was out of town but came to my house first thing Monday morning. Turns out the tank was defective and he put another new one in. Works perfect. He fixed a toilet that I couldnt figure out how to fix and he put a shut-off valve on my refrigerator water line because my home was built with the shut-off valve in the crawl space in the basement. Not good if you spring a leak and need to shut the water off quickly. Excellent customer service. Always a prompt response when I message him with a problem. Hes great at his profession and can do anything you need. Ill never use anybody else now that I have him to rely on. Call him!

We were referred to Joshs GE by a long time friend. We normally use a different Plumber, but he was unavailable. Josh talked to us and diagnosed the problem over the phone. Later that afternoon he called and said he could work us in that day if we were available. We said yes. He came as promised and fixed the problem the same day we called him. We were quite please with the service and timeliness of his work.

We contacted Josh late Saturday night, and he responded the next morning. He was out within an hour of the call and helped clear up our problem. While its not a permanent fix at the time, hes available whenever we decide to make that permanent fix, so we wont have to go searching for anyone new.

Kaleb and Josh came out on a weekend emergency call for a gas leak. They fixed the main issue then fixed several issues that could have become issues in the future.They gave clear explanations on what needed fixed, what it would cost, and how long it would take. Would hire them again.
