You know you’ve picked the right HVAC provider when the township inspector raves about the impeccable installation. Our experience with Brubaker was unparalleled our heating system. The moment we turned our gas furnace on for the winter and discovered our unit was on the fritz, Brubaker, Inc. jumped into action with the type of neighborly care one would hope to receive from a long-standing local business. Not only did they install our system earlier than any other business’s timeline, they immediately sprang into action, bringing heaters to our home to keep us warm until our appointment the following week. I appreciated the professional quote we were provided, as well as the text messages announcing the name of the team member on their way to my home and when to expect them. They even offered to take an old water heater we had sitting in our basement. That is the type of concierge l-style service all businesses should aspire towards. Those small details pay back BIG. They were not the cheapest of the six contractors that came to our home, but they are without a doubt the best. I appreciate them for their ethics and their refusal to compromise their quality of service for lowball quotes or hastened installations.Thank you everyone at Brubaker for warming our home with not only our new energy efficient Trane heating system, but with your presence & neighborly service. Bo and his partner Dylan did an excellent job installing our hot water heater. They were very professional and extremely courteous. They finished sooner than expected and promptly cleaned up everything. There was one little issue that was addressed immediately. Lucas did a fantastic job repairing a leaking toilet. He identified the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly. He also made some adjustments to the toilet itself to improve how it flushed and he left the area clean when he was done working. I was able to request a visit and time for my issue and then the next morning by 8AM I received a call verifying the appointment and what time a technician would be coming. Bo came to our home early (he texted me and asked if that was OK) and we were glad he was able to get to us earlier than expected. Bo was very kind and diligent in his work. Would recommend him and brubaker again to anyone who needs help with their water heater. He replaced ours after giving us a few options and walking me through what he thought. He arrived just before 10AM and the new water heater was finished before 2PM. I was able to pay on the spot with a card. Brubaker and Bo made the experience painless and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

He was recommended by another Brubaker worker due to his granite background and knew immediately how to remedy our issues. Friday evening our furnace gave out. We called Brubaker late Friday night. Jason Smith arrived before mid night and noted our blowerHad given up. We had an older furnace. Rather than put big money into repairs - we opted to replace the furnace. Jason was very efficient and explained our options.By noon the following day the temperature in our home was 88 degrees. Thank goodness we have a basement.. Katie Brubaker and her team arrived Monday morning and gave us a very competitive quote. The Brubaker teamcame back to our home Wednesday morning and replaced our furnace. Our AC is working great!!. We couldn’t be happier with all the folks at Brubaker. We are still in the middle of a summer heat wave BUT we are very cool in our home and as such very happy customers of Brubaker. Everyone was just simply awesome!!

Just had Kyle from Brubaker (electrical) handle some upgrading and the installation of a house surge protector and he was excellent. Everyone has been great from the ladies who answer the phone to Ben (Mgr) who answered my technical questions and gave me some great recommendations and solved a problem I was having for a few months. I am so glad we found them. I have had a few electricians work on my house and my mothers house over the past few years and I have been just ok with the work and service. This was such a pleasant and professional experience. I loved the straight forward price quote (I paid exactly what was quoted) and I didnt feel like the meter was running when we were going over the new equipment or that I was holding him up from rushing out the door to another customer or that he just wanted the appointment to end. Through the whole process we were made to feel appreciated and that Brubakers wanted to make sure our concerns were addressed and that we understood the work that was completed and that we were satisfied. The wonderful lady that answered my call was more than happy to help me. She assigned Raymond Grapes to my job and he was to arrive between 2:00-4:00 pm.Raymond called me on his way to give me a heads up, and when he arrived, he was absolutely pleasant to speak with. He explained to me what he thought could be the issue and walked me through what his plan of action was going to be. Raymond fixed my problem and even helped me turn off the lights in the crawl space. I definitely look forward to working with Brubaker again, and hope Raymond will be our technician moving forward. I needed an emergency water heater replacement. The person who answered the phone in the early afternoon was sympathetic and pleasant to deal with.They were able to fit me in for an estimate a few hours later and gave me a nice 20 minutes notice. Once on site the technician was able to look at the set-up and give detailed information of what should be done, what he wanted to do, and the reasons why. He gave me clear price break down on the service. Since it was fairly straight forward they went ahead and performed the replacement immediately.The technician didnt mind me watching and actually explained step by step what he was doing and the tools he was using. Don explained items that I should know and familiarized me with all the newly installed equipment. We wanted to improve and upgrade, and I’m certain we did that. Not only does Brubaker Inc install the best made pump equipment, they have the best employees too. Don explained our water pressure was too high. He and Beau worked together to make adjustments to bring the pressure down to a safer level. They also normalized the pressure in our water heater expansion tank. Don noticed our alarm connected to our basement bathroom grinder pump was about to fall to floor and was missing the backup battery. He remounted the alarm and gave me tips on how to maintain that pump. All-in-all Don’s efforts to provide top notch service was fabulous. Safe to say, we are new forever customers!

We had originally called a different electrical company and were quoted a ridiculous price. We then called Brubaker. Ben, the supervisor, came out and showed us their standard pricing (using a same-price-for-everyone book). We paid 20% to 60% less than the range that had been quoted by S***kys, who wouldnt even give us an exact price quote without a commitment. And, the first price quote, which we balked at, was actually 5Xs what Brubaker charged us. Ben wasnt a hard sell and seemed trustworthy (the folks at Brubaker do not work on commission). Carter, Kyle, and another gentleman came and did an excellent job replacing our panel, light fixtures, switch, and smoke detectors. Even with all the things we added, it was still considerably cheaper than the other guys. Carter and his buddy (sorry, cant remember his name) were thorough and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We will definitely call Brubaker if we need any additional work done.

Great business and great professional work done in a time of emergency. Power was cut off to our home by PPnL while out on vacation due to a hot reading on our meter. Brubaker came out and replaced what was needed while also getting us up to code on some other related content, they notified the inspector right away to come out and approve the work and ppl came back out to reconnect power before we got home. Through out the process Brubaker was constantly in contact with us letting us know the current conditions. Dan listened and gave us suggestions on best way to connect new washer and dryer. He reconstructed the area to make the appliances fit our small area. He did what another company said they could not do to install our appliances. Best service may have every had.
