Had some house plumbing issues that came up and Josh, John and Brandon came out that day to get everything taken care of. Very prompt and arrived when they said they would, assessed the situation and was given a price before any work was done. Had a follow-up issue that came up with a kitchen sink (not related) and Ethan and Chase came out that day and got everything fixed. Definitely will be using them again for any issues/repairs and upgrades that I need.

I called Appalachian plumbing alittle late in the afternoon and explained my plumbing issues and my situation and they fitted me right in that day. When their techs arrived they looked at my situation and explained how they were going to fix everything and got my approval before they began working. Brandon and Josh took great care of me and their work was done very professional and it was quite obvious they took their work seriously. I was super pleased and am very appreciative of the company and their technicians. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

Great buncha fellas here. I was remodeling my bathroom while my family was out of town. I Couldnt for for the life of me figure out the Bathtub drain angle for the new bathtub! so I had to call in reinforcements. They came in and knocked it out of the park.Super friendly and affordable. Mike and his colleague came to run a new line to my fridge after the old one sprung a leak. They were both SUPER friendly, communicative, and efficient. Mike called to check on us and made sure we knew to reach out at night and then completed an entire new running of a line in just minutes. He also gave a free consultation on some other work. DEFINITELY choosing Appalachian Plumbing Company again!

I called Appalachian plumbing with a sewer issue, as well as some general repair work needs. I was having difficulty reaching someone at the city regarding the sewer issue. Rather than capitalize on my situation, they assisted me in reaching the city and helped me get it resolved. They also had their team at my house promptly to assess the situation and my other repair needs. Brandon and Cage repaired a leaking pipe and installed an easily accessible water shutoff valve in my cellar. Previously I had to go outside to shut off the water at the street. They were friendly and curious and the job was done the same day.

I tried for 7 months to get a plumber in my town and all were way to busy to be bothered. I called APC on Monday and talked to Laura who took all the information concerning my issues. Brandon and Ethan showed up Tuesday afternoon and did close to 4 hours work. They are an hour away and were willing to help me out. They were professional, polite and explained everything they were doing. The cost was reasonable and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! Got a letter on Saturday (Dec. 16) from the Lancaster Water Co. saying that our water bill was going to be four times the normal amount and that we might have a leak (ya think?!). We had help from a couple of people in getting the water line shut off. My husband called more than one plumber who were unable to come today, but Hunter and Micah from APC came in less than an hour after he spoke to the office. So they were incredibly prompt and they had the work done in less than three hours. Both men were very friendly and when another employee, Brandon, showed up, he also was so cordial . He expressed appreciation for our choosing APC to do the work. I dont know how their prices compare with others but we were just grateful to have the problem fixed and to have our water back on. We are very pleased!

I recently purchased my home. The recent owners flipped my home and the plumbing was a disaster. I had a main leak which had caused sewage waste to fill my crawl space. The service technicians Brandon and Chase went above and beyond to fix all the issues including pumping out the sewage and sanitizing my crawl space. The price was very reasonable. Brandon and Chase stayed well into the night to insure everything was completed. The Company including Brandon and Chase were very timely and professional. I even received a 10 percent discount for being a nurse. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I definitely recommend APC for any of your Plumbing needs.

Well, a plumbing nightmare is nothing fun to deal with. So, by the time Brandon arrived, i was not in a good frame of mind having dealt with this clog all friggin day. He put me at ease and got to work. I was surprised when he finished faster than I had hoped and at a cost less than I feared.. and even cleaned up after himself without. i really like this KID. APC did great. They are now in my phone for good. i will for sure use them as my go-to when I have a plumbing problem.
