    Braden Gartner and his supervisor Tyler were the ones to show up the next day when I called in needing an inspection due to our system no longer working.They were both excellent!Tyler really took the time to explain everything and together they worked to give us all of our options from repair to replacement so that we could find the best option for our home and our finances.I would absolutely recommend both of these men to consult/inspect and we had a great experience all around with the company.

    They were very quick to help after I called and told them my heat was out. I knew my Furnace was more than likely DOA and unfortunately I was right. Gokul, the initial tech onsite, was very kind and straightforward with everything that I asked him and was willing to show me the trouble spots on my old system. The project manager (Brad) came out the same night to get me started with a quote and paperwork. He was very proficient and quite honestly one of the best salesmen I’ve dealt with since owning a home. The crew got everything done the next day which was fantastic! thanks to Blaine hill and his partner Kyle I was up and running. They were proficient and courteous and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. They are worth the price you pay.

    I called Apex to have faucets replaced in my home bathrooms. The old faucets had been removed so that vanity tops could be replaced. I was so pleased to get someone out to my home on the same day i called. Brian Senior Merrill came to my home and completed an estimate to install my faucets and also replace drains. Though I felt the cost was a lot, Brian was very knowledgeable and thorough to make sure everything was done right. Brian was here the very next day and did an amazing job. He’s a very kind, caring and knowledgeable plumber and I would not hesitate to have him back out for any plumbing need.

    Connor seemed to do a very good job! Though the actual cost was 20 dollars more then the quote by Cody two days earlier. Connor was personable and thorough sending pictures of his work! There was frustration in the delays.. but that wasn’t on Connor. Overall very satisfied .

    I have to say that I was completely impressed by Angela and Apex. Usually when you hear advertising it is too good to be true. Not this time! I called them at 7:00 pm last night and they had me on the books for 8:00am this morning. Angela did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what had happened to my A/C unit, and what actually caused it in the first place. She went as far as to make sure that I was ok with the cost before doing the job, unlike most places that do the work then hand you a bill with multiple things that you didn’t need or want, and outrageous costs. I highly recommend Apex and ask for Angela. They are both wonderful! We will be using them again.Thanks to you all!Aubrey K

    Brandyn did a great job! So professional and got the job done quickly. He was able to replace the well pump and get our water running in just a couple hours after he got the part he needed. He also found another part needing replaced during the job and rolled it into the price we had already agreed on. He wasn’t able to finish everything in one day but he did not charge for having to come back and finish the job.

    After yesterday’s storms, I went to my basement only to hear water squishing underneath my carpet. I called several companies since many homeowners were negatively impacted. The backlog quoted ranged from 48-72 hours… but, not APEX! Ashley from APEX Plumbing was compassionate and detailed as she took my information over the phone. 40 mins later I received a text from Plumbing Services. 2 hours later, Chandler arrived at my home, assessed the situation and replaced my sump pump with battery backup on the spot. He took pictures, walked me through the process and ensured I knew how to use the new equipment before he left. Additionally, he connected me to his sister-company, All Phase Restoration, who sent Jimmy by to determine the extent of my water damage and initiate next steps for carpet removal and cleanup. I am beyond grateful to Chandler (APEX Plumbing) and Jimmy (All Phase Restoration) for providing me with responsive support, care, expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!!!

    I had Angel from Apex install a water filtration system. It is fabulous and Angel and Eric did a wonderful job. I am loving my new water. South Bloomfield’s water is awful and I was spending way too much buying bottled water. Now I can drink from my tap not to mention how soft it feels in the shower. Thanks Angel! I will call back when I want the tankless water heater installed. 🙂

    I called Apex to come out and give our A/C a checkup before we really needed it. I suspected that our A/C unit was undersized, as it couldnt keep up with keeping the house as cool as we like it.Branden arrived on time, put some shoe covers on and got right to work. He took pictures of the thermostat, indoor coil, furnace, outdoor unit - which was something I hadnt seen done by any other company before, and I was impressed by that. Branden explained everything he was doing, and what he was looking forAfter asking some questions, Branden called his project manager to confirm some answers. His project manager, Brad, ended up coming out to take a look for himself. After taking some measurements of our house, Brad let me know that our unit was indeed undersized by a ton.We are upgrading to an A/C and furnace thats appropriately sized for the space we have, as well as more efficiency.Thanks Branden and Brad!

    Brandon came out to our home, used slippers before entering, greeted us warmly, and allowed us to share our issues. He then made multiple trips up and down 2 flights of stairs to inspect the work that would need to be done. Brandon explained some mold/dryrotting issues and made recommendations for Allspace. (Which we gladly made an appointment for them to be inspected). He explained the estimates and the process of getting the parts needed from Home Depot and returned to complete the work. Brandon was very cordial, friendly, courteous, customer oriented. In my opinion, he is a great representative for Apex and because of him I would definately use Apex for any of my plumbing, HVAC or electrical needs. I would highly recommend Apex to any of my family, friends and neighbors.

    Mr Smith tex me confirming my appointment and when he will arrived. He examined the sump pump system and determine the float system was not working properly. It is original and 17 years old. Mr Smith gave me the option of fixing the old technology float or installing a new pump and float which is only $50 over the float only.
