Ricky was great to work with. He was very communicative and kept me updated on his arrival time, assessment of the issue, estimated cost, and progress with resolving the issue. He also took the time to teach me how to use the water softener that had been previously installed by a different plumber who never bothered to explain how to use it. I moved to FL about 3 yrs ago and it has been hard to find good contractors and service people. We had used 3 different plumbers on various projects before calling Vanguard and working with Ricky. Hydro scrub was the service performed on our 3bedroom, 2 bath with 4 adult occupancy on a 90’s home in Mulberry. Our home experienced an event that lead to needing this service. After much research we found Vanguard and decided they would be the best fit. Best decision we could have made. I’ve experienced others in the industry and no one comes close to the level of amazing work performed on a difficult project. Thank you fellas for your honest and hard work. Worth every penny!!!This is an update regarding a new visit for August 12. We had our washer overflow and flood part of our home. The technician was very straight forward on the options available for resolution. My parents had plumbing issues with it backing up into the house and they were unable to fix it themselves, they called Vanguard and a very helpful and knowledgeable young man Dallas came out and got the problem fixed ASAP… They were so happy with the service they asked me to post this on their behalf since they haven’t quite got a hang of leaving reviews but this one was one they wanted to be sure I shared since the service was so wonderful (thank you Dallas you have saved the day) we will definitely be recommending Vanguard Plumbing and Dallas to anyone who needs a plumbing professional.
