Steve came in and before starting to work, he took the time to explain everything that he was going to work on. He showed me photos of every single test and even went above and beyond his scheduled work and checked the ducts. His performance and customer service is outstanding, a real White Glove Service. But best of all was his respect, humble personality and his dedication to his work are qualities that brought me back in time when vendors care for their customers. These guys were great! I called them to do a service that another company claimed I needed. The other company wouldnt call me back to get said services done, so I called AND. They came out the same day I called and confirmed I didnt need the work done that the other company claimed. They made some recommendations and were honest about all of it. They didnt charge a service fee since nothing had to be done. I would recommend this company to all!

The company installed a new A/C system, and they did a great job, we have been very happy. They also previously installed new ductwork and insulation. I had the need to use their handyman Mark, who was amazing. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, commitment to do the best job he could, explaining the rationale for why, and going above and beyond the call of duty. As a representative of the company he does an excellent job. I have been very happy with all dealings with this company, from the representative/technician who initially came out, and with all the office personnel who I spoke with along the way. A couple weeks ago AND Services contacted me about my service call that was due on the HVAC system they installed just over 6 months ago. They sent out their service guy John, heck of a nice guy, so prompt, texts you to let you know he’s on his way, professional, attention to detail was impressive, answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to keep the unit clean in between service calls. Overall, an excellent interaction with John and AND Services again!!

My air conditioner went out overnight and it got up to 82 degrees in my home. So I called around And Services came out immediately and did not charge me just to come out like everyone else was doing. The technician was very nice and friendly. He repaired my home unit in 5 minutes and I only had half the amount due because I was waiting for my check and said he was not going to leave me with no AC. He took my card info and waited a couple days to take the amount due off my card and that gave me time to cash my check and pay the rest. This company made me feel like I was Family and trusted me to pay. I highly recommend everyone to call this company to repair all your needs. I cant thank them enough. I wanted to write a note about my experience with Cool Now out of Tampa, FL. They were hands down from start to finish the best service and sales team I have personally dealt with in a long time. When I contacted Cool Now about the non-cooling issue I was having with my air conditioning system, I was warmly greeted over the phone, and was assured my issue would be looked at right away. The service technician came to my home within an extremely timely manner from the time of my phone call and greeted himself with a smile on his face, and in a very professional manner. He then proceeded to get right to work, and diligently got right to the bottom of the issue. Unfortunately my A/C unit was over 20 years old, so I knew I was probably getting close to needing replacement at some point in the near future. That being said, I am more than happy to say Cool Now was the company I came across on Google and decided to call on that day for this whole process. I dealt with Justin their Sales Manager and Co-Owner of Cool Now, about the purchase of my new unit, which I got an unbelievable deal on, and Justin was extremely easy and professional to deal with, I was more than impressed. From my first phone call about service, to the sales team, and management as well as installers for my new unit that took care of the installation from start to finish, I would recommend Cool Now to anyone out there needing service, maintenance, or a new A/C units at their home. These guys are the real deal, you just dont find service like this anymore, and when you do, I suggest you hold onto it. Thanks to the entire team at Cool Now, I truly appreciate it. Brandon and Justin E. was very professional and very detailed and took all of the time needed to explain everything to us and to get us approved for a loan to help offset the out of pocket expenses. I would recommend this company and the two technicians to all of my friends!! We are extremely happy! And we didnt have to wait for anything it was all done on their first visit (6pm) and scheduled the replacement of our ac unit the next morning!

My 15 year old central HVAC system bit the dust (in spectacular fashion) during tropical storm Colin on Monday. As Ive endured some less-than-stellar service from another local AC company, I decided to Google ac repair and look around a bit. I saw Cool Now, noticed they serviced my area, and read the reviews, liking what I read. I called them with tempered expectations as it was getting late and the storm was still hitting us. They picked right up and a friendly coordinator said theyd have someone over that evening if I liked. I deferred to the next day and met with Randy who was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Randy inspected my system and presented me with my options including costs. I chose replacement due to the age of the existing system and inquired as to how long it would take to replace my 4-ton heat pump and separate air handler. MUCH to my surprise, Randy said he could have the job completed by the following evening. I think I mentioned to him that that would be some feat; he chuckled and said they’d get it done. Well, suffice to say, they did get it done, a crew of two showed up the next day and removed my old system and installed a brand new system in about 8 hours, AND they were very considerate, skilled, and thorough. I’m kind of amazed. Highly recommended.

Cool Now Air Conditioning is who you want if you’re looking to get your AC checked out or repaired. Our AC was on the fritz for four days before we decided to call anyone. We finally caved on Veterans Day when the temp just wouldn’t go down. It seemed to only kick on at night. The repairman came the next morning and within five minutes figured out that we just needed a new thermostat. He didn’t push us to get one from him, said that that was a cheap fix we could do ourselves by just buying one at the store but that if we did want him to install one, it’d come with service calls and maintenance but there was no pressure in that offer. He was easy going and helpful and didn’t even charge us for coming out. We will definitely call them again if we ever have any issues in the future.

It would have been a better experience for me if the technician would have given me better costumer service. After he told me the bad news about how bad my AC was- he said you need a new AC, there is your free consultation he said this very rudely. I did not like this man at all and if in fact i do end up with a new ac unit- i would not call these people to install it. The people on the phone whom you schedule the appointments are good though.Update 6.14.18Apologies for the late update. Another technician was sent out a couple days later. I do not recall his name but was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explain the issues with my AC in lame-mans terms- long story short, i still need a new AC and will be contacting Cool Now for a quote. Thanks for the great costumer service!.. the second time around :)

They came out the very next morning and put in a new A.C. From the the first call to the last time the installers left was the best experience Ive ever had with any company that has come to my house. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and got my system up and running again temporarily with parts to order. I would definitely recommend Cool Now for all of your home AC needs. Ask for Gary. They also offer a very good maintenance plan, of which, I am seriously considering.

Our experience with Cool Now started yesterday July 1, 2014 and we were very impressed with the Technician that came to our home. His name is Justin Garcia and he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. He spent time with us explaining the different A/C units and helped us make a decision. I believe Justin works some very long (hot) days, but he never gave the impression he was in a hurry and or tried to rush us. By the time he got here we were pretty frustrated, but we felt confident with his answers and suggestions. Today July 2, 2014 we have a new air conditioner and are enjoying the cool. The two young men that installed the unit today were very professional and also answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this Company to my family and friends. Thank you Justin, and the two installers that were here. I know they gave us their names, but unfortunately they slipped my mind..

I signed up for the maintenance contract and they came out for their inspection. Justin was great he made it seem easy to talk to and he took his time to make sure I understood what he was doing and what was going on. As I was by myself for the inspection, and being female he did not make me feel creeped out at all. I ended up working with him for a deal for a whole new system, two actually. He kept the lines of communication up with me for the whole process. He was even going to come back out on his off time to show my husband what was going on with our system and why it was in our best interest to replace. He never made me feel like I didnt have another choice. When the day of the installation came around Justin even came around to make sure I was comfortable with the process and made sure everything was going alright with the guys that were there. I have told both of my neighbors about the process and told them to give them a call. We also have a new family moving in across the street. Brandon was very professional and give us all the information that we needed, he offered to send us to a hotel for the night because our house was a real hot oven. Very impressive company. They came out late on a Saturday for no additional cost. My family was in from out of town and my ac went down. Of course it would happen on a weekend when I have people over. I called cool now after reading their google reviews. I always do my research before calling someone. The tech Justin that they sent out was amazing. He was literally here for under 10 minutes and had us cooling in no time. He had found that a compacitor was bad and just needed to be changed out and he had one on his truck. The charge was extremely fair and I signed up for their maintenance membership so they could keep these type of things in check for me. Thank you Justin and Cool Now for coming to my rescue so quickly on a weekend.

We had an issue with our previous contractor messing up our air.. We have been without air for 3 days and they wanted to wait till Monday to fix it, so I called cool now and Kevin came out and help us around their mess. Kevin said he can fix what they destroyed and gave us proper documentation unlike the other place. I had a call from one of the people that takes care of sending people out and she told me the owner would like to speak with me, he reassured me that if we let them help us it will be done the next day and they would help us as much as possible. 100% would recommend. All of the technicians were courteous and professional. When I called Friday night, I was told it would take 2-3 hours for someone to respond. A technician was on site in less than half an hour. He explained everything clearly and offered several options. We chose to replace the unit. Two technicians arrived Saturday morning and worked tirelessly until the new unit was up and running properly. I highly recommend this company.

My AC Unit was not working properly so I called Cool Now. They were able to work with the times that I worked and called within a 1 hour time slot to meet me at my house. The technician that came out was Joe D. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my unit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what was going wrong with the unit. The motor in my compressor went bad and he helped get the part replaced through my warranty within 5 minutes. He also gave me the option of having him replace it or for me to shop around. I appreciate when technicians do not use high pressure sales tactics. I was worried that I should also schedule a tune up, and because I went with his company to replace the part he cleaned the coils, drained the line and completed a lot of the tune up at no charge. I would highly recommend this company and this specific tech.

Our service guy was knowledgeable and polite but like all business he was in sales form when he hit the door. I understand the need for business to expand their platform or the missed opportunities can diminish their income. What he pointed out needed to be serviced and with a little negotiation we came to terms. Cool Now has always been up front and honest.... one added note the Duct cleaner was great. He was professional, clean, polite and efficient. I had no idea that our Duct syywas that dirty and when he was done they were like new.

Had scotts one hour come out for a service, next time I tried to use my unit the compressor wouldnt kick on. Called them back couldnt get a tech out till next day. Cool now was there within an hour. Turned out to be a breaker was left off. He did a complete inspection and refused to charge us. We will need a new system and well definitely be purchasing it from cool now!

RANDY has been my Cool Now heat pump technician for 3 years. He is efficient, reliable and personable. He keeps me updated as to when he will arrive for my appointment time. I purchased a new Goodman heat pump about 5 years ago from another Polk County HVAC company and had nothing but trouble with the new unit. I finally contacted Cool Now to trouble shoot my issues. The technicians showed me how the unit had been improperly installed and even had some safety issues. My Goodman was quickly repaired and has worked perfectly since. Thanks to Randy and the Cool Now team.

Came home from vacation and house was 80 degrees!!! Searched various places and saw that Cool Now was opened 24 hours. Called and phone was immediately answered and had someone to our house within 2 hours. Call out cost was only 59.00 if they do not fix anything. If they do fix fee is waived. After looking at units the best decision was to buy a whole new system or we could keep having air freeze up thaw out and work. No pressure at all to by a new unit. We decided to buy new unit and they were out the next day by 10:00 am and installed by 2:00. I am so grateful for this company and will use them for all my services now!

Our experience with Cool Now began on the Saturday before Labor Day. Saturday morning the AC thermostat read 78 (we keep it set on 74). I called the company that installed the system several years before and got voice mail. Getting no response, after 30 minutes I called again, and still just got voice mail. After waiting another hour (the thermostat now at 80) I did a little research online and decided to call Cool Now. The friendly lady on the phone ensured me a technician would arrive in two hours or less. The tech arrived on time and after checking the system, to include the air handler in the sweltering attic, he explained the outside unit needed a new compressor and fan motor and the air handler coil had a leak. We needed a new system. After making a choice from the options presented (reasonable financing was provided), the tech told us the installers would be out the following morning, Sunday.They arrived early and installed a temporary, portable AC unit in our living room first thing. They worked into evening and when they left, the new unit was cooling. They said they would return on Tuesday to complete the work of ensuring all our ducts were properly sealed and everything was up to state code.Monday, Labor Day, morning we awoke to an 80 degree house. I called Cool Now and was informed a tech would be out as soon as possible. Approximately two hours later the tech arrived, checked out the system and said there was a drainage problem. He made some adjustments, got the system working again, and said he would recommend to the installers that they replace the existing drain with a new, larger one. A half-hour later the system quit again. It was now midday and the inside temp was 82. I called Cool Now again and again they apologized and sent out another tech. This tech arrived after an hour or so and spent approximately an hour tweaking the drainage problem and ensuring the system was working.The system continued to work fine through the night. The next day, Tuesday, the installers returned and spent the day completing the work, including the new drain. They left at around 7:30PM and approximately 15 minutes later the system quit again. I called Cool Now and they said they would contact the installers and send them back right away. Less than 30 minutes later the installers returned and after a few minutes had the system working properly. They stayed on site for another hour to ensure their final tweaks had fixed the problem. The system has worked flawlessly since.Cool Now responded to our needs quickly and professionally, even sending a technician out when we had a question about the cursory inspection performed by the city. Each technical and administrative person we dealt with was courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend Cool Now to everyone.

Update 10/25/18:After this review (below) posted, I was contacted by John at AND. Within a week, he sent a reliable contractor out to repair the damage done by the aforementioned leaks, no charge. Lynn was knowledgeable, efficient, and completed the repairs quickly. He also identified 2 problem areas with the AC w/r/t excessive condensation leaks. Those were repaired as well. Everyone from the company has been very pleasant and they really do show up quickly.I still had some work to do to finalize it all, including replacing damaged shelving and laundering everything that was in that closet.I will be monitoring the unit for any potential issues ongoing, and making sure the drain pan is dry, checking ducts and drainage once a month anyway since the initial leak that did the damage was behind a wall (now repaired) thus I could not see the damage for quite some time. The AC being in the attic makes it a bit challenging, but that isnt on AND/Cool Now.At this time, I am very satisfied with the companys response and the follow up.Paula GosselinI purchased this AC unit brand new 1/2016 with 10 yr warranty. Repaired ceiling due to prior leaks. First annual check up, I am told I need new plenum, over 1,000. Next check up, cleaned outside unit...last month ceiling gets flooded due to 2 faulty switch floats, 16 gallons of water was drained out, the rest ruined my ceiling...now mold issue, not properly functioning still leaking after repairs...ceiling fell in inside upstairs closet. Yes they do respond pretty quickly, but why did I need new plenum, new float switches, and more freon on 2 y/o AC? I hope the management will address the mold/leak damage...which is why I the entire unit replaced to begin with! Not a delighted customer at this time as I await finding out what the latest issue is...and how much it will cost. I also pay a maint agreement with them.

Brandon Copeland came to my home today to do a 6 month maintenance. I have had problems with this unit since the day it was put in. I had always said it wasnt big enough. Today when he asked me how the unit was performing I said so so. He said,not great. I told him it never did. We started talking and I told him everything I have experienced and that I finally just gave up. He agreed that the unit wasnt large enough and took the appropriate steps to rectify the situation. I now have the proper size unit for my home after a year and a half. Where has this young man been? Random is the best.

Every room is where it should have been in the first place. Jimmy one of there workers was excellent to work with. Now in the bedrooms at the end of the hall the rooms are cooler to sleep in. I highly recommend Cool Now to be your air conditioning company. When my unit broke down 4 years ago on July 4th, they came out diagnosised the problem. They loaned me a portable A/C unit until the parts came in so I didnt have to go to a hotel. I changed to them to service my unit. Two years later the coil started to leak and they replaced it right away. The replacement parts are an upgrade from what originally came installed in the unit when it was new. I know enough about HVAC to figure out where the problem is coming from; in this case it was no surprise the compressor went bad. Unfortunately, they werent able to fix the compressor that night because they dont have that type of part stocked on their trucks (which is reasonable) but an invoice for $2,600 and a promise to be out the next day is all that could be expected.On a side note: I hate the HVAC business altogether--nothing wrong with this company or its employees--because of the exagerated costs involved (a trip tot he hospital could be cheaper than many repairs) and the unreasonable short length of time these things last. This unit was installed just under five years ago and he warranty went out about a year and a half ago... do the math: $500/yr for for repair costs on something that would cost around $5,000 to $7,000 to install to begin with. And this isnt a neglected unit. This would be like you buying a $30,000 car only to have to replace tre engine before 5 years/60,000 miles. Can you think of any other part of your home that breaks in less than five years?Anyway, no complaints about Cool Now.

They installed our new AC remove the old AC cleaned up all their mess brand new wires for us installed a new thermostat put in a new breaker put in a new breaker box on the outside of our home put in a new platform underneath the AC outside cleaned up after their sale even sent a handyman out to perform putting in a new door over the new handler so the handler could breathe at the capacity it needs to I would definitely use and services again I had never heard of them before until I looked up a service that would carry the AC I was looking for but I would definitely use them again and we are looking into try to get solar panels through them right now so were looking forward to that thank you again and services sincerely Milton v Fletcher

Chris with the Lakeland office of Cool Now took care of helping my parents have new AC and ductwork completed just after Hurricane Irma. Their AC took a dive a couple of days prior and even with the difficulties from the storm the installers were there as promised. Augustine and Yandry worked hard for 5 days and had some challenges with the system to deal with during that time. Hard work and long days now have my parents home cooling well.
