City of Lakeland came out to our house and replaced our water meter with a digital meter. In the process, they broke a coupling on the side going up to our house. Since it was on the house side I was told it’s on me to fix. I called Gillum-Waddell and they were out same day, fixed it fast and we couldn’t be happier…with Gillum Waddell Plumbing. The City of Lakeland on the other hand sucks.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and work I’ve received from Gillum-Waddell Plumbing. The office staff is incredibly knowledgeable and asks leading questions to make sure you’re getting what you expect. The techs are responsive, communicate clearly on all aspects of the job and take the time to make sure you understand what you’re getting, what to expect and help to make sure you understand the prices involved. Corey did an amazing job on both my full job estimate and on the first phase of the work. Have had Gilliam waddell plumbing out on three different occasions every time everything was done in a timely manner and done very professionally. Would recommend this company to everybody. Their prices are no more than anyone elses and are probably in line with everyone. They have always got their people out here in a timely manner and you dont have to wait that long

We were having an issue with our laundry room drain pipe overflowing and reached out to multiple plumbers. The 1st plumbing company came out with no tools just to inspect and said they’d need to schedule another day to come in with cameras to see what the issue was. It felt like a money grab so we asked around and received recommendation to try Gillum-Waddell. I reached out to multiple plumbers the same day and they were the only ones to get back with me. Boy am I happy.. It was very easy to communicate. I work a lot and we were able to communicate by email to explain what our situation and schedule a day for them to come out. They were up front about their pricing. A gentleman came out at the scheduled day and time and within an hour our issue was fixed. We will definitely call them in the future with any needs and I recommend them.

CB came out from Gillum Waddell Plumbing. He was able to get to me within 24 hours of when I called, faster than expected, and did excellent work. CB was super friendly, and they were VERY reasonably priced, charging me significantly less than a quote I got from another plumbing company that wouldnt have been able to do the work for awhile, either. I will definitely be using them again, and will definitely refer them to friends.(For reference, they replaced 3 toilet flanges, fixed a leak, and unclogged a sink!)

They felt if they couldnt fix the issue it was not right to charge me. Extremely rare of a company to do this. The tech was also respectful and friendly and was up front with my issue and recommend a cheaper fix that I did not think of.

We got home from our daughters wedding in PA to find a leak in our wall behind our hot water tank. We called Gillum and Waddell first thing Monday morning and they werent sure if they could get someone out same day but early in the afternoon they called back and they had someone out in 10 minutes of that call. We were fearful that it was going to cost well over $400 but it didnt. They were very prompt in fixing the leak and was very reasonablely priced. Thank you Gillum and Waddell and our tech Kevin.

I called to schedule this company through a referral from a trusted friend. The phone was answered by a PERSON! I was told that the following Tuesday they would call when one of their plumbers were available. The following Tuesday I received a call at 8:56 am and by 9:30 am the plumber arrived. He was professional, polite, engaging, highly skilled and cleaned up after himself after I told him not to worry about it. He gave me a quote for the job, and I WILL contract this company to do the job.As many of you know it is VERY difficult to find people in any profession who have integrity. I am so happy to have found this company. I will be referring them to everyone I know.

I searched desperately for a plumber in an emergency situation. My sewer under my house began to leak. Everyone was booking a week to 2 wks out, I couldnt wait that long. Gillum-waddell was able to come by in 3 days. And the problem was fixed within 5 days. The servicemen were extremely polite very knowledgeable and explained everything that was being done. While installing a new toilet in guest bathroom I found the entire area under the toilet deteriorated to the extent that I could not secure the toilet. to the floor. On the recommendation of a neighbor I called Gillum-Waddell of Lakeland who sent Dana, a young man who knows his plumbing. He had to jackhammer through tile and excavate soil in order to rebuild the drain and toilet. I feared I would have to replace the tile floor, but Dana did such a great job that there are no broken tiles beyond the footprint of the toilet. He also installed anew pipe and connected the drain on a new sink and vanity. Dana was easy to get along with and he kept us informed about progress and the expected cost. To say we were satisfied with the job would be a gross understatement. Danas a gem. I must add that the woman who took my phone calls to the company was most pleasant and helpful.

Boy Im glad I did. Tommy Knapp gave us an EXCELLENT quote over the phone and arranged to come look at the job and stayed with his original quote WHICH WAS HALF OF WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE WAS. They did an AWESOME JOB right on time were very polite and respectful of our home and everything. They went above and beyond what we ever expected.
