He extracted a root system that had been inside the outtake drain to the street for well over 14 years. I am so happy I called them and they sent Willy out. Jayden (tech #158) did an outstanding job. I called about a toilet bubbling/line clog. His experience was apparent, but what stood out to me was his demeanor--I could tell he cared about doing a good job and not treating the visit like it was just a job, if that makes sense. Professional, polite, amiable, and hard at work the whole time, & able to thoroughly explain the issues. Had another company true plumbers come out months ago, running a camera down a line, charging fees, but not able to pinpoint or fix the issue. Jayden arrives, jumps in, hard at work several hours. He was able to find and survey where things were located that we had no idea were even there as we recently purchased the home. He also got us a quote after finding some other needed corrections on our pipe size. Even the frogs on site peaked out and were pleased! In seriousness he found an area that was not properly capped off. Awesome guy! Definitely will be using this company for any future work because of him. Also had a good experience with Willie installing and fixing faucet leaks for us previously.

Went above and beyond to find the break that we had. The break that frontier caused when they were doing repair. Broke the sewer pipe out front by the road and had our sewage spelling in our backyard. They even called the City Lakeland come out and verify it. They fixed the brake and got us back up and running.

While I was out of town, 3000 miles away, my neighbor called to tell me there was a leak at the water heater, it was leaking out into the yard. I called Roto-Rooter of Lakeland to see if someone could get there asap! They were able to get a tech out within the hour. When Ryan arrived he assessed the problem and gave me a call. He explained what the problem was and said he was going to fix it but it would take some time. Ryan arrive at 5:10 pm and was there until 9:15 pm. He kept in touch with me and sent me photos of the problem. He fixed the problem beautifully even running into a few snags. He is a great service tech and definitely an asset to your company. Im in the service industry as well and if I had just 1 tech as awesome as he is, I would never have another angry customer! Ryan is absolutely the best service tech! Chris was our service person. He is the best!!! Our plumbing in part of our house was clogged, we tried Liquid Fire probably 5 times and it was still clogged, he was able to go through our septic drain line and clean it out. What great service! He was professional, courteous, prompt and inexpensive. We called them on July 4th and Chris came out on the 5th. Chris is a gentleman. We will definitely use Chris at Roto Rooter again!!!

I was VERY HAPPY to find out that this place is owned by a local franchisee who takes pride in his local reputation, quality of work by his techs, and efficiency of service.I entered info online the night before the service call, and the dispatcher phoned me first thing the next morning to confirm details and appointment time and called again when the tech was dispatched (30 min later). She was upfront about the fees, which I appreciate.My experience with the tech - Jake - was also excellent. He was informative, did not rush, explained the cost and details of the situation (roots in pipe causing blockage), and even answered my inquisitive six-year-old’s many questions with no hesitation. He took care of the problem, assessed future work that would prevent it from happening again, and gave me a priced proposal for the more extensive job before leaving.I can and will recommend this company with absolute confidence. Honest, fairly priced, and knowledgeable, with a seamless process for scheduling, dispatch, and service.Thank you!

I was beyond impressed with (and GRATEFUL for) the service I received today. I have never experienced any type of plumbing issue in a home, and my panic was immediate. From the dispatcher to the technician, this company made me feel like I was in truly good hands. My technician Jake was extremely personable, took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what he was doing, and really went above and beyond with his tips and help to resolve my issue as well as any future ones. Hopefully I wont have another plumbing catastrophe for a VERY long time, but if I do I wont have any trouble figuring out who to call!

My water heater burst on a Saturday, they were able to come out asap, evaluate and estimate the replacement, and had someone out the very next day. Installation team was absolutely fantastic, Will and James I believe were my technicians. They managed to wrestle a 30 year old 80 gallon tank out of a tight space with no damage to the home which I thought was a miracle in and of itself because that thing was monstrous. They had it done in no time and were very open and honest about the whole process.

He was very personable and professional. After evaluating my situation he went over the quote with me up front. He was able to clear the line and ran the camera through the line and showed me. I had this ongoing leak from the toilet plus a drip in the tub and a clogged tub. I called at 8:00am and Jake and Xavier were at my door by 10:30. Jake explained every detail of what he was replacing and fixing every step of the way. He was very professional and did an awesome job! By 12:30 noon they had finished all the repairs and were on their way. They were even friendly and caring with my dog! I called for a non-emergency appointment to remount and repair existing toilet. They scheduled David for the next day and advised of $85 service fee that would be credited towards the repair. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. Price was a little higher than expected, but they came back later the same day to correct the remaining issues. David and Jayden did a great job and were very nice. Crystal in the office escalated to the manager who made sure everything was great when they left.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of this company. I had to have an emergency call out on Sunday evening when sewage back up into my home. The gentleman that came out was nice but seemed to be possibly overworked as we had to wait for a couple hours due to him being on another job. So he could not find our washout, which ended up being directly across from our neighbors (theirs was above ground and ours ended up being about 1 foot below the grass line). We had a secondary washout but again he could not find it even though it was in the proximity of where I showed him I knew it was. So he tells us it will be more expensive for him to come inside and pull the toilet to snake the drain. Bottom line, it cost almost $600 to unplug our waste water drain that was caused by the toilet paper we use. I will never call this place again. I have contacted their office to speak with the manager because it clearly states on their paperwork if you have an issue call the manager. After 4 calls and the run around from the office representative it is apparent that they do not care about returning customers! Very shameful to charge this much for a typical call they run every day.I would like to revise my review. Rolando, the local owner, reached out to me and made this situation right. I will say that they did come out on a Sunday evening and pretty quickly. No one was rude or disrespectful, I just work hard for my money so it seems that the prices were a little steep. If I have another plumbing issue I will definitely call Rolando and his team again.

Nathan was excellent. He was professional, friendly, full of information, and very clear what he was doing and why (I know nothing about plumbing!). He patched our pipe (as it was flooding), replaced the exterior valve so we could turn it off in the future, and replaced the pipe entirely once it was under control. My kids were also a fan of Nathan, haha. He was very kind to them. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter Plumbing again!

A technician showed up in the morning by then name of Andrea whom was very kind. I was upset because of the fees and some misunderstandings that I may have had and contacted the technician that I spoke with the night before Nishan and he drove all the way to my house within minutes of our conversation to personally explain things to me so that I understood everything the way that he tried to explain it to me the night before. A Huge Thank you to Roto-Rooter for having after hours service!We had a back up in both of our bathrooms at once that caused flooding from the toilets and showers, extending to the bedrooms. Being in a panic and exhausted from plunging with absolutely no results, I started calling everyone in the google online plummer list, and leaving messages with many plumbers. I saved Roto-Rooter for the last call for fear of high pricing, But out of the many calls I made to the others, they ended up being the only ones to return my call. After I put in my request to the answering service, it was within 10 minuets when the service teck called and about 40 minuets till he arrived at my home. When Carey the teck came out, He was very professional and friendly. Carey then proceeded to assess the situation. He told us the cost and I was a little shocked at the price and relieved, I really thought it was going to be more upward to a thousand or more especially for the late night call. My husband is a quadriplegic and has been in the hospital several times within the last 2 and a half years and we are very short on funds at this time, so when something like this needs tending to because its a necessity and for health reasons it really takes a hard bite. We are grateful to this company and Carey for getting us fixed and for being available when in need, and having reasonable pricing. Awesome Company and wonderful customer service!

Roto-Rooter Lakeland said they would be here in an hour. Carey was here within that time limit. . He listened to my problem and how I tried to fix it. He made his diagnosis. Proceeded to unclog my kitchen drain line. He was courteous, professional and understanding. As he unclogged the drain he was careful of his surroundings and cleaned as he went. Considering it was a Sunday he was quick and made sure we understood how to try and prevent it from happening again. I would recommend Carey and Roto-Rooter and request him if I needed Roto-Rooter again. Assume job and thanks.

Called up there on Wed due to a backup that was trying to ruin my day, the lady on the phone named Summer was very professional, energetic and confident in helping get my issue taken care of. She even re-routed one of her techs to me instead of the job he was going to ( said it was a non emergency maintenance call or something) cause she wanted to get this asap for me.... She WAS a lady of her word!! The tech showed up in 34 min, and was putting on shoe covers when i opened the door!! Wow!! He was nice, polite and did a quick job. Turned out my emergency was nothing new to him, he knew exactly what to do!! After the job was done, Summer even called to check on ME, the plumbing job and the tech and i told her GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!! Will keep the fridge magnet ready if i need them again!!

Incredible!! I’ve been working to unclog a kitchen drain for 3 days( drano, snakes, augers) and just couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t drain. I called rotorooter on a Thursday night at 7pm and the operator took my information and said a local plumber will call me shortly. 2 minutes later, I received a call from a very knowledgable representative asking me about my issue.She advised me that it was $125 to come out after hours and assured me they would fix my drain. Within 45 minutes Tyler from the Lakeland office showed up and he immediately knew what the problem was. He accessed the drain from my roof with a camera system, cleared the drain, and gave me great tips on keeping my drain clean and clear. Tyler knows his stuff and I’m confident that any rotorooter plumber will provide the best service for any of your plumbing needs. Great Company!

I had another plumbing company come out and they were unable to unclog the drain and they told me that they were going to have repipe the the shower drain and redo all the tile in the shower. Roto-Rooter came out and had the shower drain unclogged in under 5 minutes. Next time I have a plumbing issue I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter first.

Our kitchen sink was clogged for three days. After working on it, we called and two techs came today to fix our sink. It took close to eighty feet of the snake to unclog the drain but these techs got it. They were here at the time quoted and were very professional. We were very pleased with them and will never hesitate to call again. I am sure in the twenty years the house was here, the drains had never been cleaned this good. Was well worth the cost. Will be letting all our friends know to call roto-rooter for any and all plumbing problems.

Had an emergency issue over this past weekend, called several emergency plumbers. This was the only kind company that would even help. Tyler came and was wonderful, he checked over all my concerns and was very knowledgeable in what could be done. He came back Sunday, promptly as scheduled installed what need to be done.
