    Ricky was awesome! We had a water leak in a newly renovated shower on a Sunday morning and he diagnosed the problem, faulty valve, found a temporary solution to stop the leak in until a replacement part could be acquired. Ricky was very friendly and informative. He completely explained the process and cost. We will definitely use 1-Tom Plumber again, especially if the rest of the crew is as helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as Ricky.

    Oh my gosh sooo happy fixed my bathroom leak!!! I asked Ricky to check one more issue. He was able to fix the laundry faucets that were bad leaks. Same day reasonable price fantastic customer service and job. Will use again if needed. Ricky was so very helpful to me 5 plus stars!!!!!

    Highly recommend 1 Tom Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They worked for me at Extra Space Storage and were very professional, affordable and efficient. Ricky and Brandon explained the situation from start to finish and then came back a few days later to make sure everything was working and that we didn’t have any questions

    Kenny is amazing and super responsive. He found a way to check for the source of the leak without having to remove our wall and drywall.     I recently needed help looking into a sewer issue that the city refused to investigate. I was referred to 1-Tom Plumbing, and I’m so glad I found them! Ricky, Kenny, and Howdy quickly assessed the situation and suspected it was a broken sewer line under a driveway.     I recently moved to the Lakeland area. I had a badly clogged drain, so I looked up local plumbers and chose 1-Tom-Plumber. They had wonderful reviews and have been in business for quite a while.I chose the right one because a plumber ,named Kenny, showed up and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.     We had an amazing experience with 1-Tom-Plumbing! Our main Plumber was Kenny Malik, but we also worked with Ricky Walton. Both were super professional, always arrived on-time and had outstanding customer service. They were able tocome out to us right away to trouble shoot our Hot Water heater. They tried to fix it, but it was time for a new unit. They provided several quotes for new unit options, ordered the one we chose and then installed it as well. Highly recommend!!

    After only a couple weeks in our new home, we developed a clogged drain that escalated quickly and was backing up into our shower. We called 1 Tom late at night and Roger came out to our home at 11:30 pm to work on it. He did as much as possible that night and came back the next morning to finish the job. His communication was exceptional explaining every step along the way. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Our plumbing wasn’t done right by the previous home owners but I know we are in good hands with Roger fixing the current issue and he will be back to complete some other issues.     Roger came into our home today to fix a clogged toilet that my 1 year old daughter flushed a toy phone down. He was a real genuine guy and seemed to actually take pride in his work (which is hard to come by anymore). Took the toilet off, replaced the flange and resealed the base.     I have had rental propeties in lakeland Florida for 20 plus years. The number one problem as a landlord or home owner is plumbing issues. I have used almost every plumber in lakeland during that time. Having a great plumber that responds quickly and provides excellent service is extremely valuable. 1-Tom-Plumber recently removed a property off a well and onto county water. They were very fair on price and Howdy, Kevin, Rick, and Jonothan did an excellent job. They made sure the tenants were happy before they were finished. I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber to anyone.     If youre in the need of a good plumber thats very reasonable I would recommend 1-tom-plumbing. Kenneth came to replace my hot water heater, he was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was a 1/4 of the big named plumbing company and didnt try to up sell me on a bunch of services I didnt want or need. Ill definitely be using them when Im in need of a plumber.
