We had our Lift Pump go out on our Septic - it was full to the top. Called Ken and he was so helpful, he prepared me on the price and maybe the possible out come. He was more than fair on his prices (weekend call). He looked at it, gave us some great advice on what we should do to avoid water from getting in our tank and making a man hole on the out lid. He removed the BAD pump - installed the new pump and it was quick. Great person Ken, he is also very fair. Thank you Ken for your help on our holiday weekend.I recommend Atomic Septic Service.

Our septic backed up late Sunday night. I called Atomic first thing Monday morning expecting to not get an appointment for a couple days coming off the weekend. They told me no problem & someone would be there before lunch. Not even an hour later they arrived and took care of our problem as we had a blockage. I was very impressed with Alec and his professionalism and prompt service. I hope to not ever need them again but will only use Atomic in the future and 100% recommend them to anyone.Thanks Alec and Atomic!!!

The guys from Atomic Septic were able to come out to my house for a same-day service and had me back up and running in less than an hour. They were upfront about pricing and gave me updates throughout the process. They cleaned up the yard afterwards and were just generally great to work with. Called Atomic about my 50 year old septic system draining very slowly if at all. They came right out and pumped the tank to get me going and scheduled a replacement the next week. Their bid was very reasonable and they showed up as promised and got the job done. They were professional and courteous and very respectful of our property. Great job and I would definitely recommend them.

Good honest and hard-working. These are the things I expect when I have someone tend to my home. The guys and gals at Atomic were awesome. They had a new drainfield installed in 2 days working throughout the pouring rain. I felt as if they took the same sense of pride as if it were their own home. My septic alarm started going off at 2pm on Sunday. I gave them a call and they were here exactly when they said they would the very next day and had a new pump installed as well as the tank pumped out and were done by noon. Great service and cleaned up when they were done. Will definelty use them again next time a septic issue arises.

We had bathroom issues for a while and due to the holidays, we couldnt get anyone out. Finally we had an appointment to have our septic pumped for the following Tuesday by a company that had decent reviews and was in Plant City, which is where we live. They were here for about an hour and could not find our septic tank, then they told us something really scary that it may be under the foundation of our house. They left and we were so stressed. We called another Plant City company and they couldnt get us in for another two days. We had to go stay with my mom and just a shot in the dark, I called Atomic and asked if there was anyway they could come to Plant City. He said yes that he could the next morning. They were here when they said they would be, came out and found the tank with no issue. They were swift and the price was great. We can now takes showers and flush our toilets! Thank you SO much!!!!

Fantastic company. My husband just home from hospital and septic started messing up the next day. Atomic found a way to arrange the schedule to get us in. In fact they got here earlier than what they thought they would be able to. I couldnt be more greatful to them and their service. And their price was more than fair. I highly recommend this company.

Ken came out to home promptly in response to a non-emergency call regarding what I thought was a septic issue. After investigating he discovered what I thought was a septic problem was an irrigation leak. The irrigation box had been covered up by grass and could not be seen from surface view. He shut water off at another irrigation box and so problem solved. He would not accept money. I highly recommend this company if you have a septic problem. Thanks again, Ken.

The workers came out and installed the new septic system in approximately 3 hours and returned the next day and filled in the trench in about an hour so the entire project was completed very quickly. They quoted us a fair price and didnt hit us with any surprise fees or other charges either. Only time and use will indicate how good the new system is but we have no reason to think it wont perform as it should. As a customer we are very satisfied with Atomics performance. Thank you, Atomic for fixing our septic system issues!

In a word, great service! I needed a septic tank pumped at a home I recently bought in Lakeland, and called Atomic. I got scheduled for the same day, and 2 guys showed up right on time. They were skilled and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, quick and efficient. The job turned out to be difficult, but they handled it very well, at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely be calling them back in the future.

I was referred by a friend to call Atomic to have my septic pump and Im glad I did. Im new to Lakeland and only have lived in my house for about a year and had no clue where my septic was. Josh and his brother showed up and found the septic tank within five minutes. Josh explained to me about septic care and what I need to do to keep it in good working condition.
