I had a leaking push valve and water supply line replaced in my bathroom. The technician Todd Bishop which he was very perfessional came as soon as possible and fixed the valve and supply line for a reasonable price. I called other companies Ive dealt with in the past but they were too busy to come out to the house right away but All Pro Plumbing made sure a technician was available as soon as possible. Overall I would recommend All Pro Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem.

John was super friendly and knowledgeable. He removed a mixing valve and did some soldering. Pricing wise for the work performed, removing the mixing valve and soldering the copper ends to the water heater the price was high but we have hot water again so Im satisfied. They are fast to get someone out if you need a job done quickly, perks of a big company. I would shop around if you have the time to get a better value for your money.

My home just got re-piped by All Pro Plumbing. Ben Levy came out to diagnose the leak. He was very professional and friendly. He also instructed me on the best options to prevent issues in the future.Chris Hugues did the actual re-piping. He managed to do an excellent job in just 2.5 days. He was extremely professional and very thorough. He cleaned up after himself and Im so very happy with the job that was done. I would highly recommend All Pro Plumbing for any plumbing job. They were reasonably priced and sent out 2 high quality, experienced professionals.

Where to start?I screened multiple Plumbing Companies for repiping, John Sold me on All Pro with their Warranty on the work. He was Confident in himself and in his company. I set up the job, signed the paperwork and dealt with paying. I was always under the assumption that you pay the down payment, then pay the rest after the job is done. It was requested at the time of siging the paperwork. This was weird for me, but it was not a problem.The job took 4 days to complete.Jay C. was amazing. On the first day there were schedule issues, but Jay showed up and stayed late to ensure the job was taken care of. There was one incident where piping met the electric cables, causing 2 rooms to lose power, this was an understandable process and this sort of thing could happen. Jay informed me and kept me up to date on what happened and what will be done to correct it. The next morning, they had an electrician out at my residence, and power was restored. Jay was able to continue working, at times another Employee of All Pro would show up to the site to help when available. Jay did a fantastic job with the repiping process and finished the job within expectations.After Job completion.There was one small leak outside from the main water line, this was due to my neighborhood having higher water pressure than expected. I called All Pro, and the next morning, Jay C. came out and replaced the pressure Valve.At the time of writing this, the County Inspector came by, inspected the work, and gave great praise to the work that was completed at my residence.Fantastic Job All Pro Plumbing!

Two weeks after moving into my new home, I experienced a serious issue with my bathroom plumbing. I contacted All Pro Plumbing and the General Manager came out within the hour. They quickly determine the issues and provided options with explanations and helped me to understand the circumstances surrounded my sewer drain breakage. On a whim I decided to go forward with a very large and lengthy project. Here are the reason why I am giving All Pro Plumbing my full recommendation. During the project, I always felt my home was safe with everyone on the All Pro team, and I knew my property and belongings were respected and protected when I was not at home. In addition they have a very large team of plumbers, each who garner years of experience in their field. I had to make some hard choices on things that I had no experience with, and through All Pros expertise and advice I am now utilizing the most up to date technology with a full working plumbing system through out my home. I experienced very friendly service with everyone on the team, including their very attentive and helpful receptionist who was also instrumental in helping to see my project to full fruition. I called All Pro after dealing with my kitchen double sink backing up for two weeks. I’m a pretty handy lady so I attempted to tackle this on my own. I did everything I could think of between plunging, taking apart the trap to make sure there were no clogs, ran a snake down the vertical pipe, two bottles of drain opener, nothing worked. I had no choice but to call in a professional.JW showed up at the beginning of the time window they had given me. He was pleasant, cheerful and I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home. I gave him a brief description of my problem and everything that I had tried to fix it. He was able to clear the clog within one minute! I had watched multiple YouTube videos trying to figure this out and no one showed me his technique. We chatted for a few more minutes before he went on his way. I was only charged the $69 fee (they charge this to show up and diagnose.) I am very happy with my service and price. If I need them again, I now know to request JW. Thank you!!

First of all, a real person answered the phone...impressive! There was water leaking from an upstairs toilet, so I really needed a plumber ASAP!! The plumber, Kalib, was excellent!!! He was experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem. He actually had everything on his truck that was needed for the repair. Kalib identified the problem, quickly explained the fees, the time it would take for repairs, and payment options. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the jobsite was left clean. Because of Kalibs professional attitude and experience, I hired him to check over three additional toilets, one of which, needed repairs. Most impressive! Again, I am impressed with the work done by All Pro Plumbing here in Lakeland. I discovered standing water in the pan below my 23 year old water heater, so I called and made a service appointment. The technician, Andrew, arrived promptly and was very personable, and he gave me an estimate for replacing the old water heater with a new one. Within an hour he was back at my home with a new A. O. Smith water heater, and within 90 minutes my new water heater was up and running. He left my utility room even cleaner than it was before he began the work, and he explained thoroughly what steps he was taking to complete the installation. I had an urgent plumbing install. I had the Kitchen remodeled and I had a separate guy that I though was going to do the plumbing for me. At the at the last minute he cancelled because of the difficulty of the project leaving me without a kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.I called All Pro and they sent out Greg to give me a quote right away. Greg was trying to get a crew to do it today and when he found out he couldnt find a crew he did it himself. He worked really hard to make sure I was taken care of on the spot!He did an amazing job running new water and drain lines and everything else that he needed. During rainy season, my backyard became another lake here in Lakeland. The standing water remained throughout the season. I could not use my backyard. My neighbor 2 doors down had the same problem and she told me All Pro Plumbing solved her problem. I called them and Jim came out. I had other estimates, but they would not guarantee their work would solve my problem. Jim guaranteed they would solve the problem. They put in a large drainage system that then pumped the water from the back and side yards to the street. Ive been through a couple rainy seasons now and it works perfectly. The ground is no longer constantly saturated and I can enjoy my backyard. Since then, I have also used their services for my indoor / outdoor household plumbing. They have come quickly on a Sunday for an emergency overflow in the bathroom. They have repaired my outside pipe after a neighbor drove their UHaul over it. They repaired my neighbors sprinkler system when the box broke and water was running into the road. Ive gotten excellent, reliable service and when they fix something, it stays fixed. My favorite plumber there is Oseal who is professional, friendly, and he knows what he is doing and seems to be able to fix anything. I recommend this company 100% with no reservations. Im lucky to have found them.

Update:After several hurdles, my utility sink is finally installed completely. The frustrations previously noted can’t be erased. What was most frustrating was the fact that I’ve used All Pro Plumbing on several previous occasions over the past few years and had no problems.Grant (the plumber throughout the job) has been very understanding and either addressed directly, or listened attentively to, why what took place over the past few weeks caused my frustration, and I appreciate that. As a result, I feel confident that I can continue to utilize All Pro Plumbing and just “chalk” this up as an unfortunate experience.Its been over two weeks since being charged for a job thats still not complete. Attempts to get information about status, as well as an itemized bill have been unsuccessful.Update: I am still waiting for an [requested previously] itemized bill. Even though service has not yet been completed, my VISA account was charged the full amount on Jan 16 (10 days ago).Terrible service from the company. The plumber (Grant) has tried to make things right.- Initially called to have drain pipe repaired on a utility sink.- Plumber pointed out problem and need to replace entire sink.- Incorrect sink was ordered by the company (wall mount instead of floor version with legs).- Didn’t realize different sizes, and smaller size had been ordered.- Plumber installed with legs from old sink as temp until correct legs could be ordered.- Service was scheduled for Monday afternoon. Received a call late morning that the plumber was out sick and no one else was available.- Installation scheduled for following day (Tuesday) and given window of 8:00 to 10:00.- Received call from company at 10:30 that there was a problem with the order and part(s) were sent somewhere else.- Later that day (Tuesday) I received a text message from the company that service was scheduled for Wednesday (between 8 and 10). I had never been contacted to discuss this and agree on a convenient time. No one showed up. I did receive a call (about 10:45 am) from the owner wanting to “make things right.” My reply was that I just want the job done and want an itemized bill since my VISA had been charged the full amount and the job had yet to be completed.- I have requested that a new (correct size) sink be ordered and installed with no additional charge.

I noticed my water heater was leaking, I googled plumbers in my area that worked on water heaters. All Pro Plumbing was the 1st to come up. I called All Pro Plumbing, I spoke with Crystal and she was very pleasant and professional and answered all my questions about service to come out. I ended up needing to call them out sooner than my scheduled date only because the leak had got worse. Thankfully they are 24hr including weekends! I called and spoke with Crystal again and explained the situation and she said she would have a tech out within about an hour. James came out as told. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He explained what was wrong with my water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He went to get the products to install a new one. He let me watch and ask questions as he removed the old one and install the new one. All the while still making me feel comfortable about the situation. I would definitely call them again for any and all my Plumbing needs! The professionalism and friendliness that I experienced plus the work that was done, they really did a great job! Ive seen a mix of reviews for All-Pro Plumbing, but my first experience with them was outstanding. The plumber who came over (Matt) was on time, quickly went to work, and within a very short time, located a leak in my irrigation system. He also replaced the main valve to my house. He was very efficient, answered all my questions, and considering prices for things like plumbing and electrical work, in my experience I thought what I paid was okay. I would definitely use them again for future work.
