I needed a quick confirmation that my home had no galvanized pipes so my homeowners insurance wouldn’t non-renew me. They were able to come out to the house within a couple of days, complete the inspection and with their write up I was renewed! I appreciate their professionalism and the fact that although this wasn’t a ‘plumbing emergency’ they treated it with the care and expediency I needed.

Over the years, Ive had Samco repair a foundation leak (a huge pain), replace my hot water heater and most recently, do a total re-pipe of my house. They are always very responsive and courteous, they do a phenomenal job, and their prices are great. In fact, I switched to them from Curry because they are so much more affordable. Highly recommend.

Joe came to diagnose and treat a sewage smell coming from my garage apt. It isn’t used often and water isn’t flushed through often. There wasn’t anything significant after complete inspection so he cleaned the drains, recommended a cleaner and provided me with a regular treatment plan. I am very pleased with Joe’s assessment and treatment and so far everything is going well.

Water heater started leaking. Called Samco where Lori got service scheduled for the next day!! Kevin showed up on time, worked hard for 3 hrs, cleaned up, took old WH away, checked to make sure water was hot; it was. Paid invoice. Then got a call following morning, Lori informed me I had been charged incorrectly and they were putting $58 back on my credit card. Hows that for honesty!

This was the first time I needed a plumber to come to the house to fix a clog kitchen sink drain. I wasnt sure who to call, but saw one of the Samco trucks and decided to give them a call. Best decision I could of made! Todd showed up prior to the appointment time and got right on the issue at hand. He was friendly and did a terrific job! I now have a plumber to call for any future needs! Thank you Samco Plumbing and Todd for a great service, great price and for being ahead of schedule! Also when I made the phone call, the girl that took the appointment information was friendly and helpful.

We are very satisfied with our SAMCO experience. We are having issues with our water bill and needed a leak check before calling the city in to investigate the issue. The technician who made the appointment was very curteous and helpful and Todd came out promptly on time, was efficient and friendly and even helped me understand how the meter works before he left. I called Samco this morning at about 6:30am. Hoping to get service later today. I promptly received a call back and made an appointment for tomorrow as they were very busy and completely booked for today. I believe her name was Susan, told me that if they get the extra time needed, then they would call me as it depends on how quickly some other jobs would go. Sure enough I later got a call in the morning and she followed through and was able to get Charlie to come out to our home within 20 minutes of the phone call. He came out, unplugged our kitchen sink drain line and was pleasent to deal with, professional and very thorough. Honest and upfront pricing that is fair, is a big plus along with great employees. Called with a hot water tank issue. Figured I would have to replace it. They sent a guy out, listened to the issues we had leading up to no hot water, looked over everything, took time to test each electrical component in this two element/ thermostat unit. Found the top thermostat was not testing properly. Changed it out. It was a different dial system for temp control than bottom one and they have to be set the same so asked me if I wanted bottom one changed to match. Gave me a price for changing out bottom oone.It was a very fair price. Had it done and now both thermostats are new and hot water tank works great. Saved us a lot of money fixing rather than replacing!Thanks Samco!2024 update.So we find ourselves cancelled by our homeowners insurance like many of you probably have had happen. We had to have another wind mitigation and inspection done and of course they always find something!Hot water tank. Although it works fine since it was fixed about 4 years ago, MUST be replaced or no insurance company will cover us.Samco was on top of it. The repairman and I talked about tankless vs tank, what was going to need to be added to make sure we are code compliant. Everything was seamless and they had the tank in the next day. Since they were out we also had them change out a toilet and install a new kitchen faucet.Everything was clean and tidy and works like a charm! Way to go, Samco!

The installation occurred sooner than we expected and the two gentlemen involved with the installation were friendly, pleasant, and efficient. SAMCO to the rescue! We have a Home warranty service. When our tankless gas water heater went on the fritz, the warranty service sent a company who knew nothing about them. After many phone calls, they gave me approval to use a local company and would reimburse me. So, we decided to call Samco. And, it was the best call we ever made! Steve came out and diagnosed the problem within a short time. Then, we had to have a special part ordered that was located on another planet. Again, Samco found the part and had it overnighted. Steve came out on SATURDAY (even though that was not his normal work day) and fixed the water heater! We had a guest from Japan at the time and it was quite embarrassing to not have hot water. So, Steve is now known as the Hot water Guy. We will not renew with the Home Warranty Service next year. But, we will call SAMCO every time we need anything to do with our plumbing.
