On Monday, November 11th, Paul and his apprentice came to my house after a plumbing issue in my bathroom the afternoon before. They spent many hours trying to determine the exact issue and unclogging the drain. It was determined that I had about 10 to 12 feet of original piping from the 1980s that was causing the issue and would need to be replaced. Although they fixed my plumbing issue, I had to schedule a pipe replacement. Both of these men took the time to explain everything to me about the old piping and what would need to be done, and that they would have an estimate sent to me within a few days.After receiving the estimate, I scheduled the appointment and Juan and Joelle came back to my house on November 20 and spent 9 AM to 6 PM both digging up the piping which was about 8 foot underground, and doing the replacement, as well as connecting the piping from my washing machine to the new piping.Unfortunately, because of the darkness, they could not finish and came back the morning of November 21. Juan and Sebastian finished the fill in and replacing the concrete that they had to break up, in addition to testing the lines for both my bathroom and my washing machine. I could not be any happier with Stuart’s Plumbing. I have used this company for six years for all of my plumbing issues. Not only do they offer, professional, courteous, and expedited service, their prices are reasonable, and their plumbers are fabulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Our experience with Stuart Plumbing was excellent. The pipe from the citys water supply to our house was leaking, so we had to shut it off at the meter. We called Stuarts early in the morning and they were at our house in less than an hour and a half. We are very grateful they fit us in so quickly. It is so inconvenient to live without running water.Juan and the other gentleman that was with him were so professional and knowledgeable. They quickly found the leak and repaired it. I thought their invoice was reasonable and the service was exceptional. We will call Stuarts again the next time we need a plumber and will recommend them to friends and family.

Eric arrived on time and he was so nice. He was professional, friendly and had an excellent disposition. He explained the problem thoroughly to me and explained all the different options for solving the problem. We had a 3-foot long clog of toilet paper (yep, you read that right) from a friend coming over to stay and using an insane amount of toilet paper. Eric was able to get to the clog with a snake and found that it had spread to other areas peripheral to the drain line from the home. I am so grateful to him for saving the day and I love that the company offers a 90-day guarantee on the work! My husband has been out of town and I did not want him to come home to this problem to deal with. Eric, thank you so much for everything that you did today. You were a total pleasure and we definitely will be calling Stuarts in the future! I was referred by my sister - your company re-plumbed her home and they are very happy with the work. Scheduled Stuarts Plumbing to diagnose an issue the Water Dept thought we had. They came when scheduled. I got email and text notifications, so great communication. Lee showed up and patiently listened to everything I had to say. He methodically checked everything from the meter, hose bib, and all internal taps. Fortunately for us, he confirmed my assessment that there wasnt any issue. They only charged me for the call. They respected my opinions and treated me fairly. I will definitely call them again if I have any issues in the future.

During Thanksgiving with family over, we ended up with a main line clog. No toilet in the main bathroom, no shower, no kitchen sink to clean Thanksgiving dishes. We tried a plunger to no avail and didnt sleep very well wondering... After Googling local plumbers the very next morning (on Black Friday no less) one really stood out amongst the crowd. 4.9 rating with over 1200 reviews, wow. I placed the call praying someone could get out today and within an hour Eric arrived! I explained to him what happened and he told me right up front what it would cost and I gave him the go ahead! I was really impressed to see him run a camera down the main line first to investigate, pinpoint the exact location outside which happened to be the exact same area (I still had it marked) from 7 years ago. He then ran a saw type snake down the line to the area and cleared the clog. I asked if while he was here and since the toilet had to be removed if he could rebuild the toilet while he was here as sometimes it was hard to push the handle. With out hesitation he said absolutely and did just that once the main line was cleared. Add to the fact they warranty both (the toilet rebuild and clearing the main line) for 90 days blew me away! Who does that in this industry? Eric was very professional, very likeable and explained every step of the process along the way. I in all honesty cannot speak highly enough of Stuarts Plumbing and the employees that represent them. If you have a plumbing problem, look no further!

Needed a hot water heater replaced, they came out during the appointment window and walked me through everything they fixed at the end. Very professional and friendly.I did not opt for warranty with them but am very happy with the work they did because I could not afford it, but they were gracious enough to do the work with out one. Even answered several other questions for me. Will use again for next issues.

Stuarts Plumbing was the first company I contacted that was not going to charge me a minimum of $49 to tell me how much to install a new water heater. Personally if you have to charge to give quotes, then you charge too much and need to recoup the 15 minutes it takes. Pretty basic 50 gallon 240v setup. Setting up the date and time was a breeze and Lee (service tech) was awesome! Very friendly and shared plenty of knowledge. Price to remove, install and haul away was fair for 2024. Because of the legendary customer service initially from Lee, we didnt call anyone else and booked the installation. Process was quick and painless, with the installation of a leak pan and water sensor. Would highly recommend Lee and Stuarts Plumbing!

Stuarts plumbing was incredibly fast and efficient in getting out to me. Eric was able to find and clear a clog in my main line and communicated with me throughout the process. Later I fount a shattered pipe and Daniel was also incredibly fast and friendly and was able to rebuild it very quickly so my plumbing was down for minimal time. I would highly recommend!

Erik was great. Called ahead about 15-20 minutes to tell me he was coming. Brought booties with him when requested (toddlers on the floor!). Gave me a quick rundown of price and expectations for first attempt at repair and what would happen if that was unsuccessful. Completed the repair and payment in under 45 minutes and price was just as quoted!I also have to sing the praises of the office staff when we scheduled the appointment. Told me the exact expectations of time of arrival for technician, offered if a spot came open earlier/same day that they would call, but was clear to not promise it would be same day. Collected all the information and gave me a straight forward price for assessment that would be applied if we completed the repair (no extra costs!).Great experience and highly recommend!

Stuart’s Plumbing was a referral from our AC company. We’ve used them twice and their service quality was truly exceptional. Last year they replaced both toilets at a reasonable cost in one day. This morning we called for help with a clogged drain and received same day service from Gus Tomlinson. He surveyed the drain, gave us a quote and got right to work fixing our issue. Stuart’s has a great communication system that keeps you up to date on arrival time and also sends a message with a photo of the technician. Stuarts replaced our galvanized domestic water piping from the street to all water users & installed a new water heater. Price was middle of the pack but Stuarts work plan was vastly superior to the others. To say we had a great experience with this company would be an understatement. They are the only one of FOUR plumbers that I called that bothered to call me back. They came out to quote us the same day and I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and customer service of John and Sebastian. John was incredibly knowledgeable and made great suggestions that worked better for our home and budget. He called his office in front of us and was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate our urgent need. They offered to come early to avoid inclement weather and the crew (John, Sebastian and Eric) worked NON-STOP (through lunch, 7 am-6 pm and at some points in a torrential downpour) to get us up and running again. The cohesive, respectful and efficient way they worked together was wildly impressive. All three men commented at some point about what a great company they work for. One of the items from yesterday’s service that impressed me is that Gus didn’t caulk the base of the toilet, he used grout instead. It looks so much more finished than caulk. We were needing to get our 20 year old water heater checked. We called Stuarts and they were able to schedule us fairly quickly. The serviceman was pleasant and determined that it needed to be replaced. He was able to do it the same day with a replacement water heater he had on the truck. He even stayed late and fought mosquitos to finish the job so that we had hot water that evening. We were pleased. One hiccup was that he was not allowed to disconnect our washer which was in the way of the installation. I was fortunately able to leave work and do that project right away so that he could proceed. We left the washer disconnected until the weekend when I could clean the area, repair the dryer vent, and re-install the washer. When I attempted that, I realized that the washer would not fit back in the same slot beside the water heater.. I reconnected it away from the wall so we could get laundry done that weekend, and called Stuarts about our dilemma on Monday morning. They graciously sent another technician to disconnect the water heater and re-install it closer to the opposite wall and get our washer back in its place. When we arrived home that evening, we noticed that the toilets and hot water lines were belching air and gray water. The next morning we got their answering service and left word of our situation. We called again a few hours later when we did not hear back. They initially scheduled us for later in the week, but were graciously able to arrange for the technician to return that afternoon. Fortunately, the lines just needed to be bled for a few minutes and we are back in business.Overall, Stuarts worked with us graciously and were able to resolve our concerns. My main objection was a lack of communication from the technicians. The initial technician did not notify us that the washer would not fit, even though he had taken the liberty of sawing off part of the leg of a wooden platform that the dryer was sitting on, to try and make room for the washer to fit back in. We discovered the problem days later on our own. The second technician did not notify us or their office that he was unable to get access inside to bleed the lines. Again, we were shocked to discover the exploding gray water on our own. In addition, that is a common situation that we could have easily resolved on our own with a simple phone call.I believe that we would use Stuarts again, but hope they will evolve into a more communicative organization.

6/21/24 - They came to rerun the main water line from the meter to our house. They were there first think in the morning and got right to work. Jonathan and Eric were great. They ran the new line so it would be easy for the irrigation company to tie in. That meant running the water line under two sections of our drive instead of one. No complaints or issues and they were done by mid afternoon. Covered all of the ditches from the new line and cleaned everything up. Great company and service.6/20/24 - We live in a house built in the 60’s so it has its fair share of plumbing problems. The main water feed into the house split and started spraying. They’re galvanized pipes and very old. They came within 30 minutes and Paul was able to patch it temporarily until they can return tomorrow and replace the entire line from the meter to the house. That saved us from being without water the entire night. Always prompt and always efficient. We don’t use anyone else.11/28/22 - Our kitchen sink stopped up today. I was able to check the main sewer lines outside and determined that the clog was between the kitchen and the main line. I did what I could but was unable to clear the clog. I called Stuarts Plumbing and Jonathan was my technician. It took him 2 attempts of snaking out the line from under the sink. On the second try he finally cleared the clog. He didnt give up until it was cleared and the sink drained well. He cleaned up everything (and it was a mess with grease from the drain pipe.) Excellent work from Jonathan.1/3/22 - Weve had plumbing issues for years at this house. Stuarts has been out multiple times to snake out the sewer line. After another clog, Paul came with a camera and found the issue. We needed about 6 of old orange burl replaced. Thats where the clogs always happened.Aaron and Ethen came this morning to replace the old line. Its now all PVC and they added a new cleanout. They were very quick and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up before they left and they explained what they were doing all along the way. Great teams at Stuarts.----6/21/21 - Luis came prepared to remove the cement around a toilet flange and replace the old cast iron flange that had disintegrated with a new pvc flange. After he started, he found that he did not have to remove any of the cement and was able to install the pvc flange after removing the old cast iron. He saved me half of the original estimate and the work was finished in about an hour instead of the 4 hour estimate.They also were able to come quickly to do this work. I have flooring installers coming in a few days and this repair needed to be done before then.Great, friendly staff and they really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend them.

However, the cold shower we had the other morning and guests arriving for the holidays made replacing it an urgent situation. I was placed on their urgent list, and one of their appointments canceled allowing them to provide service same day. They call and email you to let you know their tech is on the way. Guys knocked it out of the park. After the run around from True Plumbers, I reached out to Stuarts Plumbing. Guys came out, found the issue, over the course of a few days back and forth with the local utilities they were able to get me fixed up. I tip my hat to the owner who also showed up to give a hand. While in the middle of work, a neighbor was grilling him over a repair unseen initially. The owner maintained his cool and explained the situation. I do not normally comment on the companies that I use but felt compelled to leave a review for this one. I could not be pleased any more regarding the service provided. I am very picky about the people that I do business with and I expect that exemplary service be provided especially since I am paying for it. After I contacted the office for an estimate appointment I received a follow up call before the expected time that they were running a bit late as well as received an email confirming same. The two guys who came out were on time, they called 30 minutes before to confirm that they were on the way and I received another email identifying who was coming out (with photos). They were knowledgeable and though I only wanted an estimate they had all of the equipment needed on their truck to swap out my water heater just in case I wanted them to do it. They were personable and the price was fair so I did have them complete the work. They took extra care in re-running the plumbing, ran a new drip line through the wall and even caulked the wall opening outside afterwards. The ease and having it completed the same day was extraordinary as other companies I called said it would be at least a week before they could come out. I will definitely keep their information on hand and they will be the first one I call should I ever need plumbing work again. This company stood out above the crowd when I was looking for some help!

From the initial call regarding a leak to the actual repair, the customer service was outstanding. The office was able to send a plumber out immediately and the then provided constant communication, including the picture and information about the plumber and his experience that went out to the home I own. As this is not my residence but a home I own where my adult son who is autistic resides, I was nervous about not being there. The company assured me that I would not need to be there. The plumber arrived early and called me when on his way and then assured I understood the problem, gave me alternatives to correct, and then promptly fixed all issues. He sent a video and detailed pictures and all was perfectly handled. I am so happy to have found this quality company. Thank you!

This was my first experience with Stuart Plumbing. I called at 9AM requesting service to repair a kitchen leak. While this was not an emergency, Andrea provided a same day appointment for 11am-1pm; Stuart Plumbing called at 9:45am, asking if it would be ok if they arrived just after 10am.Jonathan and Nathan quickly diagnosed the source of the leak to be a broken garbage disposal. They were able to provide real time the price of a new unit, including installation; I felt the cost was reasonable / competitive. They had a new garbage disposal on their truck and installed it right then. They demonstrated the stark difference in sound between the old (noisy) and new disposal. They clearly explained the warranty on the labor vs the parts.Overall, I was pleased with the entire experience. I did not need this fixed today, but to get just about 1-hour service at a fair price - for plumbing - thats incredible. Everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable, and, as an added bonus, Jonathan and Nathan were pleasant and fun to chat with.While I hope I never have a need for a plumber in the future, reality says otherwise - I have Stuart Plumbings card on my refrigerator.

Recently bought a house with plumbing issues unbeknownst to me. I called Stuarts one morning and told the receptionist my bathroom was not functional. They were at my house that same afternoon! The guys were knowledgeable, clean, and good natured. The drain was snaked and my it seemed to resolve the problem. A week later, I noticed some backup outside of the house, but no problems inside. I called the office after 5pm and still got excellent service. Stuart himself came to my house the following morning, free of charge, to figure out what was going on. He ran a camera through the pipe, determined the problem, and offered a solution. He was very polite, professional, friendly, and handsome! I highly recommend this company. They are fast, courteous, and know what theyre doing. Couldnt ask for better service.

Highly recommend!! My hot water heater went out on Wednesday. I purchased one at a local big box home improvement store and signed up for the store’s installation services. The store quoted me $850 although I had purchased and brought home the hot water heater myself from their store. The quote was not itemized but it did have the word “delivery” on it. So I called the store back to ask for a quote without the delivery option. They didn’t call me back. I couldn’t believe it. Thus, began the search for a plumber. I looked for a list of plumbers on the Internet. I had planned on calling more than one for a quote but I didn’t need to. I called Stuart’s first and the receptionist Kayla was super professional and polite. She gave me a dollar range of what the installation would be which was less than the store’s quote. She did explain that the quote was if there weren’t any unforeseen problems which there went so I was happy about that. Kayla asked if I wanted next day service at no extra charge. On the day of service, the technician Doc called me to let me know he was on his way. After I hung up, I received a text message with Doc’s personal and professional bio. I have never seen any other company do this before. It was so unique and I felt like I knew him before he even arrived. Once he arrived, he was super professional and nice. The work was quick. He explained each and every step of the process. He took pictures of the work before and after the new hot water heater was installed. I am definitely a fan of this company.

Stuarts Plumbing seemed to be better organized than some of the other plumbing outfits that estimated my job. Called on Friday of a holiday weekend with sink and washing machine drain backup. Store bought treatments had not worked. stuart’s staff put me on a waiting list in case of cancels. One hour later they called and were on their way. Kenny was a true gentleman and very good at his job. He was on the roof in a jiffy and had solved the problem in short order. Office staff was great. We are very happy and fortunate to have selected Stuart’s Plumbing. As senior citizens we really appreciate it when we are treated well. These folks are great. Cost was very reasonable as well.
