I was very impressed with every interaction with Expedited Heat & Air. Maria was at her post on Thanksgiving Day, when I could not get a live person from any other plumbing company. Maria was professional and supportive. In particular, I appreciated her tone of voice. This might not be important to some people, but to me the absence of warmth in the voice of the customer service rep, is a big turn off.Gage was the technician who arrived for the job. And I cannot heap enough compliments on him! He arrived on time, he was extremely polite. He demonstrated that he was knowledgeable and listed the possible causes of the heaters failure, after a thorough examination and tests. But he took the time to point out that the heater was still under warranty so I could make a decision as to my next step. Gage, at no time pressured me.My impression is that Expedited Heat & Air provides excellent service and takes the time to ensure that staff is trained to be courteous, knowledgeable and fair in all dealings with customers. They provide a myriad of other services including AC Repair/service/maintenance & air duct cleaning and I will be calling on them again very soon.

📢 I would like to give a BIG shout to Maria and Michael for their outstanding performance!Its been over 2 weeks (Thursday, 05/02/2024) since Ive talked to one of the receptionists named Maria on the phone. I really appreciated her patience because I was having some difficulty hearing her soft voice over the phone with my hearing aid. She took her time repeating the questions and answers for me. After I did a lot of explaining and exchanging information with her about my outside A/C unit, she gladly helped me to set a earliest appointment (2 PM) on the next day after I get home from work. TY, TY & TY, Maria! 😁Around 2 PM on Friday afternoon, E. H. & A. technician, Michael has arrived! YEAH! I was so glad to meet him because its been a very hot week 🥵 (almost 5 days long). He was very friendly and easy to talk to. After I finished explaining the problems about my unit, he was already on the go-go! He is very knowledgeable about how to narrow down on some of the situations inside the unit (See photos). After all the fixings and adjustments, my unit was back in business in less than an hour! Yee-Haw! TY, TY, & TY!🤠I highly recommend this honest, hard-working and friendly business to anyone who needs some help with their heating & air conditioner.

My wife and I came back from shopping to a hot house. The AC had stopped working while we were gone. We started looking on Google for a company with excellent reviews and was open 24 hours. After searching we decided to call Expedited Heat and Air located in Lakeland. When we called Maria their customer service rep answered and was very pleasant and courteous and told us that that a tech would be out between 5-7 pm. The tech arrived in the time frame promised.The techs name was Michael. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our brand of ac. He did all the diagnostics on the outside and everything checked out. He also explained everything he was doing and why.He was able to start the ac unit from outside.He told me I believe you have a bad thermostat. Sure enough it was the thermostat. Installed a new one and the system came right on. We are going to use them from now on four our yearly maintenance checkups and when we have ac issues again. Best ac company we have ever used. Thanks Maria and Michael for a great experience.

Expedited was not just a name. First Mike came to within a day we made the call about our AC going out. He assessed what was going on with our old AC unit with such skill and knowledge. We greatly appreciate everything he did! He even got a team to come out the same day to replace our indoor, outdoor units, as well give us a new thermostat. I can’t talk enough about our install team Josh & Tray who expertly and beautifully executed the most timely switch within 4 hours or less overall. Expedited Heat & Air are phenomenal! Their customer service and quality of work exceeded my expectations. They’ve got a great team of professionals who are friendly, ready to assist and knowledgeable.I accidentally cut an electrical wire to my AC condenser outside of my house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I scrambled to search for a company who could come fix it same day. I stumbled across Expedited and they were able to send a technician out within hours. I was met by Martin Martinez who quickly fixed the issue and gave insight to the condition of my unit. He was honest and recommended a much needed cleaning maintenance. I had bought the house 6 months prior and knew nothing about the AC’s maintenance history. After showing me the clear neglect, he offered a great deal for their maintenance membership. Due to his professionalism, I signed up.A few weeks later, I reached out to schedule the maintenance. The scheduler Maria was so polite and happy to assist and work around my availability. Her follow up communication was excellent as well. Lastly, maintenance technician Mike Miranda sealed the deal of my perception of the company’s dedication to quality service. He was fantastic! Not only was he a very pleasant conversationalist but he was also thorough in explaining what he was doing, how things worked, and gave great advice on all things home-owning related.I rarely write reviews but as a first time home owner who is learning everyday, I’m glad I chose and trusted Expedited to handle my AC needs. Our AC wasn’t working a couple of days ago. My Dad came and looked at it and didn’t know exactly what was wrong, so he called for a repair person to come out from Expedited, because he had used them before with good results. Gabriel came out within the time window they had given, looked everything over, explained the problem, gave us a price and was able to fix it the same evening. Called to get my AC fixed, thermostat was reading high and could not get the house to cool down. They had a 24/7 phone answering service that answered at 6:15 AM. They were polite; however they screwed up the appointment time. Called back and they had someone at my house within 45 minutes of calling. Gage was great! Personable and took care of the problem with my AC as well as went over some other fixes or future needs for the unit.

We’ve been having issues with our AC not cooling our house for over a month now. We finally called to get someone to look at it, and Gage Stewart from Expedited Heat and Air came out, and had a fast response time from after we called! Gage was amazing and explained everything in detail as far as why we were experiencing our AC not running. After fixing the issue, he continued to do a thorough inspection of our system and let us know different things to look out for in the future, as well as things we can have put in to help with seasonal and pet allergies. We really couldn’t be more happy and thankful for Gage Stewart coming out, and can say without a doubt whenever we have issues in the future, Gage Stewart will be the only person I completely trust to help us with our AC!

Our a/c stopped working this past weekend. We called Expedited Air and they sent Martin out. As is sometimes the case with older homes there were unique challenges to the repair but Martin kept at it until he had it solved. He also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing along the way and explained a number of options to prevent the same problem from occurring in the future. The cost was more than reasonable. I don’t normally write reviews but the service was really exceptional!

My air conditioning decided to die last night… with temperatures in the 90s today, heat index 100+. I searched google and Yelp for recommendations, and found Expedited Air Conditioning… I found several other companies, but none with the consistently EXCELLENT REVIEWS! I called and spoke with a lovely young lady, and in less than 2 hours, Jonathan was at my door. Jonathan showed me the rusted parts outside and my frozen fan motor, as well as the old unit in the closet. Rather than placing bandaides on this old unit and throwing thousands of dollars in never ending repairs at it, I will have a new system by tonight!These men, Luis and Oreste, were here for 5+ hours….when they left my home was finally cooling. I am amazed that they could complete their job in this heat!…Luis returned today to pressurize the system, and make sure everything is working well (it is!!!) Great follow up!!!! I hope this company appreciates his personality, tenacity, and expertise !!!

Our specialist Michael came out to take a look and assess the situation within matter of minutes. He gave us a couple of options to either repair our current unit or get a new unit. Have to wait in our options we decided to get a new unit we tried to get financial help and it took a couple of hours. But in the end Michael was able to help us and that time of need like Florida heat its no joke I have a pool stay cool in but I have animals as well. After three different companies trying to get a loan approved we will finally able to get all the paperwork done and now hes on his way back with our temporary in it. Until tomorrow where the team come out to replace the outside inside unit and all the events or whatever theyre called up there the air ducts that connect to the next sorry. I really appreciate it all his help today.

I called Expedited Heat & Air after my ac quit cooling. I had a recommendation from a friend that has been using Expedited for her own AC. They answered promptly, on a Sunday afternoon, and they were at my home earlier than the time window that I was given. Chris Hoffman was my Comfort Expert. Chris was very polite and he had my AC repaired and back to cooling my home within an hour of arriving. He had the parts that were needed and checked the entire unit and air handle to make sure everything was in proper working order before leaving. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Chris! Thank you all for what youre doing and keep doing it well! I will recommend you to EVERYONE who needs AC work done!

The person who took the call was so professional, and immediately put me at ease. Chris was my repair person. He was a total delight, so kind and professional. He took several pictures for me to furnish to the original installer, in an effort to help get them here to fix an improper installation.Before he left, Chris went over the pictures and explained the problem so even I could understand. This place rescued me when my AC went out this past weekend.They replaced a part but the main cause was a bad compressor that shorted or burned out the capacitor. Tyler came 2 days later with a new compressor and installed it and while he was working a huge thunderstorm came through. Didnt stop him, he set up his tent and proceeded with the installation. I could not be happier by the dedication of both the guys who were here as they were professional and personable. Of course, this also made me very impressed with the company for which they work. We woke up to finding our AC was not cooling as it should. After reading a few AC Company reviews I chose Expedited Heat and Air. Quickly Al Baker the AC Tech who is a personable, knowgeable and good communicator explained in detail what he found. Unfortunately it was worse than we had hoped for, but Al went out of his way to make sure we understood exactly what had happen and what was needed to complete the task at hand. Most parts were available and quickly installed but one main component had to be shipped in. Expedited Heat and Air took it upon themselves to pay for expediting the part overnight so they would be able to start completing the repair first thing in the morning. In addition Tyler Sturgeon the other Tech involved in the repair provided and set up a portable AC unit which kept us cool that night and up to the completion of the job. So in summary we received quick and quality service provided by two techs who knew what they were doing, coupled with a company who made sure we were kept cool and not made to wait for job completion any longer than possible. My wife and I just purchased this home 5 weeks ago and we didn’t know who to call.Initially I called another local company near us in Avon Park and was told by the Tech who called back that it would be $385.00 just to come out PLUS the repairs or wait until Monday!It was 97 degrees in the shade, talk about taking advantage of someone!After an online search and reading several reviews, I called Expedited Heat & Air and, true to their word, our Tech, Gage proved to be exactly the opposite of that OTHER guy and the company he represents.In our case, the service fee was waved as the repairs that were necessary were extensive enough to require immediate attention. My husband and I called the company that installed our unit to schedule our yearly maintenance. When the tech came out he told us the unit was in bad condition and needed several things replaced but that would cost almost 4,000.00 dollars and that was with the warranty!! He said the unit really should be replaced because of its condition and that it would probably only last a few more weeks. I almost agreed to replace the unit at a cost of 11,100.00 but that little voice in my head said get a second opinion. I explained to the tech I was going to get a 2nd opinion because that was a lot of money. He wasnt real thrilled about it and he just kept trying to sell us a new unit. He finally left our home an I called Expedited Heat and Air. They were able to send someone out in an hour. The tech they sent was Gage Stewart. Gage was very enthusiastic & polite. You can tell he really loves his job. Gage checked our unit. He replaced the UV light and a couple of other things but the whole unit did not have to be replaced & would probably last a few more years. It was so nice having a technician that wasnt trying to take advantage of us. Our air conditioner went out in this awful heat. We called the last company that installed the unit and they were very unprofessional. Expedited Heat and Air came up on my recommended places. From the receptionist to the Hvac professional, I was so pleased. I could not believe that a company like this still existed. Caring, prompt, professional, and unbelievable,fair pricing in this market! Michael Miranda, our Comfort Hvac professional, was absolutely above board customer service, courteous, friendly, and informative. He calmed my nerves as soon as he arrived by letting me describe my issue without interrupting, he made me feel at ease that he would get my ac working again, even took time to give me tips on how to maintain the unit, he even made sure to stay and monitor the air conditioner unit worked properly after replacing a part. He did not rush off because of his next appointment. The added bonus was when he called his supervisor to speak with him because of a personal matter I had. The company Supervisor even cared, understood, and worked with us. There are not many of these companies, professionals left in this economy of ours. We all know there are many HVAC companies out there. Go with this company if you want a personalized experience. They still care personally about you and your situation. Unlike these other ones that just see you as another job in their day. Same day service request, text to let you know when they are arriving, prompt, professional and caring! Why would you go anywhere else?

Edit, this is an honest review. I dont know anyone that works for this company personally and this was not a paid review. This company treats their clients right. Both of the techs, Patrick and Roy, were very professional and absolutely great to work with.I put in my service call to the company around 1:30 pm, they were at my house by 3:30 pm on the same day. Other companies Ive used in the past told me it would be at least be 7-10 days before a service tech would be able to come out.I ended up needing a complete new system installed, my old system was close to 14 years old, my new system will be installed tomorrow morning. I couldnt be happier.So save yourself the time and energy by calling a different company. This is the company to use. I will recommend this company to anyone in the future.Top notch service.11/10
