    We needed to have our tanks pumped since it’s been many years since it was done. We heard some gurgling from our kitchen sink when flushing the toilets. Thankfully Robby was able to squeeze us in the next day. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He broke down everything that was happening and what might need to happen in the future. They gave me a call when they were on their way and they worked efficiently to get the job done fast but it was very thorough. I definitely recommend him and his team!

    Im a first time septic homeowner with no idea how to properly care for a septic system. I noticed that my shower was not draining and was certain it was a major issue. I had guests visiting over the weekend, so I put in an urgent request for service. Robbie was there Sunday to help sort things out. He inspected the system, explaining everything to me as he went. He showed me where the filter is, how to clean it, recommended how often, suggestions to extend the service life of the tank, etc. So patient and helpful! It ultimately was just that the filter needed cleaning. Huge relief! Highly recommend!

    Thankful for the quick and responsive service at emptying our septic tank. I initially contacted immediately after the hurricane, and I spoke with Robby who gave great advice on how to monitor the water table to when our tank could be pumped. A week has gone by since the storm, and we are appreciative of the quick same day service (called a.m./arrived early p.m.). Unfortunately, our tank is back-filling from the still elevated water-table, but the fellas that came out were quick and most helpful.

    We called Robby’s Septic because our septic pump quit working. They asked several intelligent relevant questions over the phone and arranged an appointment for the next day. They told us what to expect and let us know their arrival time. We were expecting to need a new pump and installation of a riser, which would have been very expensive. When Robby arrived, he made a change to the electrical plugin and charged us a minimal amount for the visit. We will definitely call them the next time we need their services. They’re really nice and knowledgeable.

    I highly recommend this company and best ever we worked with him other day by surprised. Other day my fiance and I were trying to figure it out why it’s kept clogging thru to our toilet and we went to septic hole to look and removed a lot of stuff that was keep clogging. Then Robby was driving by and he has an appt from my next door and he just stopping by and asked us if we need any help I said we are so frustrated why it’s kept clogging even we just empty it out last year. He offered to help and said that’s the filter where need to clean it out. We weee shocked and it’s finally work. He didn’t charged us at very last min for a quick feedback and it worked after we cleaned the filer out. Then it’s drained out - after that we had no proboem. Many many thank you !!! He gave me a great info and resources paperwork’s about how septic works & etc. We gave him a great tip for less 15 min job from saving us $300 other rip off by other septic company. 😊. keep it up for a great big heart ! ❤️ We are definitely spreading the word for you and your business in our Lakeland community.     Woke up to a full septic tank and toilets not flushing on Labor Day. Called our regular company and 12 others. Most of them never called back or couldnt come out for a few days.     I spoke with Robby after hurricane Ian. I had noticed a lot of neighbors, getting their tanks pumped out after we had gotten all that rain, and asked him about it. He was so knowledgeable and told me all the reasons why he would not want to do that. A year later, we had started to smell a little bit of septic gas in our bathroom closest to the tank, so we called Robby out due to the fact that he was so knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me over the phone.Come to find out, when we had our tank pumped by another company two years prior, they didn’t pump the inlet, we didn’t even know there was an inlet! Not only did he educate us on that, he left us information on how to better maintain the tank, gave us a bacteria to put in our tank, let us know of another service they could try later on for our drainfield to hopefully save us the money from having to replace it.I have been thoroughly impressed by this gentleman, and his workers. So kind, and extremely, extremely knowledgeable. He wants people to know how things work, and he’s not about just getting your money. Highly, highly recommend him.

I had a drainfield issue, and due to their experience and expertise, they were able to repair my drainfield instead of replacing it. Highly recommend them.

    Called Robbys office Wednesday morning and he was able to make it out this morning, Friday, to service one of my septic tanks. It was not an emergency but it was due to be pumped out and Robby got her done. This is my second time using Robby and can say that I am very happy with his service. Not only does he complete the job very quickly he also walked my property with me, I have 4 septics, and he gave me great advise for servicing and maintaining my other 3 systems. Robby, with 52 years under his belt, is a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend!

    I have been using Robby’s septic tank service for over 5 years now. A different company put my septic in and after a few issues, I decided to give Robby’s a try…First encounter with Robby was the absolute best! He came out and informed me that I didn’t have the problem everyone was telling me I did and he fixed the issue for less than half the cost of everyone else. The next time I had to call was due to a clogged pipe… well Robby showed me how to remove the clog myself in the future to avoid paying him if I chose. How awesome is that, so I decided I didn’t want to have to bang on concrete to get to a clog so Robby suggested getting risers to make it easier, and he even let me pay him monthly due to some hard times 🥹. Now probably because we became somewhat friends at this point but still so sweet…then the other day, I had an issue and I thought my pump went bad but Robby came and did his magic and saved me hundreds of dollars! Just saying, this man and his company are what the good old days used to be like, good old fashioned customer service!!! Thank you Robby and team for everything you do!

    Had a tremendous experience with Robbys Septic Tank and Plumbing Service. After explaining our disaster of toilet overflowing and tub filling up with water and sewage. Robbys Crew were on the ground within 30 minutes. Within another 45 minutes they had both septic tanks drained and all three toilets functioning normal. Both crewmen were very profession making suggestion and quarterly maintenance instructions for the next service. A few minutes later, I received a call to process payment with a military discount.     I called Robbys after my septic system backed up into my house. I had my septic tank pumped 2 months before it backed up in the house (by a different septic company) and was told that my tank and all parts were working fine. By the time I got a hold of Beverly , I had been told by True Plumbers that I needed a new and rather expensive drain field. $8,800 was a price that I couldnt afford to pay. I was interested in the Terra-Lift machine that he uses to revitalize spent drain fields.From start to finish, the project went really smoothly. The longest part was the wait for the permit to come back. Beverly was able to communicate with me after hours and kept me informed about where we were in the process all throughout. Once the permit from the health department came back the project was completed within a week of getting the permit back. Robby also installed a cover on my septic tank so that I will never have to have my yard destroyed so that it can be pumped. Robbys was also able to discover the root of the septic backup was a bad distribution box. He had the new one installed the next day. Thank you SO much! I will be using Robbys for all of my septic needs from now on!

    We have been using Robbys Septic for over 30 years. They are the most pleasant and professional people to work with. They are always here within 1 day for septic pumps and sooner for emergencies. They had to replace our whole system (due to age) about 12 years ago and it is still going strong, Robby himself does come to every job and takes the time to talk to you and let you know what needs to be done or just things that you can do to improve the lifetime of your system.     100% recommend Robbys Septic! Robby came to our rescue himself. Talked to him late Sunday because we could not flush or shower. Robby was out first thing next morning. He knew it was not our tank as it was just pumped. He trouble shooted and found we had a clog in pipe from house to tank. He also found a drain field issue. He found a solution to fix all this without having to do a new drain field. With his personal 53 years experience he could solve this issue!     Robby knows his stuff! I’d been searching for a knowledgable person in diagnosing problems with my septic drain field. Some were saying “It’s not draining. We need to replace your drain field.” I was told Robby had additional lift. technology and hydrojet that might be helpful, which we never had to use. He came out to my home and listened to what I wanted to know and showed me what he was doing every step of the way in figuring out the problem, including me in the findings and decisions. Results?….He found a creative way to work around the blockage and use existing drain lines. No ripping up my whole lawn and irrigation system, my septic is able to drain now, and I saved thousands of dollars over a new drain field.     Having had my septic tank pumped by another company less than 90 days ago, told without doing anything else I was told point blank you need a new leach field. Well it filled up again called Robby’s & a friend had told me how he had done some work & how much they checked advised him saving money. Robby came out with another worker to pump it & I told him the other company had told me about needing a new leach field. He used rod with handle it hit some hard spots. He told me that he felt it needed was to have Terra Lift procedure done & gave literature to read & so bacteria to put in the tank. After reading it & understanding how it operated I called for appointment to have it done. This solved my problem & he put in risers on the tank & distribution box in case I ever needed further service without digging my yard. With his 32 years in business & knowledge of problem solving he saved me a good amount of money. Thanks again for the great job & professional service. Even done a couple other small items for me with no extra charge.

    My septic system wasnt flushed in quite a while. I call Robbies and they said they would come over as soon as possible. Even though they were very busy ,they came over the next day.The owner himself came and did a difficult job with his helper.     I had another company come to pump my septic and when they got there they said they couldn’t remove the lid and charged me a service fee. I called Robby’s and spoke with Cali who was extremely helpful, sent her the photos of what the other company left behind, and she was able to get someone out the next day. The service tech that did the pumping called me and explained what all he did because I was not home at the time and was able to get the lid off, no issues and was done in about 30 minutes.     We called the day before Thanksgiving to have our septic tank pumped because our drains had started backing up, and were told that someone would be out that afternoon. A little later we received a call that an employee would be out to get the prep work done so that when the pump truck arrived, everything was ready to go. This is exactly what happened.     We’d used Robby’s in the past to have our septic tank pumped and were pleased with their service so we decided to call them again when we were having issues with our septic. After noticing water bubbling out the top of our septic cover, we were unsure why and were preparing for the worst. They were able to come out the same day we called and to our relief, the issue was just a clogged filter. They also installed a riser so we could access the filter easier, since prior to that, that access point had been buried underground and we never knew it was there. Every time we have used Robby’s, their prices have been fair and their techs and office staff have always been on-time, professional, and courteous, taking time to answer our questions and explain anything that needed clarification.     A few weeks ago my septic tank started overflowing into the house. The tank had been pumped out a few months before and should not have been a problem. I started calling various Septic tank services and since it was after hours I left a message. Robby checked the system, analyzed the problem, and found the issue. A pipe inside the tank was turned sideways so that the water was not flowing into the drain field.     Weve been customers of Robbys for several years and each time weve called for service, hes been prompt and efficient. We recently had to rebuild our house after a house fire, but we kept our old septic tank. Unknown to us, some dirt got in the distribution box during the construction process, and we also had a problem with the new pipe connection to the old tank. We called Robby and he came out, diagnosed the problem within an hour and was able to get our septic tank in good working order again. He cleaned out the distribution box, let us know our drain field was still good, installed a new pipe into the tank and put risers to make it more accessible for future service.     I called on the morning of the 15th of February 2023. Arrangements had been made and they showed up the same day, within a couple of hours of my call the job was done. Sam and Jeff showed up in a spotless truck, I know the business that theyre in and the truck was still clean, that should be an indication right there of how dedicated they are to their work. There were no bosses because they worked together as a team, and I found that surprising. I tipped them because I believe anybody that is willing to scoop your poopy deserves a tip.. Im not saying that every phone call to completion will be as fast as mine but they really do have their act together. I recommend them to anybody for any Plumbing need.     I was having issues with the septic system backing up and thought it would be a simple fix i.e. pump out the tank. Unfortunately found a bigger issue, but Robby was able to provide me with some cost effective options to get me back in the game. The thing that impressed me most was the fact that he did the work himself with a regular long handled shovel. He is the owner of the company by the way and its rare to see them doing this type of dirty work. He didnt have me wait another day until he could get some heavier equipment out to my home.     WOW! Who would ever think that one could become so educated just because they thought that they needed the septic system pumped?     Robby came out to help me with my septic problems. I had already had another septic company come out and pump my tank. When about a week later I had the same problem I called them and they told me it sounded like I had a blockage in my lines and told me to call a plumber.So I called a plumber out. They opened up the lift station and the septic tank again and told me it appeared I had a problem with the drain filed.So I called Robbys Septic because I wanted an estimate on a Terralift. Robby came out himself. He has 47 years experience as a plumber/septic service. He was able to determine the pump in the lift station was running but it wasnt pumping anything to the drain field. He replaced the pump and stayed to run it through the lift station being cleared by the new pump. The new pump wasnt pumping into the drain field as quickly as he said it should. He assured me my problem is not with the drain field. I had a small tree next to the lift station. He told me it needed to come down, but made sure I understood not to try doing anything with the roots (as it could make things worse.) Hes coming back out to locate exactly where the problem is between the lift station and the drain field. He explained that even with my immediate problem resolved the new pump would burn out if we didnt find where the flow is restricted.Im absolutely confident when hes finished I wont be having the problems any more. I cant tell you how glad I was to finally have someone that could look at the whole picture and figure it out. Im relieved I didnt just replace the drain field because that wouldnt have solved my problem!!Im going to make sure I have Robbys Septic in my contacts. If I ever haveother issues they really know their business! Thank you Robby, I really appreciate you helping me out when I was at the end of my rope.     Our septic system had been sluggish for several weeks. We tried several different treatments that were supposed to help. Nothing did so we called Robbys. They were able to come out and in a couple days. They located our drain fields and determined where our problem was. They installed a distribution box lift kit and box cover so we could add treatment directly to our drain fields, without it being diluted, by adding from inside the house. The lines were flushed and no damage was done to our yard. The system is working excellent and we would recommend Robbys for any plumbing work. They are very nice people and explained everything as they completed the work.

    Robbys team did an amazing job! Instead of just saying a I needed a new drain field (like other companies had), he wanted to troubleshoot a few things to make sure. It turned out I didnt need a new drain field, at least not yet. He found a blockage and was able to restore the flow. Saved me thousands of dollars. I hovered a little while they worked, mostly to learn about septic systems, but I was inspired as I listened to Robby train his apprentice.     Professional, prompt, and excellent customer service.I called and received prompt return call. I was provided a time to expect the service. I received a call 30 minutes before the service which allowed me to meet them at my house during my lunch break.The technician showed me the problem and explained that pumping the tank would only provide a temporary fix because the filter was clogged. They offered to clean the filter cleaning at a discount. However, because of poor construction of the filter by my builder, it could not be accessed. Nevertheless, the guys talked me through the steps it would take to fix the problem myself. This will save me hundreds of dollars because with a bit of work I can fix this problem myself. Robby helped to provide a longer-term solution rather than me having to call them back in a year.Bobbys cost a little more, but for prompt professional service, I am willing to pay a little more. I expect to use their pumping service again; hopefully, in at least 3 year.Thanks guys and gals.

Robby arrived and quickly assessed the situation by inspecting the field lines, the septic tank, and the pipe into the house. He found a clogged line and cleared it. He then took the time to explain some maintenance practices that would save us expensive repairs down the road and extend the life of our system.     Had a problem with my septic system. There was a very wet spot in my lawn which was caused by the drain field being clogged somewhere. I called Robby and explained the problem. He explained the process he would use to attempt to correct the issue. I had never heard of this equipment he has. I was sent some info on the Terra-Lift system that he uses.I had previously interviewed a company for them to fix the problem. They said they would be back the next day to go to work. My wife and I agreed to get another quote. We did and are so happy that we did.Robby said he would have to pull a permit with the municipal authorities. which the previous people did not mention. The County came out and marked all utility lines. Some of those lines went across parts of the drain field. I wonder what would have happened if the first group had gone to work and cut one or more of those lines. I had to wait a few days for them to mark the lines but Robby did the right thing by having it done,BOTTOM LINE:Robby came, started working before I even knew he was here. He corrected the problem, showed me that the system was functioning properly and then suggested that he install covers over the system that would facilitate access to the tank in the future. From now on Robby will be my first call for anything septic.Hes the man!

    I called Robbys Septic and they responded in the same day! Robby is a professional with 50 years of experience and you can surely tell!. I dont believe another septic company would have been able to problem solve the way Robby did. With his experience and expertise, he was able to pin- point exactly where my problem was within minutes. I had roots growing in my septic system causing an obstruction in the main pipe. He used a backhoe to remove the roots around my septic and replace the pipe the root destroyed. He had the equipment ready and on hand to complete the job. Without the equipment, Im sure it wouldve taken days to dig all those roots up. It was quite amazing watching him work and explain everything to me while completing the job. He educated me on how to properly maintain my system, which will surely save me money in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Robby and his crew! His secretary, Kayla, is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with as well.

    Robby called me back on a Sunday to further diagnose my issue and see if I would be OK until Monday. He came out in the late afternoon, as requested, found the tank hatch by knowledge and poking the ground and dug it up in 10-15 minutes. His diagnosis was correct and he could have upcharged me by recommending a pump of the tank. He took the time to educate me about the filter, bacteria, toilet paper, and advised us to remove a tree that could cause issues down the road.     Thank goodness for Robbys Septic Tank & Plumbing Service! Very responsive in an emergency situation. We had just paid to have our septic tank emptied by another company, who also told us we had a drainage field issue. We were looking at an $8000 job to fix it - cash. My husband & I both decided that we needed a 2nd opinion. Were so happy that we called Robbys. 1st many, many thanks to Beverly & Kayla, who guided us through the service. Both ladies are professional, kind, patient, & forthcoming. Beverly even contacted us as she was on the road, going away for a weekend vacation. Seriously!? She took the time to call us. Why hadnt the first company discovered that? Our thought is because they wanted to make money on the drainage field. Dan took his time & emptied out the second tank & looked over the whole picture of our situation. He said to hold off on the drainage field & see if this corrects our problem. Wow! Dan was amazing & VERY, VERY honest with us. He could have tried, like the other company, & blow the situation up further to make $$. He didnt. He showed integrity & walked my husband through what could be done, explained that this action may correct any drainage issues, & told my husband what to look for. Dan is so professional & understood we didnt have a lot of money... he truly wanted to help us remedy the situation, without paying a fortune, for work that didnt need to be done. Dan FIXED the problem for where we are today. It doesnt mean we wont possibly have issues down the road, but for right now, Robbys Septic Tank & Plumbing Services took care of us in a timely, professional, knowledgeable, skillful & honest manner.     I was down on my luck with losing my wallet, a roof leak and my backyard flooding. My septic tank was clogged and was causing water to leave my toilets go through my wall and into my garage...
