They went above and beyond my expectations. Other plumbers didnt even try to open up the drain access in my backyard. They have good communication/connections with the city and are very smart and taught me few things. Definitely would recommend and is the only plumber Ill be using from now on with my rental properties

I cant say enough great things about Reel Plumbers. We called to have a section of polybutylene pipe replaced and it turned out we needed a whole home replumb. The whole job was done in a day and they left our place spotless.We were also trying to find a contractor who could take out and replace bathroom vanities and floors and kitchen cabinets, cupboards, sink and floors and replace them. Trying to coordinate different suppliers was proving to be challenging. In chatting with Mike (owner of Reel) we learned that he was also a gc. He did the entire job in a week. The work was high quality and his price beat everyone else we got quotes from. Mike was reliable, always followed up and went the extra mile in making sure we were happy. I would 100% use his services again and cant recommend him highly enough!!!

If you have plumbing issues, Reel Plumbers is the business to call. We had a leak underneath the concrete of our house. They found the leak within no time. Unfortunately, because we had galvanized drain pipes, the whole house had to have new drains. These guys worked hard for 3 days. They were always here and on time. They did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend Reel Plumbers.

I needed a new toilet installed after I broke the tank on our old one trying to make a repair myself. Heather @ Reel Plumbers got us on the schedule and Jeff The Plumber showed up ahead of schedule. I also took advantage of their visit and had them install a new kitchen faucet as well. I highly recommend the crew over at Reel Plumbers. Who cant trust a fisherman owned business?

I cannot recommend Reel Plumbing highly enough.A while back I posted on a local Facebook group for recommendations on a plumber for an issue we were having with one of our drains backing up. We were introduced to Mikes crew through another local plumber. Unfortunately we uncovered a major issue under our slab where our pipes had rotted out (yay galvanized pipes). Mikes crew with Reel Plumbing came out and helped with our job. The crew was punctual, efficient, courteous and did an absolutely amazing job.

Mike and his crew were lifesavers! I originally had Frank Gay services to do the job and they were terrible, Mike and his crew with a days notice were able to come to my home and do an ENTIRE re pipe of my 4/3 house in ONE DAY! They even helped this single mom out by repairing the drywall for me to perfection! Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and excellence in getting my kids, pets and I back in our home with water again, I HIGHLY recommend them for your plumbing needs!!! I cant say enough good things about Reel Plumbers. Ive used them a couple times in the past and they were always on time and their work was top notch. Yesterday my water heater started leaking. It was late Friday afternoon so I called Mike and left a message. I decided to go pick up a water heater and what i thought I might need in case i couldnt find anyone to install it and try and put it in myself. I was pulling out of THD parking lot when Mike called me back. He said he was on his way home but he would come by and see what he could do. He almost beat me to my house and said he would put it in.He got it put in and the price was very reasonable. TEN STARS 🌟 Thank You!

Today, Reel Plumbers installed a water softener in our home. Mike arrived on time as scheduled. Upon arrival, he was cordial and friendly. Mike was very precise with his workmanship and from start to finish he was professional in every aspect of the installation. He thoroughly explained the operation of the unit. Reel plumbing came out today to install my new dishwasher. The gentleman that did the work was very professional and made sure everything was running fine before he left. It was time to change the galvanize pipe in my house (re pipe the whole house from the meter and the complete house), and I was a little worried who to hire for this job, after I met and got a few estimated from different plumber company, but I wasn’t convinced about what They offered, I got in touch with Mr. Mike the owner of Reel Plumber, who came to my house personally, and explained all the process, the details of what he was planning to do, what material he was going to use, price and time, no hidden clauses, everything was clear. Mr Mike put everything in writing and gave me a date for my project, and he was on time, did everything with all the professionalism, clean, with top material. I don’t have enough world to express my happiness with Reel Plumber. I am proud to give this company a 5 stars. And now I know without a doubt, who to call for any plumbing related issue.

Had a water leak, called Frank Gay Services, their tech didnt isolate the problem. He actually created a scenario wheras; I had two leaks. His proposed fix was to replace my main plumbing to the street, and the plumbing under my mobile home, his lowest quote 8300. Called Reel, Mike found the problem, fixed it...1200. Couldnt be happier!

This company is absolutely amazing! Im a local realtor here in Lakeland and needed someone to inspect the pilot light on a gas water heater right before closing and they were the only company that was willing and able to come right out even though they had to squeeze me in! Ends up it needed a whole new water heater. Mike was the service technician. Amazing man! Long story short...He had to come back out to light the pilot light later in the evening after the install (too many details with that to explain why), but was involved in a major car accident on the way to the house, totaling his truck! Right after the accident he had his wife with his two children pick him up and drive to my clients house to light the pilot light! This company, and specifically Mike, went way beyond! He had to be shaken up and still made sure he took care of business! My client has said that he and Reel Plumbing are his plumbers for life and will always recommend them! 10+ stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service I got from Reel plumbers. The service was half the cost of what Id paid for the same thing done 6 months ago at another plumbing service. The plumber came right at the beginning of the 2 hour window I was given and was finished within an hour. Mo was polite and efficient and most importantly was wearing a mask the entire time. I will most definitely be using Reel Plumbers again in the future.

Today I had an awesome experience with Reel Plumbers. I went to Lowes to purchase a water heater. As promised the had their contractor call me within 48hrs. (Reel Plumbers) When Mike came out for the appointment, he was pleasant and informative. He told me he was going to get the measurements for my unit and within 2hrs. my unit installed. He knew I need hot water for the holidays. 5star service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and a big thumbs up👍 for Reels Plumbers and Lowes.
