He did a clean job with the install and was also respectful of my family and animals. To top it off he clean up with electrical panel and corrected some issues that we were unaware of.

I called Frank Gay plumbing due to a toilet issue. The toilet was rocking back-and-forth and twisting. John came out and assessed the issue and explained everything very thoroughly. He was unable to complete the job the same day due to needing the old flange cut out he returned as promised the next day And completed the job and it looks great. John was very polite very knowledgeable and very honest. He also does not give up easily. Thanks a bunch John.

He was also one of the kindest, funniest, and most knowledgeable people I have ever encountered and made sure we were comfortable with the services provided. Ill definitely be reaching out to Frank Gay again in the future for all necessary electrical repairs and projects (and hopefully Rashad makes another appearance!).

We are currently working through an issue with our ac unit due to a different companies incompetence. When our current problem presented I know I didn’t want to work with that company again and searched for our new go to company for service needs. I am happy to say the two technicians( John and Chris) that came to view the unit were both very knowledgeable and very helpful during a stressful situation. Although we weren’t able to have the problem fixed during the initial visit, John was extremely helpful in getting the right technician out early the next morning so we didn’t have to suffer without ac for longer than necessary. Chris was quick to diagnose the issue, set forth a plan to fix it, and answered all my questions without talking down to me.

We called Frank Gay for an emergency blockage in our homes main line. Christian was very knowledgeable and quickly found the issue. Our home is a new build which we have only owned for a few months. Christian found that the builder had left a test ball in the line, which was causing the blockage. He understandably recommended for us to reach out to the builder to remove the test ball. Overall, we still appreciated Frank Gays quick response in having a technician available so quickly, especially on a holiday weekend. We also appreciated Christians professionalism and knowledge in quickly figuring out the problem.

James was a very nice man. Unfortunately my son who does HVAC work has passed away, and I am not sure if I am actually getting quality work, when I call service people. I only had one bad experience with Frank Gay and they fixed it in a timely manner, which is great. But again I am unsure if I am getting quality work. James mounted my air filter vent door to my wall, which I greatly appreciate. I do not know what exactly was wrong with the system because it wasn’t explained to me, he took off a rubber pipe thing and replaced it with what looks like black duct tape, 🤷🏽‍♀️ and stuck a white pipe out of it, I am unsure what that was suppose to do, then he went out back and touched the spout in the ground near my system and my camera captured each step but I am unclear what he done. 🤷🏽‍♀️. Long story short I paid $343 for him to change my filter and mount my filter vent door on the wall. Oh wait he said he didn’t charge me for that. So I paid $343 for him to change my filter, switch out my rubber tube to what looks like duct tape and he said he flushed something 🤷🏽‍♀️. What puzzled me is that he showed me 2 prices, $343 and $309 and he asked me which I would like to pay. I said the $309, he said ok I signed and then I inquired about a receipt, he then said he will send it later tonight or if I don’t receive it by then just call the service and ask for one 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️. Well he didn’t charge me the $309, I checked my bank account and he charged we the $343. I am unsure why he gave me a choice and did the opposite 🤷🏽‍♀️. Over all he was a great guy and he did mounted my filter vent door “ free of charge” 😏 I used Frank Gay services 3 times the first time I had a BAD experience, the second time, the tech came out and fixed the first techs damage. He was great and explain everything thoroughly. My third time which was today the tech was nice, I am unsure what was wrong and what was fixed because it wasn’t explained. However, the experience was better then the first and my home is cool again. I wish Frank gay would give their customers itemized receipts stating what we are actually paying for.
