Abdul with Before you dig LLC is an angel . On a Saturday he made it out. We were on panic mode , toilets backing up , sinks clogging , toilets bubbling. He showed up, helped calm us down from the panic of what this would cost, and if it was a serious matter. He started explaining to us, step-by-step what he was doing, and giving us a peace of mind throughout the process. Once he discovered the issue, he took care of it. He did not leave until we flush the toilet, and let the water run for substantial amount of time. LLC He wanted to make sure the problem was 100% taken care of before leaving. When he told us how much we owed, we couldn’t believe it. It was so reasonable. He also told us his work was guaranteed for the next 90 days with warranty. 24 hours before him arriving, we had someone show up and quote us thousands of dollars and also lied to us about what we needed done. We are so grateful to have found this man, as a hard-working Family with young children this type of expense can be detrimental.

We had a stopped up toilet that a plunger and a 3-foot auger couldnt fix. Plumbers in the past have tried to use the age of our house to push expensive system-wide repairs on us. But the problem was strictly with the toilet, so we took a chance and called Before You Dig. He came out the same day - even though it was after 2PM before we called - quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the toilet working again within half an hour. He was very professional, even putting on shoe coverings before entering our house. Price was perfectly competitive with conventional plumbers. Well definitely call Before You Dig next time we have a clogged drain.

I Recently rented through All Polk County Property Management. Who I Highly recommended. I had issues in my bathroom in mins of sending in a maintenance request I got replies from Electrical , and Plumbing coming and staying all day to fix the problem the next day it was a slow problem im in the restaurant industry with crazy hours Before You Dig LLC respond quickly and worked with my schedule even offering to come fix it when I was off work which wasnt untill after midnight..
