We needed out house rewired because the wires were old and had started giving us issues. We also had some lights that were not working. We called them and two others to give us an estimate. The other guys were at our house 5 minutes (HEP did not ever come into the house) or less. The guy from Truitt even climbed into our attic to be sure he knew what was needed.They arrived on time and did what they said. It take a bit longer than we thought it would but that was well worth it. They did a great job. My husband knows quite a bit about electrical and was super impressed. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. In addition, they were not the most expensive quote... they were the cheapest. That is NOT why we hired them. We had decided to hire them before we got the quote due to the professionalism and time they took with us from the start. Great job! Highly recommend!!!

I was very impressed with Truitts employees all around. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and spoke very politely. Their service coordinator was easy to talk to, the technician who came out to my property was personable and worked very efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company, Im planning on getting their security system installed soon - will update on my experience with that as well!

We bought a new stove and when Patterson’s came to deliver it we found it was straight wired into the wall. They were concerned for safety and suggested we get an electrician to install a plug. Calls we made to get estimates. All were it’s a small job so it maybe 2 weeks. When I called Truitt the lady on the phone was concerned in our safety and said let me see if one of our guys can’t get out this afternoon. She called back in less than 30 minutes with a estimated time for him. In less than an hour she called back to say he was tied up on the job he was finishing, but she had another person set up for an hour later if that would work. I said of course. Less than 1 hour and the serviceman called to say he had finished his job early and if it was ok he could come sooner. He gave a time and was here 15 minutes sooner. He was polite and comforting we were in no danger. He was here to give an estimate but said if ok he would go ahead and do the job without making us wait a day. NOW HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE. I DEFINITELY SAY 5 stars.

Three simple words: THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!From the very first call to Truitt, speaking to Charlotte, to the very last Have a Nice Day, call us if you need anything! from Matt & Taylor, the customer service and courtesy from Truitt was impeccable.The pricing was so unbelievable (in some cases more than 1/2 of other estimates), I was frightened to have them do the job. I went for it, and will never call and/or use any other company.Keep it up Truitt, you are truly a Godsend!!PS: I did join their club for $ 9.95/month and will just have to see how it works and if it was worth it, but by joining I did get an extra discount on the original job.

We had a vacant home that we were planning on moving into and renovating.The power had been off for over a year and we needed electrical work done in order to have power restored to the home. We first called HEP... That was a disaster. We then called Lloyds... They seemed less than enthusiastic and didnt return calls. We called Truitt Electric and had all of our problems resolved in a very professional and timely manner. They were also very reasonable in pricing. Charlotte was my first contact when I called. She could tell that we had really been through the wringer as I described our situation. She was very professional and kind. She had empathy for our situation which as far as Im concerned is an attribute you see little of in customer service these days. Brian and Brad were dispatched to our location to look things over and give us an estimate. THEY WERE ON TIME! We were not given a ridiculous 3 to 5 hour block of time as to when they would arrive. They also called 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival. Brian and Brad are top shelf! They know their business and are very professional. Brian presented me with a no nonsense estimate. I found the estimate more than reasonable. Brian and Brad returned the following day to do the work. I watched them work and they were very conscientious. We were in a situation where we had previously failed an electrical inspection. Brian and Brad not only fixed problems. Their detailed approach to the job made sure that nothing was overlooked and we would pass inspection. They uncovered a problem in one particular junction box and wired it correctly. It probably would not have been noticed by an inspector but it would have been a problem regardless. That just speaks to the quality of work that these guys do. We passed the inspection with flying colors. So to sum it all up... A Great Experience

We had a great experience with Truitt. Fair pricing, and very friendly/knowledgeable folks. The job took a bit longer than initially quoted, but they stood by the quoted price. We will definitely use them again in the future.

My wife Kim and I purchased a home roughly a year and a half ago. The home was about 2 years old at the time. Recently we had an issue with our street light that Truitt installed when the house was new. Mike Truitt and his team stood behind their work when most would not. Hats off to Truitt Electric.

This place came to our rescue after calling everyone else and them not coming. This place is awesome. We had Brad and he did and his partner did a great job replacing out box outside and moving under the house. They got the job done the same day. We were out of power for 6 days and these people came to our rescue. I would recommend them to anyone . Please let them be of service to you. Thank you all.

Polite and professional bunch of guys. Allen kept in touch while we waited for our home warranty company to do their part, and on installaltion day, the guys who came out did a great job changing out the fans from our 20 ft ceiling. They came prepared for the job and were in and out quickly. Great company. Would call again for any future electrical needs!
