    I recommend Smart Home Fix in Knoxville. I sent them a list of at least 20 handyman jobs we needed done. They were great to let me know when coming and completed the jobs quickly. The patch and paint work was excellent. They removed rust from concrete on a front porch and repaired some patio furniture. The workmen were very helpful and offered their assistance when they could. The photo shows the rust before cleaning!

    Pleased with the process and the finish project. Every day you get a text with arrival time, and Alex was always on time. They take care of your home, covering every place they may walk with work quilts and drop clothes. Alex tidied up at the end of each day as well. The crew worked straight through from 8-5 with hardly even a break for lunch. Really hard workers with great attention to the details. The bathroom looks great! Thanks Smart Home Fix.

    Andrey is absolutely AMAZING!!! He repaired a hole in our kitchen ceiling (cut out by an electrician to do some light installations). He also repaired a hole in one of our walls which was damaged by our movers. Not only was he incredibly METICULOUS in prepping the area to prevent a mess in our kitchen, but also during and after the repairs he was over-the-top in his attention to detail, and his fantastic work and cleanup. He wore shoe covers while in our home and even rolled out brown paper to cover our wood floors in the kitchen! We just scheduled Andrey to sand and stain our exterior wood doors. We are so thrilled to find such talent in Knoxville and will save this company’s contact information for all future home repairs. We have had hundreds of thousands of dollars of work done by numerous contractors over the past 20 years and we were wonderfully blown away at this fantastic company! Thank you, Andrey!UPDATE 12/19: We had Andrey do another job at our home; sand & stain our front door. Again, he did an outstanding job! Our 15-year-old doors look brand new! THANK YOU, Andrey!!!

    They came to give a quote right away and did the work very quickly. Had a large mirror hung, and that was great, but the grout work they did sagged a bit later that day. I didn’t complain to them b/c it was being covered up with a decorative hanging. Still should have been done right for the high cost. If I have any big complaints it would be that we couldn’t communicate with the super nice guy that came to do the work. He was from Ukraine and I was thrilled that the company hired him. However, he had to call someone to translate, but in the end I was still unsure if what we asked of him was clear.Nice people, did the work right away, but pricey. Asked how much to change a super high light bulb…$175! So I’ll call elsewhere for that. Was also quoted something crazy on a door that was sticking. My bf got on a ladder and fixed that by lowering the ball catch with a screw-driver, took 3 minutes tops. Would I call them again, yes, but only if I was really stuck on finding someone to do the specific job for a reasonable price.

    We had Alex come out and replace our garbage disposal. He was such a nice man and explained everything to me every step of the way! Very polite very friendly! This man needs a raise! I have used smart home fix several times and every time they have done an excellent job and have went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Great job guys!

    Smart Fix has very nice professional people to work with. From my first call to the business talking to Danielle the office associate to Alexandru the handyman, they were great to work with. The only issue I had was that it took a week for a very small job of mounting a curtain rod in a business location. Other than that, Alexandru did a great job installing the curtain rod, and cleaning up afterwards in a quick manner while being very friendly and professional. Thank you!

    I cannot say enough positive things about Smart Home Fix, and I highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Smart Home Fix performed extensive renovations on my house: everything from complex structural repair, to bathroom remodeling and design, to creating new rooms in my house, to running and revamping electrical wiring and circuitry . Drywalling, painting, design, construction--they do it all. Theyve also done small projects too, like kitchen appliance installation and TV mounting. They are incredibly professional--and friendly!--their work is top-notch, and their prices are great too. I rarely write glowing reviews, but Smart Home Fix warrants one--they are fantastic!

    Smart Home Fix repaired rotted wood from beneath a window that hadn’t been sealed properly when replaced a few years ago. The damage was more extensive than we hoped it would be, but they stuck with the job until it was completed. They totally left my property neat as a pin! I’m ready to schedule my next project.     Had significant damage to an interior door and wall. Had to have door and casing replaced, trim replaced and wall repaired.Not only did they replace the above but they matched the door and trim paint and the wall paint to the existing exactly! The wall paint was blended in so well you cannot tell there was damage! Attention to detail was spot on. Just an overall great job!! The crew was on time, pleasant and professional. I work from home and was not unduly distracted.Would definitely use this company again.

    The crew did a great job all the way around. The new LVP flooring is beautiful, goes well with everything and my great room and kitchen really look updated. Its easier to clean up the accidents my little geriatric westie has with the carpet he ruined gone.I had 4 boxes of the flooring left, so Im considering having the linoleum and the carpet removed in my master bath and walk -in closet respectively if the shape of the toilet base and the closet shelving arent problematic for them.

    I highly recommend Smart Home Fix. We used their services for a minor interior project and we were so impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and overall quality of work, that we brought them back for a major kitchen + laundry room renovation.     Working with Smart Home Fix was smooth and easy. They quickly set up a time to perform an estimate, notifying me who was coming to my home, and allowing me to track their arrival with an application. The estimate was reasonable, the work performed quickly, and the end result was beautiful. The office stayed in contact throughout to gauge my needs, quickly invoiced for the work, and everyone was kind and pleasant to work with. Very highly recommend.

    Smart Home Fix was awesome. We called on a Monday afternoon about some fascia that had been ripped off the side of our home and twisted onto our roof by bad weather. Within 24 hours, the twisted metal was gone and replaced by new fascia and it looks seamless. And all for an extremely reasonable price. Well be using Smart Home Fix again for sure.

    I have used SHF for at least half a dozen jobs. From getting my previous house ready for sale, to performing repairs on a rental property, they have always done an excellent job. Its hard to find even a decent contractor in TN but SHF is always there when they say they will be, and the pricing is affordable and very clear at the beginning of the project.

    Very professional, very thorough. Kept in contact with my husband regarding time frame of fix, they stabilized our roof leak prior to fixing it. Super nice, respectful of the fact they were at my home and sometimes having to come inside. Didnt try to push and sell more work than was needed, however, I will definitely hire them again. Quality work. My husband and I are very pleased. I have other projects that need to be fixed and they will be the ones that I call.

    I live in a 1965 rancher and the bathrooms needed help. I talked to 5 contractors, and only the guys at Smart Home Fix returned my calls, answered all of my questions, and supplied a detailed quote. I chose them to handle the remodel because I was impressed with their organized approach. I am so glad I did!I couldnt be happier with my renovation. They completey re-did my floors, ripped out and re-did my horrible old shower, replaced both toilets, and painted. All of the staff were on time and professional.My tile and paint jobs are amazing, and they took great pains with every aspect of the remodel. I am so glad I found them, and highly recommend them for anyone who wants high quality work at a reasonable cost.

    I am beyond happy with the work Smart Home Fix did for me this past week. I got several quotes from well respected contractors, and ,on most of the items, they were the best price. More importantly, everything about them seemed more professional. After making the choice to go with them, I am even more happy about the work they have completed for me. I was worried that, with the lower price, it was going to be a lower quality of work. The opposite is true. I just cannot express how happy I am with their attention to detail. I also trust them more. One of the other quotes involved completly redoing my ceiling from the water damage that occured. Smart Home Fix told me that they recommended just fixing the damaged areas. I was worried that it would be hard to match the celinig texture that I had, but I cant even tell where their work ends and my old texture begins. Their honesty in not trying to unnessarily upsell me saved me $1,750. The work they did on my front door ended up being different than what I had envisioned when they explained it to me, and they fixed it to my vision that day, no problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Smart Home Fix is a professionalbusiness that performed extremely quality repairs in my home. From the initial call, Mike, who does the estimates was very responsive, came out the next day and sent me an estimate in a day or so. I had a half bath retiled, 2 light fixtures replaced and had the composite trim on my shed replaced with wood and painted. The workers were very efficient and worked the whole time they were here and cleaned up their mess. After completion, an inspector came out to check the work and then sent me an invoice.
