    Every step of the process, from sales to installation completion, was beyond outstanding! With no knowledge of basements, we requested bids from three companies. After reviewing the bids with each company and asking others with more experience with water issues in basements, we decided Master Services offered the best product…the lifetime guarantee played a major part in our decision. The installation was for an investment property and we live out of state…the peace of mind a lifetime guarantee provides is priceless to us.Tyler Smith, our salesman, walked us through the entire process, explaining each step, not overselling when he had the opportunity (dehumidifier they sell would’ve been more than we needed, so he suggested we buy our own) and being available for calls when we had questions.Colin was the lead installer and was extremely communicative throughout the installation process. If a step in the installation offered options, he explained each option thoroughly.To say we were pleased with the service Master Services provided is an understatement…we were beyond blessed to find them and would recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services they provide. The customer’s experience is extremely important to them…it’s hard to find companies that share that belief.

    I recently had wall stabilization done with Master Service’s carbon armor. Travis, Aaron and Joe were punctual, friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. I was expecting noise, chemical odor but there was none. I work from home and they were very respectful of that. They had to take down Sheetrock but there was only dust for me to clean up from that demo. I highly recommend Travis and his team from Master Services!

    Very professional work and polite employees - from the sales engineers, to the project manager, to the on site team.     Oh wow! Travis, Aaron and Joe are my new favorite people! I will never regret getting Master Services to encapsulate our crawl space. It started with tiny mites getting into the house. Our pest control guy said they were attracted to moisture, so I began researching options. After getting three estimates and listening to the three options, I was most impressed with Master Services. They seemed to understand the science behind crawl spaces…moisture, temperatures, air flow, etc. Today Travis, Aaron and Joe worked relentlessly…removing old insulation, cleaning up the crawl space (and it’s just that…a “crawl space”), fixing some trouble spots and installing the encapsulation materials. The crew that performed the work gave me updates the day of to let me know when they would precisely show up on my job. The 3 man crew consisted of Ricky, Ben, and Logan.     Everyone from the sales representative that first came out to my house to estimate the job to the several member crew that came out to complete.     Our concrete garage floor was damaged by Helene flooding and Master Services was able to fix the floor without having to remove it and start over, saving us a lot of money. From the initial consultation with Arden to the on-site repairs with Ricky and Ben, all were professional and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process.     Had a corner of the foundation sinking, they installed five piers, none of which were easy as there were huge rocks in the way. Guys got the job done even with the problems. Workers were very pleasant, communication was great. Would do business with them again if needed.

    Our crawl space had humidity issues and was beginning to grow fungus on the joists. We had three companies come out to give estimates. Each had a completely different view as to what we should do, as well as very different pricing. Master Services was the middle price, but their services were more comprehensive than the lowest price and almost identical to the higher price. We scheduled them to fix our space (encapsulation, dehumidifier, and new wiring to be dedicated to the dehumidifier), which had to be split into three days because of the multiple parts to be done. Each day the workers were prompt and respectful. They showed completed pictures at the end of each day and gave any pertinent information. It has only been a couple of days, but we are very satisfied with our crawl space and the services we received from Master Services.

    I true customer service fashion, Master Services inspection team and S. Rowes team did an awesome job. Not only did they stay in touch and keep up informed every step of the way, they raised our foundation successfully and made it look new again.     We have used Master Services for many years, and their work has always been well worth the cost. Among the many excellent Master Services employees weve worked with, Lee Santiago is among the best. Lee did quite a bit of work at our home, including dehumidifier maintenance and building a new crawlspace door. In all of these tasks, he was more than just competent: he performed them all with skill and personability. He answered our questions thoroughly and had thoughtful responses to all of them. I strongly recommend Master Services and specifically Lee Santiago.

    Everyone I worked with was great. Very friendly and helpful. We had water coming in a basement cellar like a river. They waterproofed the entire thing and its worked perfectly. Matt was our install supervisor and he was great. Answered all questions and cleaned up well after the project. Very happy with this service and company.

    Our job was very difficult job requiring at least 3 different type of supports. One for our walls and 2 different ones for the foundation. Their salesman dude came out and with his tools showed me my problems. We hired a structural engineer and they agreed on a plan moving forward. We worked through scheduling issues, rain and etc. It took much longer than they planned. The installers were wonderful, well mannered and pleasant to be around. The installers communicated with us coming and going. They were unable to close rhe cracks but they shouldnt move any more. As per my structural engineer an 1/8 Crack is alot. The whole company was very patient with me and all my changes and lack of understanding.Now does the walls hold and if not their warranty?

They have done such a good job; here when they said they would be here, did exactly the jobs they were assigned to do.     I was very happy with the service I received from the installers and the electrician. Very friendly and kept me informed with the process from start to finish including pictures. There was only one thing that happened and that when the insulation was being done the cap on one of my ducts some how came off. The electrician was the one who let me know when he came after the installation. I did have to pay my HVAC guy to come out and put a new one on. I understand things happen though.

    Lee Santiago was a delight. He thoroughly checked and cleaned my system and took the time to show me how to clean the filter in between yearly maintenance. He would also make a great teacher—he explained what he was doing so well!     I have been very pleased with the professionalism, quality, and customer services of Master Services! Several years ago they raised the concrete around our fiberglass pool. They were honest about what they could and couldnt do, and what is and isnt covered by their policies. They did a great job then. Last year, I called again, and they came out misunderstanding that this was warrantee work not new work, but they did the service anyway saying it was an error on their end not mine. They did not charge me that time. In May, they came out to give me a quote, and were very willing to work with me on scheduling since I had to coordinate with other construction plans. At the beginning of June, they sent Ricky and Ben to do the work, and they did a great job. They kept me informed of what they could and couldnt do with several updates as they came across certain challenges. I dont think it could be done any better, and with this step done Im looking forward to having the whole project completed soon. Thanks, Ricky and Ben, for being professional and friendly! I would hire Master Services again.

    Master Services did a great job on the crawl space. Installers were very professional and cleaned up all materials they had removed. I was not impressed with the humidifier because it doesn’t have an overflow shutoff. If the drain line were to get stopped up it would overflow in the crawl space. April Air has a model with an overflow shutoff.

    Had foundation issues starting and some water entering into my crawl space. Called Master Services. They were extremely friendly and professional. Came out and assessed the issues and then went over options with me and provided a quote right then. Had different teams come out and make repairs. They were prompt and friendly and the quality of work was excellent. The communication from their office to the techs that came out was great. I was never in the dark as to when someone was supposed to be out or what they were doing. I highly recommend them for quality work and a fair price. They won’t charge you for work you don’t need.

    If you think you might have a structural, foundation, or water problem, you want to contact Johnathon Fontenot at Master Services. He is very detailed, reasonable and he will actually let you know if its nothing you need to worry about. A lot of foundation companies will not be truthful or try to take advantage of you. I am a real estate broker and my family has dealt with a lot of properties and various trades since 1985 in Knoxville. We dont recommend anyone unless I know they will be fair and truthful. I promise you Johnathon will take great care of you.

    I cant say enough good things about Master Services. Part of the project we hired them for was kind of a weird situation that other companies had turned down. I was honestly afraid we werent going to find someone to do the job.Master Services handled it perfectly from start to finish. I didnt have to worry about a thing. The price was reasonable, too.Updated: They came back out and leveled my house. The job only took a day, and its a huge difference. They were also careful to clean up afterward and make sure the barrier for my radon system was sealed back into place.

    Disappointed in their communication about scheduling service date. I came home from vacation on a Wednesday and saw the utility marking flags in my yard. So I call the next day and said I was scheduled for Monday. This basically gave me 3 days to clean out 30 years of a garage full of junk on my own. I was given an alternative date but it wasnt going to work out. I received a letter on that Monday stating the date they were scheduled to come. They do excellent work and explained in laymans terms the process and steps to mend the next phase of the project.

    I have been completely impressed with the way Master Services does business. From the multiple visits, calls, and texts from Ryan to the welcome/information packet I recieved in the mail, I had all the information I needed to make my an educated informed decision to encapsulate my crawlspace. I have a very tight crawlspace and had a couple other companies say they wouldnt do it. Their loss is my gain. When David and his crew showed up to do the old insulation removal and mold remediation they were on time and worked very hard all day to get the job done. Even when they ran into a few issues under the house they never complained but still kept a positive attitude and finished the job. A second crew returned a couple days later to encapsulate and with the same outcome. On time, friendly, courteous, and hard working. I work for a company that requires working in crawlspaces and it is the least favorite part of my day.     I was extremely impressed by the recent repair by Alfred Burgess and his crew who placed some jacks and beams in my crawlspace to help with a sagging floor. They did not just install and run but instead stayed with the project and continued to adjust the jacks until the flooring was perfect and any sign of sagging was gone. Master Services has put in a french drain, sump pump, a dehumidifier, and covered the entire crawlspace with plastic.     I had my crawl space encapsulated to improve home air quality and to dry out the space below my home. Tyler crawled through the space with me to perform an evaluation and we sat down together to discuss all of the findings and remediation options. Tyler prepared an estimate on the spot and I contracted for the work that same day and got on the schedule. Kieran, Matt and Alfred comprised the encapsulation team. They worked tirelessly and continuously all day to transform the crawl space from a damp, dirty place into a dry clean room. The crew did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing and were conscientious in their work. They connected up the dehumidifier with my extension cords in the crawl space to start removing moisture before they left. The following day, electricians Jose and Matthew arrived, on schedule, to add a dedicated GFI circuit for the dehumidifier and drain pump. They completed their work in less than one hour and did a professional job IAW Loudon County electrical building code standards. Ive scheduled a follow up meeting with Master Services Quality Control to review and rework a few minor issues in the clean room. The workmanship by this group is excellent and the project ran smoothly from start to finish. I could not be happier with the work performed by Master Services. :-)

    Everything from beginning to end went perfect as expected. Ive been getting a lot of work done on our home. And I have found many contractors and plumbers hard to communicate with. Dont show up when they say they will. Dont want to give anytime of in writing estimates etc Master Services came out, quoted the job. And completed the job for the price quoted. However, they ran into unforeseen circumstances while trying to install poly foam to raise cracks in the concrete. They did the job, But because they were not comfortable to warranty the work they did not charge me for that portion of the job. I feel like most companies probably would have just done the job and left without saying anything. Instead they told me exactly what they found. And informed me that they dont think the work they did will hold up and they took that work off of my invoice. In a world where contractors will take your money and run. I trust that Master Services will be nothing short of honest, do a great job. I will definitely use them again. And I would highly recommend their services.

    Very great quality and speed in getting stages done quickly. Day 1 jackhammer. Day 2 limited jackhammer and drain, pump, and pump discharge installation including concrete.There could be one extra person to be the cleaner and relieve the other 3 workers. We vacuumed and then mopped each section 3X. Plus had to spray the driveway for the dust that we would track in the house. 4.5 out of 5. Would recommend to others.

    This was a crawl space encapsulation. It had been previously poorly done when our home was built. Master Services came out and ripped out all of the old materials and installed all new materials which were much better quality and done correctly. They did an awesome job! Ryan, Josh and Chago were the installers. They were courteous, professional, efficient and careful not to damage anything inside our home. Our crawl space is only accessible through an opening inside our kitchen pantry. We would highly recommend them.

    This was a great experience. The customer service has been great. Chris was great at looking at my issues and explaining what needed to be done. Justin was also great and he was the foreman for his team . They gor here at 830 and we’re out of here around 1045 . The staff Obhave Speke with on the phone have been great and they are very responsive to emails. Lifetime warranty on the work and this transfers if I sell the house.     Wes came out to do an annual maintenance on our sump pump and aprilaire dehumidifier in the crawl space. Very happy with Wes, he took time to explain all of my questions in detail and did a good job on the sump pump maintenance. He correctly and honestly diagnosed the problem with our dehumidifier, which needs to be replaced because of refrigeration issue. Would recommend Wes for any future service.

The mark of a great company is how they respond when the unexpected happens.Id give Master Services a 10 star rating if Google allowed it. There were some initial issues with they guys arriving with the wrong material to complete my job. They left to get what they needed and came back. They worked until almost 9PM that night trying to get the job finished for me. Also, the scope was broader by a little than they initially quoted. They didnt take the opportunity to try and run the price up. They completed the job as quoted even though it took many more man hours then expected and more material then planned.Im so glad I picked them to do my crawl space repair. Ryan and his crew are professionals and they kept me informed of what was happening as the job progressed.I highly recommend.
