I called HEP to get a quote for a new hvac unit. They quoted me the best price out of the quotes I received. They were very helpful and friendly which I appreciate. The other places I contacted basically ignored everything I asked and didnt help me. I would recommend HEP to anyone. They put my unit in quickly and so far Ive had no issues. They will be who I call if needed.

Had a leak in the ceiling. Called HEP and they sent Vladimir. The leaked stopped and he could not find it again. He did everything in his power to find out what happened. He even called for help. This young man was professional, courteous, and neat. Vladimir explained in detail what he was doing and why. He also gave us recommendations on what to look for if the leak returns. Highly recommended.

Heatwave of 2024, my AC couldnt hold up. HEP scheduled my appt quickly. My technician Patrick arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue, and got me temporary back up and running very quickly.**Edit** (07-22-24) The technician Rick, who came to install the bad part that was previously diagnosed, made a bad situation worse. He was incompetent to do the task. He damaged my property and deceptively didnt install the new expansion valve. I am still waiting on resolution, currently 2 weeks with broken AC .**Edit 2** (07-23-24) I am back up and running 100%. HEP sent out Brandon to do my repair and replace previously damaged equipment. Brandon worked into the late night to ensure the job was completed as promised. The managemet team Joe and William more than made it right. Im not judging a company based on one bad employee. Ive done business with HEP for more than 10 years and not had any issues. Im pleased with the end result that was provided.

On one of the hottest days this summer, my AC went out. I called HEP because they have provided excellent service in the past. They did not disappoint. They responded by scheduling a visit the next day! Patrick showed up and was friendly & knowledgeable. He checked everything! He didnt just stop at the first sign of cool air. He explained several options and didnt pressure me to go with a complete replacement although that may have to be an option for the future. Ill have more time to save for it. He thoroughly explained our challenges and the outdated nature of our plumbing, emphasizing the unreliability of our sharkbite fittings. He provided us with a fair estimate, including a comprehensive warranty, and Hep even offers drywall repair services. We opted for a full-scale repiping of our plumbing system and could not be more pleased with the outcome. We had a problem with our drainage in our house. We contacted HEP Knoxville late in the day and were able to get an experienced technician, Jason Palmer, who diagnosed our problem promptly and worked very hard digging under our deck to access our septic tank and release the clogged pipe. Jason was very polite, knowledgeable and very informative throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the whole experience.

The works not been completed as of this post, however, my family and I recently acquired our “forever home”. We found that it needed some work (as to be expected for a 22 year old house). We were having plumbing issues specifically with the basement bathroom. Vladimir Vysotsky not only came out late, but stayed until 2230 hours until he felt he had fully diagnosed our situation with a crushed line likely from tree roots. He seemed very confident, knowledgable, and genuine. Thankful for people like Vladimir who are willing to come out late and do a dirty job to try to keep our lives on track. Great guy.

Nathan was very kind and helpful. My problem was that my chickens had slung dirt all in the unit and it couldn’t get air flow, the coils where CAKED so of course it froze up. I think some people would’ve chuckled at me or at least made a “you idiot” face on some level, which I deserved, but he didn’t. I had been having an issue with all my faucets having low water pressure. It would be fine when you first turn it on and then go to a very small amount after a minute or so? Vlad came out replaced the pressure reducing valve and helped trouble shoot where the problem was. He was great! He explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. He was very polite, very patient and very professional. I appreciate the fact that he communicated with me during the process as needed. Rarely do we call for service when our day is going well. Suffering both a water leak and electrical issue, HEP was there for me. Julia returned my service request quickly and politely worked me into the schedule as quickly as possible. Adam called before he arrived so I had time to put the dogs away as so often “too many paws slow the progress”. Adam listened to my attempts to describe the issue, then began investigating the complex wiring left by the previous owners. To both of our astonishment, he found a previous electrical box *behind the book shelf*!? Apparently, during a previous renovation, many circuits were bridged from the original to the new panel installed in the garage. Undaunted, Adam quickly found the faulty bridge, ran a new modern connection and new breaker and Ta-da, fixed!! Very, very pleased with the level of service, professionalism and fair cost to have this mystery resolved. Will gladly call on HEP again.

HEP won the low bid on a series of HVAC installs. One of which was in the house that I rent.Having been the low bid, I was expecting HEP to be cutting corners at every opportunity. But to my surprise, they worked on the install as if they were working on their own homes. Careful attention was made to detail and no corners cut. I was pleasantly surprised. I had recently sold a Condo in Louisiana before moving to Tennessee. It had a cheap HVAC system. So I know what one looks like. The system the HEP installers installed here was not one. A lot of time was taken to install it correctly. Jeremy, Ronnie and Aavi were expert installers.I highly recommend HEP for an HVAC system. Youll get a competitive price for a system expertly installed.

I honestly never thought of calling HEP. The commercials...just couldnt get past them. Let me say though, I am now a life-long fan. Ended up purchasing two units from HEP (pictured) on a Sunday afternoon, and on Monday, Eddie Hawking and Gene Cross showed up to install them. Ive never had such nice (my children loved them), professional, and knowledgeable people work on anything at my house before. Eddie and Gene were on time, not just arriving at the house, but they called when they said they would call (on the way, updates, etc.). These guys are rockstars, and busted their tails to get the job done on time - around my familys schedule. Ask for them by name if you order from HEP. You wont regret it.

Everyone at this company, Rachel, Claudia, Samantha and Tanya were excellent in getting the part we needed for the heating unit. If I could give Justin Weld 10 stars I would. Justin came to service the heating unit so that our tenants would not freeze. He travelled for over an hour and had a truck breakdown but managed to still show up and do the job. It was late cold and snowing, but Justin had a positive and nice disposition, a true quality person. I would highly recommend this company. Justin is worth 10 stars, got the unit running, and got our tenants comfortable. He is a caring and efficient worker highly recommend!

This review is for Jeremy, the tech who came out. And not for HEP as a whole. Jeremy was very professional and kind in his work, and did a great job.However, the service was a tankless hot water heater flush. When I was originally asked if I wanted to sign up for their maintenance program they told me that it included an annual water heater flush. Since we had just had a tankless one installed I specifically asked them if it included tankless. They told me yes and that is why I signed up for the maintenance program. Come a year later and I have them come out for the annual flush and now tankless ones are not included and its going to cost me. As you can imagine I was not happy about this. They did end up discounting it, but still, I was not expecting it to cost anything as they told me it was included.

I had a blockage in the drain line leading from my house to my septic tank. I called HEP & a technician (Chase Rost) was at my home within a couple of hours. Chase was very knowledgeable & had the blockage removed within a few minutes.I have had multiple problems with this line for years because it was initially installed incorrectly. I had had enough patchwork. I asked Chase to give me an estimate for HEP to replace the entire line. He gave me a reasonable price & explained how they would approach the job. HEP is now replacing the entire line. I would recommend HEP for timely service & working with Chase was a pleasure.

Excellent electrical and heating. They really knew what they were doing.**** EXCEPT Plumbing was a major problem in 3 areas of the house. CAUSED massive problems in all plumbing, BUT THEY FIXED IT WITH THEIR INSURANCE CO. I was worried bc their teams (not HEP management) caused massive problems to the plumbing in bathrooms and the kitchen. Had to get a remediation team and remodel the whole kitchen and worried I would have to go to court over it, bc they were a little hesistant but with proof, their insurance company paid for it to get fix. I was worried it would take years to get done and it was done in about 5 months.Please make sure they are certified and know what they were doing. Thank you for doing the right thing.
