Sam and Mo helped with many things during my renovation and then also helped with replacing lighting. One of my fans didn’t work and they handled the communication with the manufacturer to get it replaced and fixed! Above and beyond and very clean and careful with my home.

These guys did a great job. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, scheduled and completed the work, all within a 24 hour period. They arrived on-time, were very professional, and did the work at a reasonable price. Having lived in Knoxville for ~3 years now, I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have competent tradesmen actually respond and complete the work they promise. I will definitely use them again for my next electrical job.

I will definitely use this company again. Everyone was very easy to work with and cared about their work.The men showed up when they said they would, they knew what they were doing and they were very pleasant.The work consisted of removing one light fixture and installing two new light fixtures a few inches above the location of the removed fixture.The men were helpful and patient while I decided exactly how high up to put the two new fixtures.The estimated time and price was accurate and reasonable.It is a great feeling to know I have someone to call next time. You know, there always will be a next time!

Really incredible and reliable service! We had them come out to install our Ring floodlights which are about 20 feet off the ground and it was freezing outside. They worked super hard to make sure the job was done right and to our liking! Very fair quote for the amount of work they did. They definitely know what they are doing, and my mom will be having them back to do the other electrical work around the house. Major plus: it was nice to not have some creepy, disheveled old guy - these gentleman were young and so professional. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. I had Manuel and he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The price they gave me can’t be beat. It is very hard to find a company that doesn’t try to take advantage of you but I have found one. They are not just about their money, they care about their customers and working with them to fit their budget. I had a wonderful experience with KnoxCET. I needed some electrical projects done around the house and these guys finished the job effectively and efficiently. They were very polite the whole time and eager to complete the tasks. After they were through with the job, everything was spotless. This was nice because I wasnt stuck cleaning after the mess. Great service. Farris came out on a Tuesday to quote work to relocate a washer and dryer outlet and add a bank of outlets in my kitchen. The work was completed the very next day. After installing ceiling fans on my own I had a power issue. I called KnoxCET and they offered next day service to have someone come out to see what is going on. Ferris called on his way over and arrived on time. He was extremely professional and walked me through every step he was taking. During our conversation he brought to light a lot of issues with my panel box and showed me specifically what was damaged and needed to be fixed. Being a new homeowner, and having no knowledge of electrical work it is nerve wracking to see what problems you have inherited but Ferris was patient and thorough with what I had at hand. I will continue to be using KnoxCET for any electrical work I need.

The first time I contacted this company I was able speak to someone immediately. I spoke with the office clerk and explained what type of job I needed to have done and she assured me someone would be available for the job. She schedules an appointment for an electrician to come out to my home. The electrician (Dillion) arrived promptly as scheduled, introduced himself in a very polite professional manner. Dillions courtesy and professionalism was far above what anyone could ask. He explained every little detail about his service, performed his duty, and cleaned up behind himself. There was no mess for me to clean. Very pleased with the quality of service I received and will use this company again. And let me mention, cost was reasonable.

KnoxCET is professional, knowledge and Prompt. I had an awful experience with a local electrical company who claimed to know about connecting a commercial hood. This local company spent two months ion the hood and had wires going in all directions. KnoxCET, came in and corrected my issues in less than two days. The knowledge of the technician was superb. Highly recommend KnoxCET for your commercial wiring.

About a year ago we needed a light switch replaced. The people we used installed some janky switch that made using our garbage disposal a pain. I got in touch with Knox CET and they scheduled a time for today that worked for me.The technician, Nathan Daniel, was professional, arrived early, performed the job professionally and with super efficiency. I would use Knox CET again and would recommend them to anyone.
