Very pleased with the entire experience! John came over and within no time had a quote for our windows and doors. He was very easy to talk to and great at explaining every step of the process, from how they are made, to the top notch warranty they provide. About 5 weeks later they were professionally installed. The installers were top notch, super nice guys and exceptional quality workmanship. They even accommodated my husbands crazy work schedule. We are 100% satisfied with our Magnolia windows and doors, and would recommend these guys to anyone!

Outstanding communication from start to finish. Prior to having John and his team come out, I had 3 other quotes. The professionalism and detail with which John explained what would work for our house helped us decide to go with West Knox Windows & Siding.After multiple attempts to get our house sided last year with very poor communication from a couple of other big name outfits, it was refreshing to have clear communication on dates and times and expected date of completion. John and his team followed through by starting and completing the job before we expected. The guys were exceptionally friendly to the kids...even showing one of why sons how to hang siding! We couldnt be happier with the process or the end result!As I was finishing up this review, my wife reminded me to say that they thoroughly cleaned up each day, and at the end of the job. We had our screened back porch converted to windows by West Knox Windows. The 2 man crew did an awesome job installing 9 sliding windows, 4 trapezoid windows and 1 door. They removed all the original screening and the window installation with all the matching finishing trim makes it all look original. Took 2 full 8+ hr days to complete and they were on time as scheduled. The quality of the windows and warranty are 2nd to none!

We had the windows and sliding glass doors replaced in our house. West Knox Windows had the best products and price. John even suggested some ways to help us save money on our bay window.The install team was very professional. They did a great job of removing and replacing tile around the kitchen and bathroom windows. They cleaned up everything inside and out.The sliding glass doors are so easy to open and lock. Now I don’t have to use a wooden stick in the sliding glass door to feel safe. The windows look amazing and have helped keep our upstairs cooler this summer. This is the best purchase we have made for our house.

I cannot say how happy I am with John and his crew. They put new siding and shutters up on the entire house and even with some crazy twists along the way, they navigated the curve balls in a stellar way. Anything that changed or needed to be added, I was informed right away. John was involved every step of the way and was always available - 24/7 - to answer any questions I had. That involvement was evident from the very beginning when John came out to do the initial consultation. Having the owner of the company involved from the onset of the project just gave me the confidence to contract with John for the job. John, Carl and his crew are just the best. West Knox Windows and Siding recently added a screen room to my home and it was a most pleasant experience, having them do the work. John who gave us the quote and wrote up exactly what they would do, Brandon the job foreman, and the rest of the crew couldn’t have been any nicer to work with. I even added a couple of things, but it was no problem to them.The screen room is all aluminum on a concrete patio, which I feel will last a lot longer than a wooden one. It includes a chair rail all along the sides, and the screen is nice and tight. The screen door worked perfectly (they asked where I wanted it, and which way it should swing open). It includes an insulated roof, with an overhang, and rain gutter. It looks very nice.I bought a flush mount wet proof ceiling fan with a remote, and Brandon installed it for me. Nice job throughout. I can highly recommend West Knox Windows and Siding to anyone. You cannot do better.And, and… They were the lowest bid I received!David L. TietzLoudon, TN

Professional, punctual and all-in-all a truly phenomenal experience. These guys installed our siding and windows several years ago. When we upgraded to a video doorbeel, we had an ugly hole left in he siding. Called up the owner, John, (who remember us!)and the crew was there THE NEXT DAY. We also found a broken widow upstairs and told John about it, at the same time. He reminded us it was covered under our warranty and would be replaced, by him personally, as soon as it came in from the factory.When you invest in your home - do it with West Knoxville Windows and Siding. Working with John and the West Knox window and siding team has been a great experience. The crew was amazing!!! Very friendly, polite, kid friendly (my toddler loved watching them from inside and outside and they interacted with him which I love) and they had incredible communication with my self and my husband from delivery to installation daily briefs and follow up. Their work is incredible and what a difference it has made in the appearance and curb appeal of our home. I’m falling in love with my home again. All of our neighbors have stopped by to compliment how great the house looks. The color of the siding looks great with our brick and the white trim just makes it pop! We are so excited to start entertaining and showing all the great quality off. Hands down would totally recommend for your future siding, and gutters home needs!
