    This company is great. Family involvement in every step of the wa. They are fast, polite, do great work. If they forget something all you have to do call the office, and if not is an emergency they will return within 48 hrs. I am very pleased with this company. It took them total of four days to dig up part of the basement, get out the old pipe and replace the new one, replace the floor and clean up. Great Work

    Had sewer surgeon do 2 jobs at my place recently. One small, a sump pump replacement, and one large, replacing the water main to my home. Both jobs were done very well. I’m super impressed with their quality, knowledge, and customer service. Also, from getting other bids, sewer surgeon has some of the best prices around. Highly recommend and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Aundre was great he came inspected our sewer line and gave me great advice and made me and my family feel like a part of his family. After two other big box companies came and gave me quotes and options Aundre came in behind them to save the day. He cleaned up all the debris from scoping out the line and didn’t leave a mess like some of our contractors have done in the past.

    So impressed with this company! They don’t charge you to come out and bid. They don’t charge you if they can’t fix the problem. They saved me $100 by not going straight to Hydro Jetting and used an electric auger and found roots. Finally an honest company with integrity great communication friendly and extremely fair priced. I cannot recommend them enough.

    Requested a quote through Angi app. They called/texted with their rates. I thought they were reasonable, they got me in the same day. Sean, I believe if name was, was professional efficient and gave us info on what was going on in our pipes in a clear manner. He didnt talk down to us which has been known to happen with maintenance people, as there is no men in the house.Well be using them again if we ever need their services.

    Understanding sewer issues can be tough for non-experts, but Aundre from Sewer Surgeon made it easy with his clear explanations and integrity. He could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge, but he was honest and straightforward about what needed to be done without overselling unnecessary repairs.During our house closing, Aundre was the ONLY one both the seller and I trusted after two other companies assessed our sewer line. He came out on less than 12 hours’ notice, provided an expert independent assessment, and guided us through a tricky negotiation. Thanks to his knowledge and skill, we closed on our dream home.     We finally decided to call a plumbing professional as we could no longer fix our stopped up kitchen drain backup. Aundre and his son came out to diagnosis our problem and found out we had a broken pipe, which we knew it was something big. He gave us a quote and decided to go with his services. As I liked how they were very friendly and helpful and it was a family business. We got on the schedule and got it fixed, his bothers were here and they were nice and friendly and did a good job fixing the broken pipe. I would recommend and use their services again.     Although the job did not go as expected due to unforseen circumstances, Aundre and his team still showed up on time, did what they could do to clear out the clog in the mean time, as well as helped to make estimates and give advice as to what our next step should be.     Anthony quickly helped us get a new sump installed with a redundant pump and battery backup after ours went out. He re-plumbed part of the discharge line also so it would mate up perfectly.     Highly Recommended! I have been chasing a periodic main-line backup issue in my basement for about a decade. I have had multiple plumbers out to inspect, clean, hydro-jet, etc. I finally reached out Sewer Surgeon and Jay and Angel came out to diagnose the problem. They determined that the main line under my basement floor was not sloped properly. The work involved tearing up a portion of my basement floor and correcting the sewer pipe. Jay and Angel not only FIXED my problem, but they would not give up until it was correctly solved. Fantastic customer service throughout the project and they did an exceptional job cleaning up after the work.

    Sewer Surgeon provided excellent service!They were extremely responsive. They reached out in a very timely manner as soon as I submitted the service request online. Their text message notification system is very helpful and convenient. The whole process from diagnosis to complete repair was very streamlined. They also offer financing options through a very user-friendly financing platform. My only recommendation would be for them to ask the homeowner where they would prefer the company to leave their equipment parked on the owner’s property before it’s picked up. The excavator was left on our grass on the side of the house, which caused a lawn blemish.When it could have been left just in the driveway. Regardless, very pleased with the work and would recommend this company to others!

    I called Sewer Surgeon, LLC, to address a drain clogging problem. They were able to schedule a service call within a day to evaluate the problem. They provided me with accurate notification of their expected arrival on the day of the service call. After explaining the problem to them, they looked at the plumbing arrangement and initially attempted to unblock the suspected area, but determined that the configuration of the piping needed to be changed to allow for the free flow of the draining water. They explained the alteration that they proposed and I agreed to it. They determined what supplies they needed and informed me that they would be back the next morning. They notified us when they were enroute to our home the next morning. Upon arrival, they proceeded to reconfigure the piping and cleaned up the work area. During their visit to our home the previous day, they noted that my sump pump located in the vicinity of the work was malfunctioning and told me that it needed to be replaced. After completing the work on the plumbing, they replaced the sump pump with a new one they had in their truck. I was extremely pleased with their work and would not hesitate to contact them again for any plumbing problem. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.
