Chris & Amanda are THE BEST!!!! They installed a Reverse Osmosis system, as well as a whole house carbon filter & water softener system and we couldn’t be happier. They are professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s health & knowing we have safe water makes this Mama sleep well at night!

The water quality in our home has improved so much since we had the system installed. Chris and Amanda did a great job with a fast install and everything to working great. My kids love having the RO tap in the kitchen to get their water and their skin is so much softer with the water softener. Definitely happy with the new equipment, only wish I had done it sooner!

Weve been going here for our office water for at least four years and using the same two 5-gallon jugs. We had no idea the plastic could break down (makes sense now that I am thinking about it), the caring staff took the time to educate us and get us set up with new bottles that are safe to drink out of. This place is awesome. I came from Chicago where I had Nestle water service, and it was like pulling teeth trying to talk to a human, plus the system was jacked up so I never got my stuff on time or was charged incorrectly. So I really REALLY appreciate the way Pure Water of KC does business. I get texts from a real person about my deliveries and its always easy to get ahold of someone. And the water tastes good. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with our new RO system--our drinking water is now pure and clean and tastes great! No more twice-weekly trips to the grocery store for bottled water--yay! An unlimited supply of pure water for drinking, cooking, and coffee as well as pure ice from the refrigerator! Chris did a great job installing the system, connecting the icemaker line, and also very carefully drilled our granite countertop to set a custom RO faucet that matches our main faucet--all at a very reasonable cost compared to other system providers in the KC area.

I was so excited to find Pure Water of Kansas City! First, they sell a wonderful variety of water including alkaline water, and the prices are great. Also, it is fun going there because they have a little station to clean your bottles out first, and they have a cart to hold all the bottles so you dont need a man to help you haul them out! They also sell glass bottles which I love because I am not a fan of plastic. The quality here is so much higher than grocery stores, and the owner is absolutely delightful! I will be going here to purchase my water for the rest of my life and beyond!!

Not sure how anybody could say anything bad about this company. This place is always upbeat and friendly as ever. Their water is the best. Some of my kids friends come over and compliment how good our water tastes . If you dont have an RO system, you need one.The owners are amazing people, always friendly and always always trying to make their small business even better! Way to go guys. Keep up the good work, dont pay attention to the haters who think they need to write a bad review, they obviously dont like good water or good company!!!

Pure Water of KC is top notch no questions asked! The purchase was easy and the install was on time and very professional. Their staff had our best interests in mind and was very respectful of our home during install. Our new RO and softener systems are working great and everything we hoped for! The only regret is we didn’t have Pure Water install these systems in our home sooner.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and it’s owners! Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable and installation with Chris was flawless. Chris showed up when he said he would and provided the product at the price quoted. We love our reverse osmosis water filtration system because the water tastes so amazing and it’s super convenient. The water spout matches our other sink faucets perfectly. We also love that Chris hooked into our water line for the ice maker so we can drink it cold too!! We couldn’t be happier and had shopped around for over a year. I really wish we hadn’t waited so long to have great tasting, convenient drinking water!

They were very helpful when I stopped in today. If you’re tired of hauling 1 gal jugs of distilled water for your humidifier, like I was, stop in. They have some great options in larger sizing. Buy a container and your first full up is free! A cool local business. Go support them, if you can.

I had six bottles to be refilled I just had a heart transplant and can not lift the employee on duty was a absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Today I walked in to fill our office water jugs, rolled them outside and one shattered on the ground, getting my sandals and feet wet. I walked back in (squeaky shoes and all) to ask where I could throw them away at. Not only did they replace the jug (my gallon one I had just bought and the office 5 gallon one I broke) they also gave me an extra one. I already go there to fill up our water every other week but this will ensure I dont go anywhere else. A great reminder that kind people are still out there!

I went in a few days ago looking to get my water tested for GH as I’ve been having trouble with my aquariums and I left with so much more! I learned a lot about the different aspects of city tap water, how an RO system will clean and soften the water by removing all the harsh gases and buffers city water uses. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what she has to offer! I recommend this store as they have so much more to offer than just a few water dispensers. Their customer service skills over the phone and in person are so wonderful and they far exceeded all of the expectations I had going into the visit! This store would be my first choice recommendation if you’re going in for yourself or if you’re looking for a clean water supply for any pets that need a certain kind of water!I didn’t purchase anything at the time of my visit, but saving up for a whole house RO system from Pure Water is definitely on my to do list! I will for sure be a repeat visitor.

Last month Chris came out and installed a Quick Change Reverse Osmosis system underneath my kitchen sink. It took him all of 45 minutes. Now we have clean drinking water. And the owners are such genuine people. They educated me on drinking water and all the bad stuff in my tap water that I’ve been drinking all these years. They never tried to upsale me on anything. Amanda is very knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their customers. If I can help it, I’ll never drink tap water again, and I’ll only use Pure Water for all my clean water needs.

Ive been buying my drinking water from Pure Water of KC for probably 30 years now. Amanda, owner, is so friendly & sweet, a real treasure! I cant drink tap water since the chlorine smell is overpowering like you just dipped a glass into a swimming pool. They offer different types of water to choose from, priced accordingly. I buy the distilled which tastes exactly like Aquafina to me, which is what I buy if I run out or am traveling. I highly highly recommend drinking good clean tasty water. Your body will thank you! Your health will improve!

Amanda and Chris are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to WATER 💦. I recently purchased a Reverse Osmosis system from them and the simplicity to hook up was just like Chris said. I would highly recommend them and if you care what you drink (refrigerator filters are a slight cover up) Grab a Parts Per Million PPM pen and test your drinking water. If it’s 260 like mine was or even above 150 ppm then you might want to venture into the store. They have all sorts of options without breaking the bank. Thank You, Again! Chris & Amanda.

The alkaline water is absolutely the best tasting water Ive ever had! I used to think Figi water tasted good until I had pure water alkaline water and now in comparison its not even close. Its what I miss the most when Im out of town. The costumer service is also excellent!

I have worked with Pure Water of Kansas City a couple times now to supply potable water for a large event, and have to say Chris and Amanda are easily some of the best people I have had the pleasure to work with.When I needed a special item the first time, they custom made it on the spot for me to borrow for no additional charge, and on the second visit when I forgot something else critically important they let me borrow some of their own personal items to get the job done.I really cant recommend them enough and wish I had more business to give them myself just because they are both so great to work with!
